基于循环修正的交通运输行业企业社会责任评价研究

本文以国际标准化组织的ISO、全球报告倡议组织的G4标准和《交通运输业节能环保“十三五”发展规划》等权威报告和企业社会责任相关的文献为基础，结合企业社会责任的具体内容，通过主成分分析和相关分析剔除涵盖重复信息的指标，建立包含了责任治理、社区发展和经济贡献等7个准则层，以及设立企业社会责任部门、环境友好型产品和研发投入等51个指标的企业社会责任评价指标体系，通过循环修正理论构建交通运输业的企业社会责任评价模型。本文特色与创新：一是通过均值法、Boarda法和Compeland法三种组合评价方法对单一评价方法进行循环修正，最终得到三种组合方法统一的排名，克服了单一方法所固有的片面性和说服力相对较弱的缺陷，合理考量了交通运输企业社会责任的履行和实践状况。二是通过数据处理前的kendall检验对单一评价方法进行一致性判断，通过数据处理后的spearman检验对结果的一致性进行二次检验，保证了组合评价结果的合理性，解决了单一评价之后直接组合数据导致数据无说服力的问题。同时与其他评价结果进行外部一致性检验，检验结果表明本文循环修正评价结果具有较高的外部一致性。三是通过分准则层和分子行业综合地分析了交通运输业企业社会责任履行的现状，有助于交通运输企业客观定位自身发展状况，采取差异化措施提高监管质量水平。本文实证结果表明交通运输行业中的央企国资控股企业与航空运输企业社会责任履行情况较好，值得行业其他企业学习借鉴。企业在不断提高人权绩效的基础上，努力提高经济发展水平，进而推动企业社会责任的发展。     

中外高校双语教育模式比较及构建

以美国和加拿大为主的国外成功的双语教育模式主要有七种。我国高校双语教学与国外双语教育相比,教育的形式目的,即习得L2相同,但在实施阶段、教育（教学）对象、教育的本质目的、教育的结果、学生接受教育的动力、后续L2教育支持等方面存在差异。根据高校双语教学本身的特殊性、面临的困难及社会需要,目前及今后相当长的一段时间内,高校具有共性、带有框架性质的双语教学模式可以构建为少数＋过渡＋早出＋强化。     

城市文化广场的人性化设计的思考

文化广场设计是城市的重心形象工程，如老子“有之以为利无之以为用”的辩证思想所说，“有”与“无”几乎体现在每一个宏观和微观设计中。但只有从人性化出发才能真正注重城市的整体性环境，营造出城市的独特文化语境，突出地域性特征，优化城市环境质量。     

Accomplishment of one-step specific PCR and evaluated SELEX process by a dual-microfluidic amplified system

One of the main obstacles for systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX) failure is the generation of a non-specific product, as selection-inherent amplification procedures tend to form by-products, which prevents the enrichment of target-binding aptamers. Herein, we reported a dual-microfluidic amplified system (dual-MAS) based on the real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) detection chip and the large volume PCR chip for one-step specific PCR and for evaluating the SELEX process. First, it is a simple method to accomplish analytical PCR and amplification PCR in one step, and the optimal number of cycles for generating the specific PCR product is the cycles when the slope of the linear amplification period of the real-time PCR curve begins to decrease. Second, the time used by the dual-MAS for generating a specific PCR product is reduced to 30 min, and the multi-functional dual-MAS can simultaneously evaluate the SELEX process by providing important information on the amounts of enriched sequences and the library diversity in every round of SELEX. In addition, pollution contamination and fragment loss can be significantly avoided in the closed chip. Last, the specific PCR product, the amounts of enriched sequences, and the library diversity can be obtained for every single SELEX in just 30 min. Compared with current methods, this system can reduce the time for generating a specific PCR product and SELEX, and it is easier to choose the optimal number of cycles for a specific PCR product. In a word, it is a sensitive, simple, and rapid strategy to improve the specificity of the PCR product and make the process of SELEX in a controlled way.     

基于老子《道德经》的跆拳道修养论

通过文献资料法,试图以老子《道德经》中的“道”为基础,阐述跆拳道修养论。老子《道德经》中所谓的“道”,具有“自然无为”“不争”“朴素”等特征,认为具有这些特征的“道”可作为跆拳道训练的指导方法。首先,以“损”为原则的跆拳道训练应该消除社会或人类赋予跆拳道训练中强制的人为目的,通过“损”的训练寻找自然规律的要求,减少自身损伤,更能让自身朝着“道”的状态回归,寻找跆拳道的本质 ；其次,以“和谐”为原则的跆拳道训练,就是要放下,领悟世间真理,做到“不争”,不争的心态可促进跆拳道水平的提高与发挥 ；最后,以“知常知和”为基础的跆拳道训练,即在训练中遵守自己的内心,保护自我,摒弃华丽的动作以及争强好胜的心态,达到了这种心态才能够让跆拳道项目回归这项运动最初的本质——防御性,如此才能达到跆拳道项目的训练的目的。     

Search result diversification on attributed networks via nonnegative matrix factorization

Search result diversification is an effective way to tackle query ambiguity and enhance result novelty. In the context of large information networks, diversifying search result is also critical for further design of applications such as link prediction and citation recommendation. In previous work, this problem has mainly been tackled in a way of implicit query intent. To further enhance the performance on attributed networks, we propose a novel search result diversification approach via nonnegative matrix factorization. Our approach encodes latent query intents as well as nodes as representation vectors by a novel nonnegative matrix factorization model, and the diversity of the results accounts for the query relevance and the novelty w.r.t. these vectors. To learn the representation vectors of nodes, we derive the multiplicative updating rules to train the nonnegative matrix factorization model. We perform a comprehensive evaluation on our approach with various baselines. The results show the effectiveness of our proposed solution, and verify that attributes do help improve diversification performance.
