大学生资助信息隐私保护:基于失真模型的研究

大学生资助信息隐私保护研究主要可以由资助信息价值与资助制度建设两个维度来分析,由此构成了一个信息失真模型。大学生资助信息失真是指其信息被扭曲变形后给相关主体(如大学生、高校等)造成的权益损害现象,对其信息隐私保护提供了一定的理论支撑。大学生资助信息失真模型包括四种类型,通过对相关的案例统计分析,认为努力减少资助信息失真是隐私保护的主要目标。

Study on the prediction of visible absorption maxima of azobenzene compounds

The geometries of azobenzene compounds are optimized with B3LYP/6-311 G* method, and analyzed with nature bond orbital, then their visible absorption maxima are calculated with TD-DFT method and ZINDO/S method respectively. The results agree well with the observed values. It was found that for the calculation of visible absorption using ZINDO/S method could rapidly yield better results by adjusting OWFπ-π (the relationship between π-π overlap weighting factor) value than by the TD-DFT method. The method of regression showing the linear relationship between OWFπ-π and BLN-N (nitrogen-nitrogen bond lengths) as OWFπ-π=-8.1537 6.5638BLN-N, can be explained in terms of quantum theory, and also be used for prediction of visible absorption maxima of other azobenzne dyes in the same series. This study on molecules' orbital geometry indicates that their visible absorption maxima correspond to the electron transition from HOMO (the highest occupied molecular orbital) to LUMO (the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital).     

先秦文献成书时代述略

现存先秦文献成书时间极为复杂,根据前人研究成果,先秦文献的思想形成或成书时代分为三个阶段：春秋以前、春秋时期、战国时期。其中成书于春秋以前的有《周易》、《尚书》、《诗》的部分内容;成书于春秋时期的有《春秋》、《左传》、《国语》等以及《尚书》、《诗》等的部分内容;成书于战国时期的有《墨子》、《孟子》、《庄子》等以及《尚书》、《周易》等的部分内容。考察并了解先秦文献的成书时代,对于正确引用和解读这些历史文献具有重要意义。     

桐城文化中"教化"思想的实践智慧

挖掘桐城文化中的"教化"思想,为建设我国社会主义和谐社会、促进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化提供思想资源和营养因子.分析了桐城文化中的"教化"思想,认为治国之本在于治民,治民之本在于治心,良善政令不如善教得民之多.具体表现为兴办教育,振兴文教,督学教谕,倡议"教化",以"文"化人,陶冶"性灵",教化民众,以"德"谋"得"等.促使民众懂礼义、知廉耻、尚道德,形成一种持久稳定的精神意识和行为习惯,以实现桐城文化中的教民、化民和移风易俗的民本思想.     

以发展为根本—体验体育教学课堂中的即时评价

即时评价是指在教育活动过程中，评价者对于评价时象的具体表现所作的即时的表扬或批评，是一种与教学过程紧密结合的“进行性评估”，贯穿于学习过程当中。体育课堂教学中教师即时评价是对学生课堂学习活动作出的立即反应，帮助调整，控制后继学习行为。“促进发展、以人为本、强化激励、多元参与”是新课程课堂教学即时评价的新特点。文章结合初中体育课堂教学实践通过对课堂教学中的即时评价的重要性以及实施策略进行阐述，从而充分发挥即时评价的功能，促进学生的全面发展。     

基于行处理的SAGE算法在PET图像重建中的应用

运用基于行处理(RA)的"单块"投影子集法改进了空间交替广义期望最大(SAGE)算法的收敛性. 新的RA-SAGE算法以正交单投影序列的方式对投影数据进行处理, 以减少投影间的相关性, 达到加速收敛的效果. 此外, 在迭代搜索同时, 新算法结合了超松弛变量, 使其能快速接近全局最大似然解. 实验中, 运用RA-SAGE与SAGE对正电子发射断层(PET)进行了重建. 结果表明,RA-SAGE收敛性能比SAGE优越, 且重建图像质量较高.

构建节约型社会的税收政策取向研究

资源节约型社会税收政策问题,是当前经济和财税领域的重要课题。本文在阐释了资源节约型社会的涵义、建设资源节约型社会的必要性和税收政策在构建资源节约型社会中的积极作用之后,分析了当前我国建设资源节约型社会税收政策存在的问题。在介绍了发达国家资源节约型社会税收政策与经验借鉴的基础上,本文重点从更新税收观念,提高资源节约型社会税收政策理念、改革完善现有税收制度等四个方面论述了我国建设节约型社会税收政策的思考。     

Exploring Factors That Promote Online Learning Experiences and Academic Self-Concept of Minority High School Students

The rapid growth of online education at the K-12 level in recent years presents the need to explore issues that influence the academic experiences of students choosing this method of learning. In this study, we examined factors that promote/hinder the learning experiences and academic self-concept of minority students attending an online high school. Qualitative interviews were conducted with twenty-four African American, and sixteen Hispanic high school students. The results showed that collaborative learning activities, access to resources, time convenience, student-teacher interactions, student-student interactions, improved academic behavior, and parental support helped to enhance online learning experiences and academic self-concept of the minority students. On the contrary, the lack of social presence, and the lack of cultural inclusion in course content constrain online learning experiences and academic self-concept of the students. The findings revealed some similarities between factors that influence minority students learning experiences online, and in face-to-face setting. The study also highlighted the need for teachers of online courses to understand the cultural backgrounds of minority students, and to use their knowledge to improve the learning experiences and academic self-concept of these students. Implications for teaching minority high school students in an online environment, as well as suggestions for future research are provided.
