A class of fast fixed-time synchronization control for the delayed neural network

This paper deals with the synchronization control of a class of delayed neural networks using a fast fixed-time control theory. By employing Lyapunov stability theory, a novel sufficient criterion is derived such that two neural networks can be synchronized within a fixed-time. Compared with some existing results, the proposed controller can render two neural networks faster synchronized. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the criterion.

在系统梳理科技创新决策与咨询制度概念及研究进展的基础上,以主要发达国家科技创新决策与咨询制度的基本现状和基础架构为主线,分析可资借鉴的经验。结合我国建立科技创新决策与咨询系统的需求,提出建立、完善国家科技创新决策与咨询制度的政策建议:建立国家宏观科技创新决策领导机构,减少政府创新管理职能重复;设立国家科技创新决策咨询机构,建立常态化联系沟通机制;加快推动决策咨询和智库体系建设法治化,建立多渠道、不同运行模式的科技创新顾问制度体系,不断探索并创新咨询模式和运行方式;加强科技创新决策与咨询能力建设,提高决策与咨询质量。     

大学生弱势群体扶持策略分析

随着社会发展的不断转型和高等教育的快速推进,大学生弱势群体问题日益突出。通过对大学生弱势群体的界定、分析,提出了构建大学生弱势群体的扶持策略,促使弱势大学生健康成长成才。     

零售商品牌线上线下的信任整合研究

零售商的双渠道信任整合既是一个重要的理论问题,也是零售实践中迫切需要解决的难题。本研究以对"苏宁"实体店铺具有初始信任的消费者为研究对象,探究其有线上体验感知后,对该零售品牌的整体信任水平的变化。笔者构建了包括线下信任、结构保证、心流体验、感知一致性等要素对线上、线下信任整合的影响机制模型。研究发现,消费者对零售商店铺的线下信任能够正向影响零售商品牌的信任整合水平,且不同水平的线下信任对零售商品牌信任整合的影响机制不同。在低线下信任情景下,消费者在线上感知的结构保证、心流体验直接作用于零售商品牌的信任整合。高线下信任情景下的消费者,通过线上线下的感知一致性影响零售商品牌的整体信任。本研究发现为零售商进一步提升品牌信任提供了管理启示。     

企业专利价值评估方法及实证分析

利用德温特世界专利索引,从企业专利权人实力和专利技术两个角度,构建企业专利价值评价体系;核心指标包括专利申请量、施引专利计数、引用专利计数、同族专利数和权利要求项数。目的为揭示专利权人和专利权人前后引证关系对专利价值的影响;并以美国苹果公司公开号为US7233318B1和US7827568B1的专利为例计算其专利价值,验证该模型的合理性和实用性。     

A survey of interval observers design methods and implementation for uncertain systems

The goal of the interval observers is to deal with the large but bounded uncertainties and disturbances by determining certain interval (upper and lower estimates) for the system states at each time instant. The mean of the interval that should be minimized can be considered as the point-wise estimate whereas the interval width provides the admissible deviation from that value. Thus, an interval estimation error bound is provided at any time instant that converges to zero in the absence of exogenous signals. Interval observers can be used in a wide range of applications because of its reliable uncertainties propagation such as robust control of linear and non-linear systems, fault detection and isolation, anti-disturbance controller design and so on. This paper presents some of the basic concepts and recent results obtained to design interval observers for uncertain systems like discrete-time, continuous-time, Linear Parameter Varying (LPV) systems and multiagent/interconnected systems. In addition, it also presents a brief discussion of the main approaches with some future recommendations.

Convergent genomic signatures of high-altitude adaptation among domestic mammals

Abundant and diverse domestic mammals living on the Tibetan Plateau provide useful materials for investigating adaptive evolution and genetic convergence. Here, we used 327 genomes from horses, sheep, goats, cattle, pigs and dogs living at both high and low altitudes, including 73 genomes generated for this study, to disentangle the genetic mechanisms underlying local adaptation of domestic mammals. Although molecular convergence is comparatively rare at the DNA sequence level, we found convergent signature of positive selection at the gene level, particularly the EPAS1 gene in these Tibetan domestic mammals. We also reported a potential function in response to hypoxia for the gene C10orf67, which underwent positive selection in three of the domestic mammals. Our data provide an insight into adaptive evolution of high-altitude domestic mammals, and should facilitate the search for additional novel genes involved in the hypoxia response pathway.
