??On the basis of evaluation of three typical thesauri in China,the article reviews the development of thesauri since 1980's It takes the newly-published Thesaurus of Commonly Used Military Archive for a detailed analysis.Then it sums up the development and achievemant of Chinese thesauri in ten-odd years,and clarifies the progress and outcome acquired by the Thesaurus of Commonly Used Military Archive though drawing lessons from the past experience.

CO-SATISFIABLE AND CO-VALID OF TWO FIRST-ORDER LANGUAGES

In this paper,the authors point out and demonstrate the difference of theconcepts concerning co-satisfiable and co-valid between one first-order language andtwo first-order languages,and put forward the concepts about uniform co-identical truthand uniform co-satisfiability.Thus some theorems in the book“A Course inMathematical Logic”,written by J.L.Bell and M.Machover,are corrected.     

"七月流火"之我见

《诗经.豳风.七月》之"七月流火",古今注疏均作大火星西下,天气渐寒。其实细考原文,这种解释未必正确。《豳风.七月》是一首反映周时周地周人农事的诗篇,所以"七月"并非夏历七月,而是周历七月,相当于夏历五月。这个季节正是天气炎热,不当转凉。《诗经》中有以星象表示时间的诗句,如"三星在户"、"月离于毕"等,既以星象表示时间,则不再缀以表时间的词语。而"七月流火"中既有"七月"明确表示时间,"流火"就不可能再是表时间的星象。查《诗经》中所用之"火"均不作星宿解,"流火"并非星象,而是指天气。况且《七月》一诗中,月份后所属者皆是农事、物候、节令和天气,没有属星象者,"七月流火"自不能例外。正如"九月肃霜"指凉爽的天气一样,"七月流火"应视为炎热天气为宜。
