中小学体能锻炼课程体系构建研究

中小学体育与健康课程要落实"培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人"的根本任务,首先要在体能锻炼上下功夫,增强学生体质.体能锻炼课是学校体育与健康课程改革新发展阶段的一种课型.中小学体能锻炼课具有对接核心素养、落实课程标准、达成体质健康指标、指向体能考试的实然需求.终身体能教育理论、动作发展理论、运动技能发展模型、身体素质发展敏感期理论为体能锻炼课提供理论依据.体能锻炼课可从课程类型、模块内容、核心要素、诊断考核四个方面构建设计.体能锻炼课在专业师资、开发设计、课程资源和协同推进方面面临现实挑战.     

日本科技创新应对人口老龄化经验借鉴

针对人口老龄化这一世界性热点、难点问题,分析总结日本科技创新应对人口老龄化的主要经验措施,包括建立健全相关法律法规和发展战略、加强老年人福祉技术创新,依托技术创新提升为老服务效率和精度、持续改善老年人生活环境和质量,注重智慧养老技术创新、促进养老服务产业发展;相比较而言,我国则存在针对老龄化社会的战略应对不足,数据壁垒制约养老信息服务网络平台建设,“互联网+养老”城乡发展严重失衡且技术创新缺乏“以老为本”,以及老年人福祉科技创新不足等问题.借鉴日本经验,结合我国国情,提出在科技创新计划与行动部署、研发投入、信息技术和智慧养老产业发展、科技创新人才队伍建设以及开发多层次老年人科技产品等方面,我国积极应对人口老龄化的启示建议.     

“以教师为中心”教学方式的中美比较研究——基于中美PISA数据的分析

根据PISA数据库2018年的数据,在基础教育阶段中国和美国都存在"以教师为中心"的教学方式且美国教师的应用频率较低。分析显示,教学支持与以教师为中心的教学有显著相关关系,"以教师为中心"的教学在一定程度上削弱了学生的幸福感。但是,"以教师为中心"的方式也可以产生高质量的课堂教学,如经常和学生讨论问题、在教学过程中表达教师自己的理解、适当地给学生提出的观点以支持等。同时,学校应该关注到教学方式对学生幸福感的影响,鼓励教师组合使用各种教学方式,开展"以学生为中心"的教学,由此对学生幸福感产生积极影响,实现从"以教师为中心"到"以学生为中心"的有效转变。     

上市公司会计寻租环境研究

公司管理者作为实施会计寻租行为的主要行为主体,他们所处的环境必然会对上市公司的会计寻租行为产生重要影响,不同的环境会使同一会计寻租行为产生不同的表现形式。中美上市公司的会计寻租环境在公司治理结构、产权制度安排和法律制度安排,这三个方面存在很大的差异,其对会计寻租行为的影响与表现形式也不相同,美国上市公司的会计寻租行为以主动的会计准则游说为主要特征,而中国则以隐性的、被动的“非法”会计寻租为主要特征。     

Targeting HSPA1A in ARID2-deficient lung adenocarcinoma

Somatic mutations of the chromatin remodeling gene ARID2 are observed in ∼7% of human lung adenocarcinomas (LUADs). However, the role of ARID2 in the pathogenesis of LUADs remains largely unknown. Here we find that ARID2 expression is decreased during the malignant progression of both human and mice LUADs. Using two Kras^G12D-based genetically engineered murine models, we demonstrate that ARID2 knockout significantly promotes lung cancer malignant progression and shortens overall survival. Consistently, ARID2 knockdown significantly promotes cell proliferation in human and mice lung cancer cells. Through integrative analyses of ChIP-Seq and RNA-Seq data, we find that Hspa1a is up-regulated by Arid2 loss. Knockdown of Hspa1a specifically inhibits malignant progression of Arid2-deficient but not Arid2-wt lung cancers in both cell lines as well as animal models. Treatment with an HSPA1A inhibitor could significantly inhibit the malignant progression of lung cancer with ARID2 deficiency. Together, our findings establish ARID2 as an important tumor suppressor in LUADs with novel mechanistic insights, and further identify HSPA1A as a potential therapeutic target in ARID2-deficient LUADs.     

浙江省高职高专图书馆现状调研与发展模式探索

通过调查表和实地走访等方法,对浙江省34所高职高专院校图书馆的现状进行了较为全面的调查,并在此基础上分析了高职高专图书馆在办馆思路、人员状况、文献建设、自动化与数字化以及业务规范等方面的发展趋势和存在的主要问题,结合实际探讨了高职高专院校图书馆建设的发展模式和基本思路,为制订适合高职高专图书馆的评价指标体系提供了一定的参考依据。     

创投网络对科创企业创新绩效的影响——基于二阶社会资本的视角

创投网络由投资者及其共同投资的伙伴关系所构成,而投资者的社会资本（即二阶社会资本）对被投企业技术创新的影响机理尚不清晰。以2000—2016年间接受风险投资的1 852家生物医药企业及其所形成的2 386个创投网络为研究样本,实证分析了创投网络结构（网络闭合、网络集聚）和网络构成（投资者赛道多元度）对被投科创企业创新绩效的影响,以及投资者赛道多元度对该影响的调节作用。研究发现：创投网络闭合与企业创新绩效呈倒U形关系;创投网络集聚负向影响企业创新绩效;投资者赛道多元度的提高有助于被投企业提升创新绩效,却弱化了网络闭合与企业创新的倒U形关系。此外,投资者赛道多元度对网络集聚与企业创新关系的调节效应不显著。研究结论为创投网络与科创企业创新绩效之间的关系提供了新的见解,有助于投资者优化投资策略和管理者制订科创企业创新政策。     

零售业客户关系管理及数据挖掘的应用研究

客户关系管理(CRM)是电子商务背景下企业管理的一种新的理念、技术与方法。在激烈的市场竞争中,推行客户关系管理是零售企业获得忠诚顾客,增强市场竞争力的重要途径。有效的客户关系管理离不开客户数据分析,而数据挖掘则是进行客户数据分析的基本技术和方法。零售业在推行客户关系管理的过程中,需要加强对数据挖掘技术的应用研究,以支持企业的经营管理决策,将企业的信息化管理水平提高到一个新的层次。     

Control of time-delayed linear differential inclusions with stochastic disturbance

The control of time-delayed linear differential inclusions with stochastic disturbance is discussed. The feedback law is constructed by the convex hull Lyapunov function. The design objective is to make the closed-loop system exponentially stable in mean square. Finally, a simulation is given to show the effectiveness of this control design.     

Longitudinal trends in networks of university-industry-government relations in South Korea: The role of programmatic incentives

This study examines the longitudinal trend of systemness in networked research relations in South Korea using a triple helix (TH) indicator of university-industry-government (UIG) relations. The data were harvested from the Science Citation Index (SCI) and its counterparts in the social sciences (SSCI) and the arts and humanities (A&HCI). The total number of Korean SCI publications has grown rapidly since 1965. However, the TH indicator shows that the network dynamics have varied considerably according to the research policies of the national government. The collaboration patterns, as measured by co-authorship relations in the SCI noticeably increased, with some variation, from the mid-1970s to the mid-1990s. However, inter-institutional collaboration in the first decade of the 21st century was negatively influenced by the new national science and technology (S&T) research policies that evaluated domestic scientists and research groups based on their international publication numbers rather than on the level of cooperation among academic, private, and public domains. The results reveal that Korea has failed to boost its national research capacity by neglecting the network effects in science, technology, and industry.
