“以党内和谐促进社会和谐”的理论剖析

党的十六届六中全会提出了"以党内和谐促进社会和谐"的全新命题.深入理解这样一个命题,必须对"党内和谐"有一个清晰的把握,弄清党内和谐的概念内含、党内不和谐的成因、构建党内和谐的路径选择等问题,以期首先从理论上建构党内和谐.只有立足于理论上建构党内和谐的基础上,才能进一步思考"以党内和谐促进社会和谐"的内在逻辑、"以党内和谐促进社会和谐"的基本维度等问题.     

谈和谐校园建设中的法制教育

构建和谐校园是落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的内在要求。深入开展青少年法制教育是构建和谐校园的基础性工作,是不可或缺的有机组成部分。审视青少年法制教育现状中的不少问题,构建和谐校园,需要我们提高认识,创新方法,依法治校,切实加强青少年法制教育。

如何有效配置研究生教育资源是研究生教育发展的重要问题。文章从研究我国研究生教育资源配置体制入手,分析现存体制的弊端,借鉴国际研究生教育资源配置的先进经验,提出我国研究生教育资源配置的策略。     

西南宗教旅游资源特征及开发研究

西南地区宗教旅游资源丰富,具有极大的独特垄断性。在对该区宗教旅游资源丰度、组合度和空间分布特点三个指标的研究基础上,探讨资源分布的基本状况。并通过对资源类型特征研究,得出西南宗教旅游资源具有一定的比较优势,且组合度良好,易于走资源联合协作开发之路的研究结论。     

金沙江宜宾段土壤侵蚀潜在危险度

采用GIS技术制作出专题坡度面积统计表,得到金沙江宜宾段河段两岸10km范围内15°～25°的坡度区域占最大比例,河段两岸坡度范围主要是25°～35°;由当地土肥站、国土局、林业局、气象站等调查资料得知:研究区处于四川山地丘陵区,年平均降水量950mm左右;坡耕地占坡地面积平均为12.85％;平均植被覆盖率为23.63％;岩性主要为紫红色砂页岩、泥页岩;土壤主要为紫色土、水稻土,河谷属于平丘潮泥紫泥土;地表松散物质厚度处在1～5m范围,人均占有土地资源量非常低,人口环境容量失衡度极高.根据土壤侵蚀潜在危险度评级标准,确定金沙江宜宾段土壤侵蚀潜在危险度为强险型.提出了减轻土壤侵蚀潜在危险度的几点建议.     

Splicing-site recognition of rice (<Emphasis Type="Italic">Oryza sativa</Emphasis> L.) DNA sequences by support vector machines

Motivation: It was found that high accuracy splicing-site recognition of rice (Oryza sativa L.) DNA sequence is especially difficult. We described a new method for the splicing-site recognition of rice DNA sequences. Method: Based on the intron in eukaryotic organisms conforming to the principle of GT-AG, we used support vector machines (SVM) to predict the splicing sites. By machine learning, we built a model and used it to test the effect of the test data set of true and pseudo splicing sites. Results: The prediction accuracy we obtained was 87.53% at the true 5′ end splicing site and 87.37% at the true 3′ end splicing sites. The results suggested that the SVM approach could achieve higher accuracy than the previous approaches. 对献“一类具功能反应的食饵一捕食两种群模型的定性分析”[1]的结论作一些改正和补充，即对高次奇点进行分析，对极限环的存在性结论进行改正．所讨论的模型：dx/dt=xg(x)-yφ(x)，dx/dt=y(-d φ(x))，其中g(x)=a—bx^m和φ(x)=cx^θ都是非线性的．     

Enhancement of durability of glass fiber-reinforced cement with PVA

The main thrust of this research was to determine the effectiveness of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) powder in enhancing the durability of short GFRC materials. Accelerated aging of the materials was achieved through low-pressure steam curing in a moist chamber. The strength and ductility of GFRC were measured by the direct tension test, which showed that incorporation of PVA powder into GFRC could improve its mechanical behaviour and turn it from brittle to ductile. To investigate the mechanism of the tensile strength enhancement, the fiber-matrix interface was examined by polarizing optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX). It was found that PVA powder tended to migrate to the fiber-matrix interfacial zone and thus prevented the accumulation of calcium hydroxide in this area. PVA film around the fiber resulted in a more ductile interfacial microstructure and better bonding between fiber and matrix, which should be responsible for enhancing the tensile property and preventing the aging of GFRC. Furthermore, PVA powder reduced the microhardness and brittleness at the interface.
