女性主义电影理论的三种批评模式

自上世纪70年代诞生以来的女性主义电影理论,迄今为止主要形成了三种批评模式：一是研究电影文本中所塑造的女性形象;二是对电影的接受者,即受众进行研究;三是建构女性电影传统。这三种批评模式各有侧萤点,互为补充．共同构成了女性主义电影理论这种别具特色的电影批评理论。     

神话视域下的中原与岭南文化交流考论

早在神话时代,岭南已入中原文明的视野与文化版图。《山海经》时代中原文化外向波散岭南。舜帝南巡足迹岭南,岭南大地已开始接受中原文明之教化,岭南南越民族亦开始投入华夏民族之怀抱。随着中原汉人的南徙,盘古文化与盘瓠文化在岭南相遇并共存相融,岭南的人口成分及文化内涵发生了改变,从而促进了岭南南越民族与汉民族的融合及岭南南越民族的汉化进程,其结果是中华文化丰富多彩,中华民族繁荣壮大。     

教育规划纲要实施进程中的教师教育改革与发展——第八届全国师范大学联席会议综述

2011年8月9日至10日,由教育部主办、新疆师范大学承办的第八届全国师范大学联席会议在新疆师范大学召开。会议是在落实教育规划一周年之际召开的一次全国师范大学专题会议,对于进一步提高教师教育质量具有十分重要的意义。会议以"落实教育规划纲要,深化教师教育改革,提高教师教育质量"为主题展开讨论。在创新型人才培养、教师教育发展和改革、中国特色教师教育体系的构建、提高免费师范生培养质量等问题上各高校的新思路、新举措和新经验,并就今后教师教育和新疆师范大学的改革发展提出了意见和建议。     

创新:自学考试健康发展的必由之路

自学考试是我国高等教育的制度创新,它根植于我国优秀的教育考试传统,汲取了国际先进教育思想,缓解了人民群众对高等教育的迫切需求。20世纪末,我国加快高等教育改革和发展的步伐,高等教育的办学层次和形式更加多样化,自学考试的一些优势不再凸显。面对新的挑战,面对社会对教育的多样性需求,自学考试应适应高等教育改革需要,创新教育内涵,树立新的人才质量观,稳步发展学历教育,扩大非学历培训,充分利用现代信息技术平台,建设新型教材、扩大服务面向、提高服务质量,加强教育沟通,在持续创新中求得自身健康发展。     

新疆特点的高校辅导员队伍建设初探

新疆是我国西北重要的战略安全屏障,战略地位极其重要.推进具有新疆特点的高校辅导员队伍专业化建设,必须重视职业准入、政治素质、职业能力以及专业化的实施路径,保证这支队伍真正成为开展各族大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,进而为新疆高等教育事业的又好又快发展服务.     

Tribology Performance and Adhesive Strength Evaluation of TiAlSiN Coating

Scratch test and friction test were performed to evaluate the internal and external interface behaviors of TiAlSiN coating, respectively. The critical compressive and shearing stress of coating failure during scratch test were calculated and the values are 30.84 MPa and 4.98 MPa respectively. The average friction coefficients of TiAlSiN coating against 2Cr12Ni4Mo3VNbN steel are 0.70 (sliding speed 50 m/min), 0.63 (sliding speed 100 m/min), and 0.81 (sliding speed 150 m/min). The elements diffusion was analyzed by EDS. Al and Si element of coating material diffuse to the steel disc, except Ti element. The oxidation decreases with the increase of sliding speed, but the adhesion increases with the increase of sliding speed. More Al element diffuses to the steel disc at the high sliding speed, but the diffusion of Si element keeps almost constant at different sliding speeds.     

Length-based vehicle classification in multi-lane traffic flow

For the realtime classification of moving vehicles in the multi-lane traffic video sequences, a length-based method is proposed. To extract the moving regions of interest, the difference image between the updated background and current frame is obtained by using background subtraction, and then an edge-based shadow removal algorithm is implemented. Moreover, a thresholding segmentation method for the region detection of moving vehicle based on location search is developed. At the estimation stage, a registration line is set up in the detection area, then the vehicle length is estimated with the horizontal projection technique as soon as the vehicle leaves the registration line. Lastly, the vehicle is classified according to its length and the classification threshold. The proposed method is different from traditional methods that require complex camera calibrations. It calculates the pixel-based vehicle length by using uncalibrated traffic video sequences at lower computational cost. Furthermore, only one registration line is set up, which has high flexibility. Experimental results of three traffic video sequences show that the classification accuracies for the large and small vehicles are 97.1% and 96.7% respectively, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method.
