文科综合实验教学示范中心建设的基本经验——基于协同理论的思考

文科综合实验教学示范中心的建设,是我国高等学校文科实验教学改革创新的重要成果。基于协同理论,对文科综合实验教学示范中心的孕育过程、决定因素和发展动力3个方面进行了深入思考,并总结了文科综合实验教学示范中心的建设经验。     

光纤布里渊散射光谱教学实验系统设计

布里渊散射是光纤通信原理课程讲解过程中涉及到的一个非常重要的非线性效应。鉴于理论复杂、学生难于理解的教学现状,利用国家高技术研究发展计划(863)建设的光纤传感创新平台,设计了一套光纤布里渊散射光谱演示实验系统,便于学生形象直观地学习。给出了具体的实验系统、实验操作过程以及实验结果,并对比了4种光纤的布里渊散射频谱图。该实验系统在教学中取得了非常好的效果。     

国际贸易实务课程设计与研究性教学相结合

实践教学是提高学生动手能力、培养分析问题和解决问题能力、将知识内化的最有效的手段.大连民族学院国际经济与贸易专业创造性地开展了“国际贸易实务课程设计”,将这一实践教学环节与研究性教学相结合,不仅实施了“做中学”教学方法,而且充分体现了“研究性教学”的教学设计思想,同时引入了“双语教学”,收到了良好的教学效果.     

基于产学研一体化的综合化学实验教学研究与实践

产学研一体化是根据企业发展需要,将实验教学与科学研究和成果转化相融合,达到培养学生能力和服务地方经济的目的.该文从能力培养层面分析了开设综合化学实验的必要性,提出了明确的综合化学实验教学改革目标和思路,并从教学内容、教学方法和运行机制等方面探讨了产学研一体化的综合化学实验教学改革对策.     

义务教育学校教师绩效工资政策实施问题探析

我国从2009年1月1日起,实施义务教育学校教师绩效工资政策。调查发现,该项政策在实施过程中存在着执行者未能制定出及时且有效的执行计划和未能建立起相应的监督、检查机制两大问题。这两大问题源于政策目标要求过高,政策内容笼统不具体,教育行政部门监督、检查不力,以及缺乏纠偏机制。进而提出政策执行者应适当调整政策目标、使之与实际情况相吻合,完善政策内容,并在此基础上建立起健全的政策监督、纠偏机制。     

Improved Parallel Processing Function for High-Performance Large-Scale Astronomical Cross-Matching

Astronomical cross-matching is a basic method for aggregating the observational data of different wavelengths. By data aggregation, the properties of astronomical objects can be understood comprehensively. Aiming at decreasing the time consumed on I/O operations, several improved methods are introduced, including a processing flow based on the boundary growing model, which can reduce the database query operations; a concept of the biggest growing block and its determination which can improve the performance of task partition and resolve data-sparse problem; and a fast bitwise algorithm to compute the index numbers of the neighboring blocks, which is a significant efficiency guarantee. Experiments show that the methods can effectively speed up cross-matching on both sparse datasets and high-density datasets.     

论美术教育和当代文化的契合

美术教育学科是一门综合的人文性学科,当代文化呈现极端多元化。美术教育应该和当代文化相结合,必需对新的社会科学进行研究。美术教育应该设置相应的社会文化课程,在美术教育中切入社会科学、当代文学等知识,让学生和当代文化进行交流,使接受美术教育的学生更科学系统地了解当代文化,实现美术实践与当代文化的互动融合,以培养学生综合知识修养。     

基于THPZKZ-1型中央空调系统温度控制实验的研究

首先,介绍THPZKZ-1型中央空调系统的实验平台。然后,以此平台为基础,设计单回路温度控制实验,通过临界比例度法整定PID参数。最后,分析实验结果,总结控制规律。     

Rational scale of urban rail transit network based on system dynamics

Optimization design and experimental research for space intelligent structurecapacity, high efficiency and low pollution. Estimating URT network scale is the key to ensure the scientificity and feasibility of its construction. The existing studies on rational scale of URT network have not dealt with the interaction of supply and demand. This paper describes the establishment of a system dynamics model of rational URT network scale determination, considering the interaction between URT construction and city social economic development as well as the dynamic equilibrium of capital supply and traffic demand, and the verification of the model validity by applying it to the case of Wuhan City’s URT construction.
