利用临界点理论研究了Kirchhoff系统的周期解.首先定义Kirchhoff系统的弱解;其次给出一些引理;最后用临界点理论中的极小极大方法得到关于Kirchhoff系统弱解的一个存在性定理.     

浅析高中田径教学的有效策略

采用文献资料法对目前高中田径教学的现状进行分析与研究。研究针对阻碍高中田径健康发展的因素进行分析,并提出相应有效促进高中田径教学发展的策略:引导学生正确认识田径运动、要培养高中生参与田径运动的兴趣、改善教学评价指标和选择合理教材与适宜的教法。     

Rethinking the World Bank Agenda for Chinese Higher Education Reform

This article explores the way in which the World Bank has worked effectively with China in higher education. It investigates whether or not the cooperation between the two has changed in line with their changing relationship. More specifically, it discusses whether the World Bank’s China agenda reflects the reform package of socio-institutional neoliberalism which the World Bank has tended to promote worldwide in the era of the Post-Washington Consensus, and how China’s higher education reform has been influenced by the agenda. The article argues that as China is transferring its role from that of a recipient country to that of a donor country, it is increasingly important to position itself as a global player. Other than mastering the game rules of the international community, China should also expand its influence within and through these major international organizations.     

Enhancing Overseas Chinese Graduate Employability: The Case of Chinese Graduates with Finnish Academic Qualifications

This paper explores ways to enhance overseas Chinese graduate employability by taking Finnish-educated Chinese students/graduates as an example. In so doing, it understands that graduate employability development is a joint effort of multiple stakeholders including students, graduates, academics, program coordinators, employers, and policymakers. Accordingly, it provides arguments and suggestions for how to enhance the employability of these graduates in terms of the labor market context, employers’ beliefs and actions, the responsibilities of higher education institutions, and student/graduate commitment. It also points out two major challenges faced by overseas Chinese graduates as well as their educational providers, which are linked respectively to gaps between what graduates acquire in higher education and what is required in the labor market, as well as gaps from the employers’ perspective: areas where employers need to understand more about universities and catch up with new ideas generated by them.     

云南咖啡产业链发展战略研究

产业链发展战略的关键在于找到能够提升产业链核心竞争力的战略环节。云南咖啡产业链经过多年的发展初步成形,但产业链各环节存在的问题是影响产业竞争力的关键所在。本文以云南咖啡产业链分析为基础,提出与世界咖啡大品牌进行战略联盟是云南咖啡产业链发展的务实之道。     

Comparative account of serum lipids,lipoproteins and apolipoprotein-B in patients of coronary artery disease

Serum total lipids (cholesterol and triglyceride), lipoproteins (VLDL, LDL and HDL) and Apolipoprotein-B levels of normal healthy individuals (n=25) and coronary artery disease patients (n=25) were estimated. The objective of the present study was to ascertain the role of apo-B in causation and inheritance of coronary artery disease. It was observed that on an average serum total cholesterol and triglyceride more than 200 mg/dl bring the individuals to a risk of coronary artery disease (CAD) irrespective of the age. CAD patients achieved this value at an early age (35–45 years). Similarly VLDL and LDL levels were found to be significantly raised in CAD patients when compared to that of age matched normal individuals, with patients achieving risk values at an early age. HDL levels were found to be significantly lower in CAD patients as compared to normal individuals. Serum apo-B levels were significantly raised in CAD patients as compared to age matched normal individuals. Patients with positive family history of CAD had raised serum apo-B levels than those having negative family history. A positive coefficient of correlation was observed between serum apo-B and LDL levels suggesting that more the number of Apo-B particles, more will be the synthesis of atherogenic particle (LDL). Patients with negative family history had serum apo-B levels closer to those of normal individuals and in these individuals HDL levels were found to be significantly lowered, suggesting that loss of scavenger role of HDL could be the risk factor responsible for the causation of CAD in these patients, with negative family history of coronary artery disease.     

基于典型相关分析的区域创新系统投入与产出关系研究

以区域创新系统创新投入与创新产出关系为研究对象,应用典型相关分析方法进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,区域创新投入与创新产出具有相关性,且相关关系显著;研究与发展全时人员当量对发明专利授权数有显著的促进作用;国家创新基金获得资金对科技型企业新产品销售收入具有显著的促进作用;人均固定资产对高新技术企业数量和企业新产品销售收入具有抑制作用;规模以上工业企业研究开发人员数对高新技术企业数量和企业新产品销售收入具有显著的促进作用。并在此基础上给出了政策建议。     

建构现代社会组织体制:理论、问题与对策

"加快形成现代社会组织体制"是党的十八大提出的重要理论命题。本文首先界定和分析了"现代社会组织体制"的基本内涵和主要特征,归纳和剖析了当前我国社会组织体制发展存在的问题和不足,并在此基础上提出了加快建构现代社会组织体制的对策建议。     

Fuzzy sliding mode control design for a class of disturbed systems

This paper discusses the problem of the fuzzy sliding mode control for a class of disturbed systems. First, a fuzzy auxiliary controller is constructed based on a feedback signal not only to estimate the unknown control term, but also participates in the sliding mode control due to the fuzzy rule employed. Then, we extend our theory into the cases, where some kind of system information can not be obtained, for better use of our theoretical results in real engineering. Finally, some typical numerical examples are included to demonstrate the effectiveness and advantage of the designed sliding mode controller.
