RFID智慧校园安防管理系统研究与应用

针对校园管理存在的信息处理手段落后的问题,提出了一种基于RFID远距离自动识别技术的校园安全管理系统设计方案,给出了无线传感器和中间件技术在系统软件中的应用。实验结果表明,该管理系统能够对校园安全实行全方位的监控和管理,非工作人员接近重要或危险区域自动报警,学生在校内信息及时与家长互动,实现了校园安全管理的实时自动化,提高了校园安全管理效率。     

以PVC膜碘离子电极测定大米中碘的含量

本文报导在 0 .0 5mol/L硼砂缓冲溶液中 ,以PVC膜碘离子电极直接电位法测定大米中碘的含量 ,方法灵敏度为 3× 10 - 7mol/L ,线性范围为 5× 10 - 7～ 10 - 3mol/L ,以该方法对蒸水沿岸地方的大米中的碘测定 ,分析表明 ,该地区中碘含量处在 0 .2～ 0 .6mg/kg范围 .

Design and integration of an all-in-one biomicrofluidic chip

We demonstrate a highly integrated microfluidic chip with the function of DNA amplification. The integrated chip combines giant electrorheological-fluid actuated micromixer and micropump with a microheater array, all formed using soft lithography. Internal functional components are based on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and silver∕carbon black-PDMS composites. The system has the advantages of small size with a high degree of integration, high polymerase chain reaction efficiency, digital control and simple fabrication at low cost. This integration approach shows promise for a broad range of applications in chemical synthesis and biological sensing∕analysis, as different components can be combined to target desired functionalities, with flexible designs of different microchips easily realizable through soft lithography.     

Olivine-norite rock detected by the lunar rover Yutu-2 likely crystallized from the SPA-impact melt pool

Chang’E-4 landed in the South Pole-Aitken (SPA) basin, providing a unique chance to probe the composition of the lunar interior. Its landing site is located on ejecta strips in Von Kármán crater that possibly originate from the neighboring Finsen crater. A surface rock and the lunar regolith at 10 sites along the rover Yutu-2 track were measured by the onboard Visible and Near-Infrared Imaging Spectrometer in the first three lunar days of mission operations. In situ spectra of the regolith have peak band positions at 1 and 2 μm, similar to the spectral data of Finsen ejecta from the Moon Mineralogy Mapper, which confirms that the regolith''s composition of the landing area is mostly similar to that of Finsen ejecta. The rock spectrum shows similar band peak positions, but stronger absorptions, suggesting relatively fresh exposure. The rock may consist of 38.1 ± 5.4% low-Ca pyroxene, 13.9 ± 5.1% olivine and 48.0 ± 3.1% plagioclase, referred to as olivine-norite. The plagioclase-abundant and olivine-poor modal composition of the rock is inconsistent with the origin of the mantle, but representative of the lunar lower crust. Alternatively, the rock crystallized from the impact-derived melt pool formed by the SPA-impact event via mixing the lunar crust and mantle materials. This scenario is consistent with fast-cooling thermal conditions of a shallow melt pool, indicated by the fine to medium-sized texture (<3 mm) of the rock and the SPA-impact melting model [Icarus 2012; 220: 730–43].

Two-parameter characterization of low cycle, hysteretic fatigue data

The aim of this research is to characterize the development of fatigue damage by means of stress-strain hysteresis. Experiments were conducted on 14 specimens made of cold-finished unannealed AISI 1018 steel. Results demonstrate that the mechanical hysteresis loop areas, when plotted as a function of the number of loading cycles, show significant variations and demonstrate the three principal stages concerning the progress of the fatigue failure--initial accommodation, accretion of damage and terminal failure. These three stages of fatigue are marked by the transitions at cycles N2 and N3. Experimental results show that although fatigue life Nf ranges from 2644 cycles to 108 992 cycles, the ratios of N2/Nf and N3/Nf tend to be stable： N2/Nf=I 0.7%, N3/Nf=91.3%.
