高校图书馆网站评价指标体系建立与指标权重的计算研究

在分析和调研的基础上,建立了高校图书馆网站评价指标体系。在评价指标权重计算中,引入层次分析法。计算出了各指标的权重值,并通过一致性检验,对各指标的重要性进行了总排序。一致性检验结果表明,层次分析法使得评价指标权重的确定更加科学、合理,是高校图书馆评价指标权重确定的一种有效方法。

灾难性事件具有强烈的突发性和不可预知性、非同一般的惨烈性与毁灭性,巨大的人、财、物的损失与损害。灾难过后,满目疮痍,留下的是触目惊心的灾害场面,带给人类无尽的心理恐怖与创痛感,因而,一旦发生,便迅速成为媒体倾力报道的主角和读者争睹的热点新闻。灾难给人类带来悲伤和不幸,同时,灾难也印证着人类不屈的意志和精神。这次四川汶川大地震全国关注,举世关注,地震强度之大、范围之广、破坏之重,在历史上都是罕见的。汶川大地震不仅凸现了党和政府对生命的尊重与珍视,同时,通过快速、透明的舆论,一系列紧急救援措施保证了＂以人为本＂、＂生命至尊＂精神的落实。     

Convergent genomic signatures of high-altitude adaptation among domestic mammals

Abundant and diverse domestic mammals living on the Tibetan Plateau provide useful materials for investigating adaptive evolution and genetic convergence. Here, we used 327 genomes from horses, sheep, goats, cattle, pigs and dogs living at both high and low altitudes, including 73 genomes generated for this study, to disentangle the genetic mechanisms underlying local adaptation of domestic mammals. Although molecular convergence is comparatively rare at the DNA sequence level, we found convergent signature of positive selection at the gene level, particularly the EPAS1 gene in these Tibetan domestic mammals. We also reported a potential function in response to hypoxia for the gene C10orf67, which underwent positive selection in three of the domestic mammals. Our data provide an insight into adaptive evolution of high-altitude domestic mammals, and should facilitate the search for additional novel genes involved in the hypoxia response pathway.     

大学新生心理普查有效性研究

本文采用实证研究方法讨论大学生心理普查预测心理和行为问题发生的有效性。采用SCL-90、自尊量表、社会支持量表和自杀意念量表四个量表,从2009年-2011年连续三年在某高校测量大一新生共5248人,于2012年6月收集辅导员上报问题学生基本情况。使用SPSS15.0对结果进行统计分析。研究结果表明,采用心理量表进行心理普查有一定效果,但效果并不理想,SCL-90存在筛查人数过多,准确性较低等问题。建议提高大学生心理普查有效性应综合采用多个心理量表进行测量。     

网络安全与防护的应用实例研究

近些年,网络技术发展迅速,而由网络导致的安全问题也日益突显,网络安全受到威胁,网络防护成了网络信息产业研究的重要课题。校园网面临的威胁主要来自内部破坏与外部攻击两个方面。加强网络安全可以从网络安全隔离、网络监控措施、网络安全漏洞、网络病毒的防范四个方面入手。     

The construction of an interfacial valve-based microfluidic chip for thermotaxis evaluation of human sperm

Thermotaxis has been demonstrated to be an important criterion for sperm evaluation, yet clinical assessment of thermotaxis capacity is currently lacking. In this article, the on-chip thermotaxis evaluation of human sperm is presented for the first time using an interfacial valve-facilitated microfluidic device. The temperature gradient was established and accurately controlled by an external temperature gradient control system. The temperature gradient responsive sperm population was enriched into one of the branch channels with higher temperature setting and the non-responsive ones were evenly distributed into the two branch channels. We employed air-liquid interfacial valves to ensure stable isolation of the two branches, facilitating convenient manipulation of the entrapped sperm. With this device, thermotactic responses were observed in 5.7%-10.6% of the motile sperm moving through four temperature ranges (34.0-35.3 °C, 35.0-36.3 °C, 36.0-37.3 °C, and 37.0-38.3 °C, respectively). In conclusion, we have developed a new method for high throughput clinical evaluation of sperm thermotaxis and this method may allow other researchers to derive better IVF procedure.

基于高校档案微信平台的服务现状,分析得出高校档案微服务存在服务意识淡薄、服务内容单调、标准规范缺失、互动性差等问题。从用户需求、服务内容、顶层设计、用户管理等四个方面出发,提出转变服务观念、优化平台资源、制定标准规范、做好分类互动的策略,以提高高校档案微服务的生命力和竞争力,发挥其优势和作用。     

科技期刊审稿专家的评价和改进措施

【目的】通过对审稿专家的评价进而提出优化审稿专家的措施。【方法】 选取《中华微生物学和免疫学杂志》2011—2015年267位审稿专家7756条审稿记录,统计267位专家的审稿数量、审稿时滞及审稿结论。【结果】 通过统计和分析,5年间审稿篇次>31篇的66位专家是期刊的核心审稿专家,其中,审稿时滞在3周以内的专家占92.5%;审稿时滞上,就所有专家而言,74.2%的能在3周内审回稿件;审稿结论上,拒审占5.0%,无具体审稿意见或审稿意见过简无针对性的占10.5%。【结论】 要保证期刊的核心专家队伍,必须从专家和编辑两个层面进行改进。对专家适当取舍,保证核心审稿专家的数量;同时编辑应做好服务工作,重视专家的知识回报。     

国内外高校图书馆移动服务现状及比较分析

通过网站访问和邮件咨询调查了75所国内外高校图书馆移动服务的应用情况,选择其中48所开展了移动服务的图书馆,对其移动服务方式和服务内容进行统计和对比分析,提出对国内高校图书馆移动服务发展的思考和建议。
