浅谈教师资源的自我开发和利用

随着新课程改革的深入,教师越来越重视对课程资源的开发和利用,以此打造优质高效课堂。其中对学生资源开发和利用的广度和深度是有目共睹的,而对教师自身的资源却利用甚少,即使偶尔利用也是顾虑重重。事实上,教师不仅是课程资源的开发利用者,而且自身就是重要的课程资源。为此,在教学中教师要重视自身资源的开发和利用,从而提高教学效率。

基于三阶段数据包络分析的全国高新技术产业开发区绩效评价

目前国内对高新区绩效的研究存在评价目标单一、评价内容模糊不清的问题.为有效评价我国高新区绩效水平,基于高新区的"高新技术"和"政府引导"两个基本内涵和多元化的功能定位,以37个国家高新区为例,运用三阶段数据包络分析(DEA)模型测算其剔除环境和随机误差前后的综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率以及规模报酬.结果表明:我国高新区整体绩效水平良好,而高新区综合效率无效的原因主要来源于规模效率无效;运用传统DEA模型测算存在纯技术效率被低估、规模效率被高估且被低估程度大于被高估程度的问题;对于高新区绩效,市场开放程度、宏观经济情况的影响为正,而产业结构、政策支持的影响为负.为进一步优化我国高新区资源配置,提出政府有关管理部门应当重视营造良好环境,对高新区的发展科学统筹规划,并加强引导和协调等政策建议.

科技期刊"创新生态圈"是将生物学理论引入期刊创新范畴而形成的一种有机开放、动态多层次的理论结构.本文以综述国内外创新生态系统相关研究文献为基础,阐明了科技期刊"创新生态圈"的理论渊源.并以生态隐喻、模型构建的方法,分析了科技期刊"创新生态圈"的内涵界定、要素构成、健康度评价,指出加快构建具有良好健康度的科技期刊"创新生态圈",需合理发挥"创新要素"的"竞合共生"作用.

中原经济区和长株潭两型社会建设综合改革实验区在中部崛起战略中发挥着重要作用。通过对两大经济区发展定位、经济开放度、生态环境等三个维度的比较,得到了中原经济区应错位发展、优化产业结构、发展循环经济、扩大开放交流、强化生态意识等具体发展对策。     

一种卫星电视快速自动定位和跟踪系统

为实现对卫星信号的快速搜索和高精度指向,提出一种利用三维电子罗盘对卫星实现自动定位的系统.通过对步进跟踪过程的分析,结合系统模块化设计思路,分析和设计了自动定位系统的硬件模块和软件中的控制算法.为提高整个系统的抗干扰能力和跟踪精度,采用空间坐标式跟踪来代替十字跟踪,从而快速准确地进行卫星定位.     

Time-frequency analysis of EEG signals evoked by voluntary,stimulated and imaginary motions

In order to investigate the characteristics of sensorimotor cortex during motor execution(ME), voluntary, stimulated and imaginary finger flexions were performed by ten volunteer subjects. Electroencephalogram(EEG) data were recorded according to the modified 10-20 International EEG System. The patterns were compared by the analysis of the motion-evoked EEG signals focusing on the contralateral(C3) and ipsilateral(C4) channels for hemispheric differences. The EEG energy distributions at alpha(8—13 Hz), beta(14—30 Hz) and gamma(30—50 Hz) bands were computed by wavelet transform(WT) and compared by the analysis of variance(ANOVA). The timefrequency(TF) analysis indicated that there existed a contralateral dominance of alpha post-movement event-related synchronization(ERS) pattern during the voluntary task, and that the energy of alpha band increased in the ipsilateral area during the stimulated(median nerve of wrist) task. Besides, the contralateral alpha and beta event-related desynchronization(ERD) patterns were observed in both stimulated and imaginary tasks. Another significant difference was found in the mean power values of gamma band(p0.01)between the imaginary and other tasks. The results show that significant hemispheric differences such as alpha and beta band EEG energy distributions and TF changing phenomena(ERS/ERD) were found between C3 and C4 areas during all of the three patterns. The largest energy distribution was always at the alpha band for each task.     

Real-time temperature control for high arch dam based on decision support system

It is important and difficult to control the temperature of mass concrete structure during high arch dam construction.A new method with decision support system is presented for temperature control and crack prevention.It is a database system with functions of data storage,information inquiry,data analysis,early warning and resource sharing.Monitoring information during construction can be digitized via this system,and the intelligent analysis and dynamic control of concrete temperature can be conducted.This method has been applied in the construction of the Dagangshan Arch Dam in China and has proven to be very convenient.Based on the decision support of this system and the dynamic adjustment of construction measures,the concrete temperature of this project is well-controlled.     

公共文化服务视阈下档案微博服务优化研究

文章立足于公共文化服务视阈,探究档案微博现状,为档案机构开展与优化档案微博服务提供参考意见。选择八个有代表性的档案微博账号作为样本,通过西瓜数据平台,对样本微博运营情况进行分析,进一步总结当前档案微博存在的问题,提出相应的解决优化策略。在公共文化服务体系建设背景下,档案机构可以从组织、观念、内容、认证四方面对档案微博服务进行优化,提高档案微博的档案服务能力与质量,进而提升公共文化服务水平。     

基于数字人文视角的高校档案馆档案服务体系构建

在数字人文与档案学跨学科背景下,通过探讨“数字人文”等概念的内涵,调研高校档案馆档案服务体系现状及数字人文对现有服务体系构成要素中问题所产生的影响,凸显基于数字人文视角的高校档案馆档案服务体系构建的必要性;并通过列举实践案例以论证体系构建的可行性。最后从管理、技术、法规维度构建数字人文视角下的高校档案馆档案服务体系。
