深度镇静麻醉胃镜检查术后不良反应的影响因素研究

目的探讨丙泊酚联合芬太尼深度静脉麻醉胃镜检查术后患者不适的影响因素。方法随机抽取2010年9月-2010年10月某院深度镇静麻醉胃镜检查术受检者270名,术前采用自制问卷调查,记录受检者术中术后多项指标,分析深度镇静麻醉胃镜检查术术后患者不适的主要影响因素。采用描述性统计分析、χ2检验、单因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果术后不适的影响因素有年龄、BMI、是否患有冠心病、是否曾经做过胃镜检查、术前心理是否紧张、术中是否出现呛咳和躁动、麻醉药物起效时间、术后清醒时间。结论对于年龄较大、肥胖、患有冠心病、以往从未做过胃镜检查、术前紧张、术中出现呛咳躁动、麻醉药物起效时间长的受检者应在术中密切观察其呼吸、循环受抑制情况,并在术后延长观察时间。     

本科院校文科实验室建设现状及对策探析

随着信息时代的到来和高等教育改革的不断深入,文科实验室建设成为高等院校建设的又一重大课题。本文针对文科实验室建设中出现的问题,从文科实验室项目的系统规划、政策倾斜、强化管理、资金筹集和队伍建设等方面提出了相应的措施以期达到文科实验室建设的规范化、科学化、现代化。     

大学生弱势群体心理健康状况调查研究——以陕西理工学院贫困生为例

经济贫困大学生是大学生弱势群体的主体。本研究采用大学生心理健康量表（CCSMHS）对陕西理工学院建档贫困大学生进行测试分析,调查结果显示：非弱势群体总体心理健康水平优于弱势群体,尤其是在焦虑、抑郁、自卑、社交退缩、依赖等5方面存在显著性差异;大二学生的心理健康水平优于大三的水平,而性别和城乡之间的差异不显著。并对此分析了具体的原因,提出应完善经济资助与心理资助相结合的资助体系,加强心理咨询工作,对不同类别的大学生弱势群体给予有针对性的指导等对策建议。

近年来,创业教育作为新的教育教学理念受到高等院校的高度重视.目前,高职院校正在积极探索符合高职院校的创业教育模式,寻找适合高职院校创业教育的途径与方法.以国家示范型高职院校物流专业为例,探索将物流管理专业就业教育与创业教育相融合的创业教育培养模式,提出我国高职院校开展创业教育的具体措施.     

甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱片含量均匀度测定方法学研究

建立甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱片的含量均匀度测定方法.采用对二甲氨基苯甲醛作为显色剂与甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱显色,以580 nm为测定波长,采用紫外分光光度法进行测定.本方法测定的线性范围47.79～77.66 mg/L(r=0.999 9),平均回收率(n=9)为100.9%.本法简便、快速、准确,可较好评价甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱片的含量均匀度,为其质量控制提供依据.

泰语和汉语虽然同属汉藏语系,但存在许多不同.泰国学生由于受母语干扰产生语音偏误,主要存在以下问题:开口度偏小或偏大;撮口呼误读为齐齿呼、合口呼;四声调值把握不准确.纠正开口度和撮口呼偏误,可采用手势、口形法;在声调教学方面,可采用比较法等.     

How to get out of the prisoners�� dilemma: Educational resource allocation and private tutoring

This paper analyzes the behavior of families in China regarding private tutoring, applying game theory to its discussion of their actions. It finds that families will definitely give their children private tutoring after school in order to obtain better educational opportunities in situations where the distribution of educational resources is uneven. According to game theory, overuse of private tutoring after school will waste societal resources and negatively affect all the players in the game. It is argued that a key strategy to reduce private tutoring after school is to close the gaps in state provision of education.     

Lumped parameter model for resonant frequency estimation of a thermoacoustic engine with gas-liquid coupling oscillation

Gas-liquid coupling oscillation is a novel approach to reducing the resonant frequency and to elevating the pressure amplitude of a thermoacoustic engine. If a thermoacoustic engine is used to drive low-frequency pulse tube refrigerators, the frequency matching between the thermoacoustic engine and the refrigerator plays an important role. Based on an acoustic-electric analogy, a lumped parameter model is proposed to estimate the resonant frequency of a standing-wave thermoacoustic engine with gas-liquid coupling oscillation. Furthermore, a simplified lumped parameter model is also developed to reduce the computation complexity. The resonant frequency dependence on the mean pressure, the gas space volume, and the water column length is computed and analyzed. The impact of different working gases on the resonant frequency is also discussed. The effectiveness of the models is validated by comparing the computed results with the experimental data of the gas-liquid coupling oscillation system. An increase in the mean working pressure can lead to a rise in the resonant frequency, and a lower resonant frequency can be achieved by elongating the liquid column. In comparison with nitrogen and argon, carbon dioxide can realize a lower frequency due to a smaller specific heat ratio.
