在政治教学中实施素质教育，培养学生的能力。要求政治课教师必须具备良好的思想道德品质和较高的业务能力素质，这是实施素质教育的关键；教师要钻研教材、认真备课、了解学生，这是实施素质教育的前提；教师要优化课堂教学过程，灵活运用教学方法，这是政治实施素质教育的手段。

关于模拟法庭实践教学的探索与研究

模拟法庭教学是法学教育中一种重要的实践教学方式，但教学实践中对模拟法庭教学实践活动开展的并不理想，存在许多不尽如人意的地方。本文从法学教育教学实际出发，提出应当在以下几个方面加强模拟法庭实践教学活动：将模拟法庭作为一门独立课程列入人才培养计划；建设好够规模、设备齐全的模拟法庭实验室；确定与完善模拟法庭教学活动开展的具体环节与步骤；开展模拟法庭的课程建设；在模拟法庭教学活动中运用多种的教学方法；保证经常性的、典型的案例来源渠道。     

Two ancient rounds of polyploidy in rice genome

An ancient genome duplication (PPP1) that predates divergence ofthe cereals has recently been recognized. We report here another potentially older large-scale duplication (PPP2) event that predates monocot-dicot divergence in the genome of rice(Oryza saliva L.), as inferred from the age distribution of pairs of duplicate genes based on recent genome data for rice. Our results suggest that paleopolyploidy was widespread and played an important role in the evolution of rice.

清代台州知府补遗

古代志书由于种种原因,难免有些并不完善的地方,民国《台州府志》也不例外,其中的清代知府职官表还有很多遗漏。根据大量方志文献和档案史料的排比考索,新增了46名知府,并基本厘清了知府间的交接时间,从而形成了较为完善的职官年表。     

Yangxueqingnao particles inhibit rat vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation induced by lysophosphatidic acid

Objective: To observe the effect of Yangxueqingnao particles on rat vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) proliferation induced by lysophosphatidic acid (LPA). Methods: The amount of3H-TdR (3H-thymidine) admixed in cultured rat VSMC was measured and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) activity and lipid peroxidation end product malondialdehyde (MDA)content of the VSMC were assayed. Results: 1×10-9, 1×10-8, 1×10-7 mol/L LPA in a concentration dependent manner, induced the amount of 3H-TdR admixed, MAP kinase activity, and MDA content of the cultured rat VSMC to increase. However, 5%, 10%,and 15% Yangxueqingnao serum preincubation resulted in a decrease of 23.0%, 42.0%, and 52.0% (P＜0.01) respectively in the amount of 3H-TdR admixed, a decline in VSMC MAP kinase activity of 13.9% (P＜0.05), 29.6% (P＜0.01), and 48.9% (P＜0.01)respectively, and also, a decrease in MDA content of VSMC of 19.4%, 24.7%, and 43.2% (P＜0.01) respectively, in the 1×10-7mol/L LPA-treated VSMC. Conclusions: LPA activates the proliferation and lipid peroxidation of VSMC in a concentration dependent manner. The LPA-induced VSMC proliferation is related to the activity of MAP kinases, enzymes involved in an intracellular signalling pathway. The results of the present study showed that Yangxueqingnao particles can effectively inhibit LPA-induced VSMC proliferation, MAP kinase activation, and reduce lipid peroxidative lesion.     

Removal of Toluene by Adsorption/Desorption Using Ultra-stable Y Zeolite

The adsorption performance of toluene on ultra-stable Y zeolite(USY) was studied via dynamic adsorption. The effects of bed temperature, initial concentration, and feed flow rate on adsorption were investigated. The Yoon–Nelson model was used to fit the toluene breakthrough curves. The length of mass transfer zone was calculated based on breakthrough curves. The Langmuir–Freundlich model fit the adsorption isotherms of toluene on USY, which indicated that the surface of USY was heterogeneous. The adsorption isosteric heat calculated from adsorption isotherms ranged from 54.3 to 69.8 kJ/mol, indicating physical adsorption. The combined technique of temperature swing adsorption with vacuum swing adsorption(TVSA) exhibited excellent desorption performance, which was attributed to the low desorption activation energy. Under optimized TVSA conditions, the desorption rate of toluene reached 90.6% within 10 min. The long-term cyclic utilization results indicated that the adsorption capacity of USY was stable.     

高等职业教育面临的机遇、挑战及发展对策

本文初步分析我国教育改革的进一步深入，社会经济的发展给高等职业带来的机遇，陈述了社会上超前的择业观念，就业压力、奢侈的人才消费以及普通高校的不断扩招等几个方面对高等职业教育的冲击，探讨高等职业教育的发展思路，提出相应的发展对策。
