纳博科夫的名作《洛丽塔》一度成为禁书,主人公亨伯特在自我迷失中探寻真正的自我,纳博科夫在复杂的现实身份中认可自己存在的最大乐趣。而这种自我身份的认同过程真正触及到了我们的内心,不禁让我们也陷入对自我身份的思考:我是谁?我的生活是怎样的,我要的是怎样的生活?别人会认可我吗?我到底想要怎样的我?如果我是亨伯特,我该怎么做?     

Comparing technology-related teacher professional development designs: a multilevel study of teacher and student impacts

This article presents a quasi-experimental study comparing the impact of two technology-related teacher professional development (TTPD) designs, aimed at helping junior high school science and mathematics teachers design online activities using the rapidly growing set of online learning resources available on the Internet. The first TTPD design (tech-only) focused exclusively on enhancing technology knowledge and skills for finding, selecting, and designing classroom activities with online resources, while the second (tech?+?pbl) coupled technology knowledge with learning to design problem-based learning (PBL) activities for students. Both designs showed large pre-post gains for teacher participants (N?=?36) in terms of self-reported knowledge, skills, and technology integration. Significant interaction effects show that teachers in the tech?+?pbl group had larger gains for self-reported knowledge and externally rated use of PBL. Three generalized estimating equation (GEE) models were fit to study the impact on students?? (N?=?1,247) self reported gains in behavior, knowledge, and attitudes. In the resulting models, students of tech?+?pbl teachers showed significant increases in gain scores for all three outcomes. By contrast, students of tech-only teachers showed improved gains only in attitudes.

国内外高校数字图书馆个性化信息服务研究

随着网络技术的迅速发展,以美国为首的国外高校图书馆中增加了个性化信息服务业务,且服务功能较为完善。针对个性化信息服务的快速发展,国内部分高校图书馆在参考和借鉴国外MyLibrary系统成功经验的基础上,开发了自己的个性化服务平台,服务种类有所创新,但在信息技术使用能力、资源建设、信息安全控制等方面还存在一定的不足,总体来看,以人为本理念的深入挖掘和先进信息技术的紧密结合使用是高校数字图书馆个性化信息服务的发展方向。     

DEL RBC transfusion should be avoided in particular blood recipient in East Asia due to allosensitization and ineffectiveness

Previously, both primary and secondary anti-D alloimmunizations induced by "Asian type" DEL (RHD1227A allele) were observed in two incidents. We investigated how often these alloimmunization events occur. The transfusions of any D-negative patients were investigated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University Medical College, China, during the entire 2009. The antigens of D, C, c, E, and e were routinely serotyped. The "Asian type" DEL variant was genotyped and the RHD heterozygote was determined through two published methods. The changes in anti-D levels were monitored by the indirect antiglobulin test (IAT) and flow cytometry. Thirty D-negative transfused patients were included in the study. We focused on 11 recipients who were transfused with packed red blood cells (RBCs) from DEL donors at least one time. Of those 11 recipients, seven were anti-D negative before transfusion and four were anti-D positive (one patient with an autoantibody). One of the seven pre-transfusion anti-D negative patients produced a primary-response anti-D after being transfused with 400 ml of DEL blood twice. All four pre-transfusion antibody positive patients were not observed hemoglobin (Hb) levels increased, as expected after transfusions. Two patients had an increase in anti-D from 1:8 to 1:64 by IAT, which was also shown by flow cytometry. None of the patients experienced an acute hemolytic episode. Our data indicated that the primary anti-D induced by DEL transfusion or the secondary anti-D elevated by DEL in a truly D-negative patient might not be unusual. We suggest that a truly D-negative childbearing-aged woman should avoid DEL transfusion to protect her from primary anti-D allosensitization. In addition, anti-D positive recipients should also avoid DEL red cell transfusion due to the delayed hemolytic transfusion reaction (DHTR).

高校辅导员心理素质研究述评

文章对近年来关于高校辅导员心理素质的研究进行了梳理,包括高校辅导员心理素质研究的总体状况、高校辅导员心理素质的基本理论研究。对当前研究现状进行了述评,指出了未来高校辅导员心理素质研究的两个致思方向:一是加强辅导员心理素质的系统研究;二是制订本土化的辅导员心理素质的测查工具。     

心理学视野下的我国青少年价值观研究综述

价值观是一个复杂的心理系统,心理学研究者对其界定和研究各有侧重,本文从价值观的基本概念、现有的价值观研究这两个方面对近几年的研究成果进行梳理和总结,对今后的价值观的研究进行了展望,以期为后续研究探寻方向和突破口。

浅谈退役运动员如何转型当好班主任

班主任是学校与学生信息传递的桥梁,班主任工作是复杂而又重要的工作。作为一名退役运动员,如何做好这种角色转换?如何从一个专业的竞技体育工作者变为一位负责班级管理、组织和领导的班主任?笔者过去是一名专业的运动员,退役后来到本省一所电大做体育老师,同时担任了一个班的班主任。通过自己两年多的努力,对班主任工作有了一定的了解。在此,笔者想通过自身的一些经历经验,谈一下一名退役运动员如何能尽快转型成为一个合格的班主任,与广大同行分享交流。
