1 知识经济与知识产权制度 社会经济发展史表明，知识产权制度诞生是经济发展的内在必然要求。由于自然资源的稀缺性以及由此引发的对自然资源的争夺，产生了对技术创新的强大社会需求，任何社会都将发生争夺这种需求的竞争，社会要保持经济活动的有序，就必须制定出指导和调节竞争的规则和约定。以动力机械的发明和改进为标志的近代技术革命，促使社会经济的重大发展，也使技术知识本身成为一种资源，一种比自然资源更为稀缺的资源。     

浅谈化学实验教学中学生科学素养的培养

全面提高学生的科学素养,是新一轮国家基础教育课程改革的一个重要而具体的目标。本文从化学实验的角度,谈谈在实验教学中如何从四个方面对学生的科学素养进行有效的培养。     

论郭沫若作品在中学语文课程资源中的开发利用

郭沫若爱国主义精神及其文质兼美的优秀作品是宝贵的语文课程资源。针对不同层次学生有效而多元化地发掘利用其经典作品中的语文课程资源,对于探究中学语文课程改革与教材建设,激发起学生以爱国主义为核心的民族文化情感和学习兴趣,培养学生丰富的想象力和创新思维,从而形成正确的人生观、价值观均有着非常重要的现实意义。     

Counseling Psychology Licensure in Taiwan: Development,Challenges, and Opportunities

The development and consequences of licensure for counseling psychologists in Taiwan are presented to promote cross-cultural awareness surrounding issues in the counseling psychology profession. The national licensure statute for counseling psychologists in Taiwan was established by the Taiwanese Legislature in 2001. While the licensing system marked an important milestone, it also brought forth a number of internal and external conflicts to the counseling psychology profession in Taiwan. The paper consists of four parts. First, it introduces the development of the Counseling Psychology profession and licensure in Taiwan. Second, challenges triggered by the statute of counseling psychologists are considered. Third, the profession’s strategic response to these challenges is addressed. Finally, the profession’s ongoing post-licensure development is presented. We hope this article facilitates further exchanges of initiatives undertaken by international colleagues to consolidate the ethical practice of the Counseling Psychology profession in different parts of the world.     

Research engagement and educational decentralisation: problematising primary school English teachers’ research experiences in China

Teachers are encouraged to enhance professional competence through reflective practice and they are also asked to undertake research to generate evidence for their professional practices. This paper reports on an inquiry into a group of primary school English language teachers’ research engagement in the province of Guangdong on the Chinese mainland. The inquiry explored the effect of educational reforms on the participants’ research engagement through the use of an open‐ended questionnaire and group interviews. The inquiry revealed that research engagement had become an important part of the teachers’ professional lives. Emerging findings from the inquiry also problematised their research engagement as it was found to have been undermined by a competitive promotion mechanism, the teachers’ conceptualisations of research and challenges in the knowledge dissemination process. The paper ends with reflections on how to make teacher research “educational” for teachers and serve as an effective way for professional development.

How does collaboration affect researchers’ positions in co-authorship networks?

Collaboration usually has a positive effect on researchers’ productivity: researchers have become increasingly collaborative, according to recent studies. Numerous studies have focused on enhancing research collaboration by recommendation technology and measuring the influence of researchers. However, few studies have investigated the effect of collaboration on the position of a researcher in the research social network. In this paper, we explore the relationships between collaboration and influence by social analytical methods, which are pertinent to analyzing the network structure and individual traits. We evaluate three aspects of the researchers’ influence: friendship paradox validation, social circle, and structure of a researcher's ego network. Furthermore, the ”six degrees of Bacon number” theory, generalized friendship paradox, and triadic closure theory are introduced to support our analysis. Experimental results show that collaboration can help researchers increase their influence to some extent.     

新建本科院校图书馆规划要素设定及建设重点研究——以保山学院图书馆建设为例

图书馆建设是新建本科院校规划建设中的核心内容之一。保山师范高等专科学校升格为本科学院后,图书馆作为学校办学的重要组成部分理应及时全方位升级。根据国家教育部相关规定,新升格本科院校5年后要接受教育部高校本科教学工作水平合格评估,图书馆建设达标情况是其中一项重要的检查考核指标。以保山学院升本后的图书馆建设为例,讨论了高校本科教学工作水平合格评估背景下新建本科院校图书馆建设的目标定位,发展思路,建设重点及工作原则,方法步骤,提出了对照评估指标搞好学院图书馆建设的基本对策建议。     

专利标准化对技术创新的影响及对策

技术标准与专利结合,使得专利技术标准化趋势出现。这既有专利权主体受利益驱动的主观原因,也是客 观因素使然。专利技术标准化对技术创新有积极影响,但亦可能造成技术创新惰性和阻碍技术创新。为克服专利技术标 准化对我国企业技术创新的不利影响,应完善与技术标准相关的法律制度,尤其是专利信息披露制度;建立协调、整合 机制,促进技术标准与技术创新的良性互动;发挥政府作用,促进事实标准形成;推动开放标准的制定和实施等。     

从IC到AC:国外大学图书馆学术共享空间的发展与启示

随着读者需求的个性化,信息共享空间开始向不同的模式发展。学术共享空是信息共享空间功能的扩展。国外的学术共享空间两种服务模式即机构知识库和"一站式"学术支持服务,对我国大学图书馆服务创新有三点启示:构建学术服务平台,提高人员素质和结构,加强评价与跟踪。
