骨骼肌基因转移系统的建立

以EGFP为标记基因，利用重新构建的pAV-EGFP质粒，采用直接注射方法，进行了离体和在体基因转移研究。实验结果显示，经脂质体包裹后，质粒可以有效地进行细胞转移；DNA表达载体肌肉直接注射后，利用共聚焦显微镜可以在注射点周围的肌细胞观察到绿色荧光蛋白；而在对侧肢PCR和共聚焦显微镜的结果均为阴性。实验结果表明，肌肉直接注射DNA可以在肌肉得到表达，将会为治疗肌肉损伤带来新的方法。

The turning point in 1985. The history of appraisal and disposal of records in Iceland

The article sets off with a brief summary of the history of appraisal and disposal of records as processed at the National Archives of Iceland (NAI) since its establishment in 1882 to present times. Rules on appraisal and disposal of records introduced in 1900, 1911, and 1916 were ignored and all records were kept. Status quo remained until 1985 when a new National Archives Act was passed. The appraisal and disposal process adopted then is described and explained. It included the publication of instructions on records management as well as forms relating to records management. The influence of acts of law on the appraisal and disposal process is explained. Finally the experience with the arrangement of organised appraisal in Iceland is described.

According to the statistical data of 1991, there are over a hundred libraries in North America holding a total of more than ten million Chinese, Japanese and Korean materials, among which there are 50%-80% Chinese records. The initial study made by the United States of bibliographic control of Chinese material dates from the last decade. Among the departments that made the study, the RLIN (Research Library Information Network) and the OCLC (On-Line Computer Library Center) are the two systems of uttermost importance.The paper reviews the development and the progress of the automation of bibligraphic control for Chinese materials in the United States and the five focuses already discussed.9 illus.1 table.1 appendix.25 references.     

儒家学派的辩证思维方式对武术文化发展的影响

武术是中华民族优秀的传统文化。在其漫长的历史发展过程中,武术受到中国传统主流文化——儒家文化的影响。儒家文化是孔子在吸收前人思想成果的基础上创建的以“仁”为核心的思想体系。中国传统哲学的辨证思维方式主要包括两点,即整体观和对待观,这两种思维方式对武术文化的发展起到了无法替代的作用。整体观是推动整个武术发展的基本思维模式,而对待观使得中华武术文化形态体现出鲜明的辩证思维特点。
