平面图像处理Photoshop课程是目前高职计算机专业必修课程之一,为使学生较早适应实际工作岗位的需求,探讨该课程的模块化教学设计思路。     

垂直一体化对企业创新的非线性影响

本文以2000-2012年A股主板制造业上市公司为研究对象,使用价值增值法测算垂直一体化程度,并利用专利引用来衡量企业创新产出,实证分析了垂直一体化对企业创新的影响及其异质性。研究发现,垂直一体化与企业创新之间的关系呈倒U型,即存在先正后负的现象。进一步,该倒U型关系在高科技企业以及非国有企业中更为显著。并且,该倒U型关系仅存在于东部和中部地区。本文对企业合理选择组织边界以及政府制定相关政策均具有参考价值。     

多元包容性人力资源实践对个体创造力的影响——双元学习和魅力型领导的作用

多元化员工可为组织带来诸多创新所需异质知识,同时也为组织带来极大管理挑战,因而多元包容性人力资源实践（IHRP）成为学界和业界关注的热点。基于资源保存理论,本研究通过界定IHRP的内涵构成并构建被调节的中介作用模型,探究其对个体创造力的作用机理与边界条件。通过验证性因子分析与逐步回归发现：（1）IHRP包括个性化配置、多元性选拔、包容性发展、参与性评估和针对性薪酬;（2）IHRP对个体创造力有积极促进作用;（3）双元学习在IHRP与个体创造力之间起中介作用;（4）魅力型领导调节IHRP对双元学习与个体创造力的直接作用,同时调节IHRP通过双元学习对个体创造力的间接作用。     

人力资源绩效管理体系建设探究

科学合理的人力资源绩效管理作为推动企业发展的基础性动力,关键在于管理体系的完善度。本文通过对人力资源管理与绩效管理概念的分析,针对我国企业在人力资源绩效管理方面普遍存在的问题,提出改进策略及体系构建策略。     

“新工科”建设背景下地方高校应用型专业课程教学改革探索与实践——以“安全生产法规”课程为例

以地方高校视角探讨安全工程类专业技术人才培养如何主动适应新工科建设需要,并以专业课程“安全生产法规”为例,分析其课程改革背景及必要性,提出从创新课堂教学模式、构建基于案例教学的实践型研讨班以及推动课程考试由“知识考核型”向“知识+能力考核型”转变等方面开展专业课程改革,并介绍教学改革实践思路及具体措施。从近几年的教学实践及教学效果来看,相关课程改革措施能够促进地方高校与新工科人才培养新要求相适应,有助于学生工程应用思维培养和创新实践能力的提升。     

产品装配线自动化改造的动机分析及风险预估——以某汽车配件厂装配线改造项目为例

以某一汽车配件厂的自动化装配线改造项目为例,分析了目前制造型工厂推进产品装配线自动化改造的动机主要有产品质量的控制、"机器换人"战略的实施、生产效率的提升以及人力成本的减少等几大因素。其中,最主要的动机为产品质量的控制与"机器换人"战略的实施。在自动化改造项目的实施中,分析得出此类自动化改造项目可能存在的风险主要有短期效益的未知性风险、自动装配线的适应性风险以及后期维护保养的不确定性风险。     

Large-scale multiferroic complex oxide epitaxy with magnetically switched polarization enabled by solution processing

Complex oxides with tunable structures have many fascinating properties, though high-quality complex oxide epitaxy with precisely controlled composition is still out of reach. Here we have successfully developed solution-based single-crystalline epitaxy for multiferroic (1-x)BiTi_(1-y)/2Fe_yMg_(1-y)/2O₃–(x)CaTiO₃ (BTFM–CTO) solid solution in large area, confirming its ferroelectricity at the atomic scale with strong spontaneous polarization. Careful compositional tuning leads to a bulk magnetization of 0.07 ± 0.035 μ_B/Fe at room temperature, enabling magnetically induced polarization switching exhibiting a large magnetoelectric coefficient of 2.7–3.0 × 10⁻⁷ s/m. This work demonstrates the great potential of solution processing in large-scale complex oxide epitaxy and establishes novel room-temperature magnetoelectric coupling in epitaxial BTFM–CTO film, making it possible to explore a much wider space of composition, phase, and structure that can be easily scaled up for industrial applications.     

A stage-specific cell-manipulation platform for inducing endothelialization on demand

Endothelialization is of great significance for vascular remodeling, as well as for the success of implanted vascular grafts/stents in cardiovascular disease treatment. However, desirable endothelialization on synthetic biomaterials remains greatly challenging owing to extreme difficulty in offering dynamic guidance on endothelial cell (EC) functions resembling the native extracellular matrix-mediated effects. Here, we demonstrate a bilayer platform with near-infrared-triggered transformable topographies, which can alter the geometries and functions of human ECs by tunable topographical cues in a remote-controlled manner, yet cause no damage to the cell viability. The migration and the adhesion/spreading of human ECs are respectively promoted by the temporary anisotropic and permanent isotropic topographies of the platform in turn, which appropriately meet the requirements of stage-specific EC manipulation for endothelialization. In addition to the potential of promoting the development of a new generation of vascular grafts/stents enabling rapid endothelialization, this stage-specific cell-manipulation platform also holds promise in various biomedical fields, since the needs for stepwise control over different cell functions are common in wound healing and various tissue-regeneration processes.
