This paper looks at the role played by the ISO 9000 registration process in contributing to the knowledge codification within the firms. The ISO 9000 standards concern the way a company should elaborate a quality system by providing guidelines and models. They are considered as a code, i.e. a common language, which leads to communication and industrial relationship. This paper focuses on how this code might be used within the firms to enhance knowledge codification. It explains the standards implementation process by studying the three steps needed to complete codification within the firm: (1) the starting point of the implementation; (2) the subject of the codification, that means the material and behavioural characteristics of the production process; (3) the impact of the ISO 9000 implementation on knowledge accumulation within the firm. This paper addresses the fact that the ISO implementation is related to knowledge codification through a learning process, which includes both individual and collective knowledge conversions. 相似文献

The Grand Tour usually refers to the travel of Englishmen to Italy, where they acquired the taste essential to the gentleman and the paintings and other objects of virtù to display in their country estates. In this paper, I consider not Englishmen abroad but the meaning of the Grand Tour as a cultural and educational practice for elite males in eighteenth-century England. My argument is that as an educational practice, the Grand Tour was highly contradictory, and that it was especially paradoxical in relation to one of its aims, language learning. Using Bakhtin's concepts of heteroglossia and dialogism as analytical framework, I explore the shifting power relations between the English and French languages throughout the century, and argue that the Grand Tour played a key role in the elaboration of discourses on language and national identity in the late eighteenth century. 相似文献

A comparative analysis of how access and equity are defined and how policies have evolved reveals a number of commonalities and differences between countries. The overall trend is a movement from the priority given to ‘inherited merit’ in the admission process through a commitment to formal equality, towards the application of some modes of affirmative action for selected under‐represented groups. This overall convergence, which is accompanied by a growing appreciation of the complexity of social identities, is complemented by significant national specificity in respect of the social categories which are used to define social diversity. In the absence of appropriate comparative measures of participation a Higher Education Participation Index is developed to facilitate cross‐country comparisons. A review of current attempts to measure equity in access to higher education points to the need to develop a programme of comparative research which focuses on the social characteristics of students who are currently enrolled in higher education. 相似文献

基于温室温度控制对象存在的大滞后、大惯性等属性,使传统控制方法的控制效果不甚理想。从烟叶生长原理和温室温度控制原理出发,提出一种基于现场控制系统(FCS)的现场总线控制模型,实现对烟叶培育过程中温度的管控一体化。该模型能使温室温度控制根据季节的交替、时令的变化实现优化控制,为烟叶的生长发育提供合适的温度环境。结果表明:该控制模型可以提高温室温度控制系统的自适应性,抑制大惯性产生的温度失调等副作用,获得满意的控制效果,同时也节约能源,提高了经济效益。 相似文献
