叶轮机械气动-振动性能耦合实验台研制

研制的叶轮机械气动-振动性能耦合实验台,在完成本科实验教学的同时,也为毕业设计实验、创新实验,同时也为工业风机、压缩机、烟机、汽轮机、电机等旋转机械的气动和振动性能及其耦合特性的研究搭建了综合性实验平台。介绍了旋转机械气动-振动性能耦合实验台的主要结构、工作原理,以及可完成的实验内容;分析了实验台的设计思路和创新点,以及建设过程中应注意的问题。对工厂、科研院所及高校同类叶轮机械实验台建设具有一定的借鉴意义。     

试论考研大学生的心理顾虑及调试策略

随着我国高等教育的发展和就业形势的日益严峻,越来越多的大学生加入了考研大军。但是,面对考研,很多学生难以下定决心,有的虽然决定考研,也存在诸多心理顾虑。本文对考研大学生存在的心理顾虑及其产生原因进行了剖析,并提出了积极的调试策略,以帮助大学生走出顾虑,坚定考研信心。     

仁者“力行”:教学悖论与教师自由实践

教学悖论指教师教育教学过程中存在的必须解决却永难得到答案的一系列困惑与矛盾,如语言暴力与无言之教的悖论、规训与自我创造的悖论、理想之境的描绘与苦难之境的揭示之间的悖论、功利追求与精神修养的悖论等等。教学悖论对教师的自由实践造成了重大影响。教师自由实践的本质和精髓在"力行",教师权力的真正体现也在"力行"。教师的自由实践是一种精神实践,也是一种科学的政治实践。教师自由实践的最高境界表现为教师能进行原创性教学,即教师创造课堂、教师创造学生。而这一切自由实践的根本则在教师能够自我创造。     

中共90年来领导人民抗灾救灾的经验研究

我国是一个自然灾害频繁而又严重的国家,中国共产党从成立至今,领导人民群众抗灾救灾也一直没有停止过,其中基层党组织在抗灾救灾中始终发挥着战斗堡垒作用,并且积累了丰富的经验。本文在对90年来基层党组织抗灾救灾的经验进行分析梳理的基础上,从指导思想、根本方法、组织模式、内在动力、制度保障等方面对经验分别进行了归纳总结。     

论桂剧的传承和发展模式

桂剧是广西主要的地方剧种之一,至今约有200余年的历史。1896年唐景崧开办了桂剧科班"桂林春班",其创作的桂剧剧本《看棋亭杂剧》是桂剧发展史上第一批为本剧种而撰的独有剧目。桂林抗战文化城时期,马君武、欧阳予倩、田汉、焦菊隐等人成立广西戏剧改进会、桂剧学校等机构,从事桂剧改革和人才培养,为桂剧发展做出了巨大贡献。新中国成立后桂剧演出以桂剧团为依托,多次在地方和全国的戏剧活动中取得辉煌的成绩。改革开放以来,随着广大人民群众精神生活的逐渐丰富,桂剧也与其他传统戏剧一样面临市场萎缩、后继无人等现实问题。面对当代桂剧的现实困境,提出相应的改革措施,以期促进桂剧的发展和提高。     

Output feedback control of electro-hydraulic asymmetric cylinder system with disturbances rejection

To achieve accurate position control of electro-hydraulic asymmetric cylinder system with only available displacement signal, an output feedback controller is proposed in this paper. The dynamic model of the system is expressed as a Brunovsky form, which helps to estimate the system states and simplify the controller structure. Then Levant differentiator is introduced to estimate the position, velocity and acceleration of the asymmetric cylinder system based on the output signal, which can reduce the impact of measurement noise compared to the means of calculating the time derivative of the displacement signal directly. Besides, a high gain disturbance observer is designed to reject the lumped disturbance rejection of the system including parameter uncertainty, modelling error and external disturbance. Moreover, a sliding mode surface is introduced to the controller design and a robust item with continuous function is applied to compensate for estimation errors. According to Lyapunov theory, the developed output controller is pledged to be stable that can realize disturbance rejection control as well as backstepping-free control. Furthermore, a large-size asymmetric cylinder experimental rig is set up to simulate practical applications environment. Comparative experimental results reveal the validity and potential practical meaning of the developed control approach.     

Partial-state feedback adaptive stabilization for a class of nonlinear systems with uncertainties

This paper studies the adaptive asymptotically stabilizing control problem for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems by the partial-state feedback. The input-to-state stability (ISS) is used to describe the dynamic uncertainties, and a novel Nussbaum function is resorted to counteract the unknown identical control directions. The damping terms with the estimates of unknown disturbance bounds are inserted in control design to handle the nonvanishing external disturbances. It can be seen that all signals in closed-loop are bounded and the system states converge to zero asymptotically in spite of the uncertainties. Finally, a simulation example is introduced to show the effectiveness of the presented control scheme.     

Robust finite-time sliding mode control for discrete-time singular system with time-varying delays

This paper explores the finite-time bounded issue for discrete-time singular time-varying delay system via sliding mode control method. A suitable discrete-time sliding mode control law is constructed to drive the state trajectories onto the specified sliding surface in a given finite time interval. Meanwhile, sufficient conditions for finite-time bounded to the closed-loop delayed system are provided in both reaching phase and sliding motion phase. In addition, the finite-time sliding mode controller gain matrix can be solved by using the linear matrix inequalities approach. Finally, three numerical examples are illustrated to demonstrate the superiority and practicability of presented results.

从高职院校图书馆组织网络文献现实状况入手,指出对于网络全文数据库高职图书馆缺乏网络文献组织技术手段,对于组织开放获取资源没有积极性的问题.分析高职图书馆开展网络文献组织的好处有以下几个方面,跨库统一检索平台可以有效将图书馆现有文献组织成一个整体,开放获取文献可以缓解图书馆经费压力,组织网络文献可以缓解读者信息过载.并指出高职院校图书馆网络文献组织工作切入点有图书馆现有网络资源组织统一检索平,组织开放获取资源向读者推广使用,接受虚拟馆藏文献概念,积极参与网络文献资源建设.
