试论社区教育与终身教育体系的构建

本文从终身教育与社区教育的关系入手，论述了社区教育在终身教育体系的重要功能和积极作用，并从中国的实际出发，对构建终身教育体系重要组成部分的中国社区教育的走向提出自己的构想。     

当代中国法治政府建设的困境和前景

在梳理法治含义的基础上，可以对法治政府进行广义和狭义区分。西方国家法治政府的形成是在法律秩序在社会秩序中处于主导地位的基础上，首先出现广义的法治政府。而中国特色的法治政府建设首先必须从狭义法治政府入手，通过对行政权的制约未逐步实现法治国家。     

Moral education and values education in curriculum reform in China

In the new curriculum reform in China, moral education and values education have been defined from the angles of the integrity and conformity of curriculum functions. Accordingly, a new education concept based on complete/integral curriculum functions is established. By discussing the essences of the curriculum, the basis of moral and values education, integrated curriculum setting in instruction structure, the presence of emotional and attitudinal goals in the subject standards, and teaching methods, this text points out that this curriculum reform looks to moral and values education in schools. The reform also emphasizes and will guarantee moral and values education in schools. Finally, the article recommends to elementary and secondary schools the studies on moral education in class conducted by the Research Institute of Moral Education of Nanjing Normal University, one of the Key Bases for Humanities and Social Sciences Research for the Ministry of Education. __________ Translated from Global Education, 2002:12     

On maximum power point tracking control strategy for variable speed constant frequency wind power generation

Based on the characteristic of AC-excited variable speed constant frequency （VSCF） wind power generation, the vector control technique was applied in a doubly fed induction generator （DFIG）. Maximum wind energy or maximum output power point can be tracked by decoupling control of active power and reactive power. The research result shows that the net power of generation system delivered to grid in maximum wind energy tracking mode is not the most. We presented a novel maximum power point tracking （MPPT） control strategy by analyzing the DFIG mathematic model and power relations which delivered the maximum power to the grid. The maximum power point could be tracked automatically without measuring wind speed in the control strategy and the control was independent of optimal turbine power curve, which had excellent dynamic and static performances and robustness. Simulation and experimental results testify the accuracy and validity of the control strategy.     

老子的和谐社会思想

老子和谐社会思想具有丰富而深刻的内涵,它包括天人和谐、人际和谐、政治和谐三个既有内在联系,又依次递进的层面。天人和谐思想所提出的顺应自然、善待自然、和谐发展模式对于重建当代生态伦理具有重要的理论启迪;人际和谐思想所提出的少私寡欲、知止不殆、谦让不争的思想是重建人际伦理的精神资源;政治和谐思想所提出的理性政治、以德治国、社会公平思想则是建设和谐社会的思想基础。     

基于SOA的教育资源共享框架及支撑系统的开发研究

教育资源库的建设面临着资源难以大范围共享和重用的问题。本文参考国内现有研究成果,在对北京市属高校特色教育资源库建设项目现状进行充分调研的基础上,提出了一个基于SOA的资源共享框架并搭建了支撑系统,论述了系统的主要架构和关键技术实现。希望在对现有各资源站点改动最小的基础上解决资源的共享问题,提高工作效率并在此基础上创新现有资源应用和管理方式,以提高优质资源的利用率。     

Kidney function change after transcatheter aortic valve replacement in patients with diabetes and/or hypertension

Aortic stenosis(AS)is a progressive heart valve disease occurring predominantly in older patients.According to a survey in a western country,the prevalence of AS is nearly 6.4%in patients over 75 years old(Carabello and Paulus,2009).Transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)is an alternative method for AS patients.Previous studies have described how up to 66%of TAVR patients have concomitant baseline kidney dysfunction(Ferro et al.,2015;Gargiulo et al.,2015).The majority of patients can benefit from the TAVR procedure with the recovery of kidney function.     

试论多媒体在英语教学中的应用

随着多媒体在英语教学中的应用越来越广泛,给我们的日常教学带来了很大的变化和影响,由此敦促我们进行进一步的思考,以使多媒体对英语教学乃至整个教育事业起到更加强大的推动作用.     

基于目标增量的最小化总完工时间无等待流水调度智能算法

针对NP-完全的无等待流水作业调度问题,改变传统求解调度序列目标函数的模式,分析并证明启发式算法基本算子的目标增量性质,通过目标函数变化量判断新解的优劣,大大降低算法所需计算时间．提出将变化邻域搜索（VNS）作为一种局部搜索机制混合入遗传算法的智能算法IGA求解所考虑的问题,根据问题特点构造ISG算法产生初始种群中的一个个体,设计基于期望值的个体选择机制和进化过程交叉算子ILCS．采用110个经典Benchmark实例,将所提出的IGA算法与传统遗传算法以及求解该问题目前最好的2种算法进行比较,实验结果表明IGA算法在略有耗时的情况下,性能上明显优于其他3种算法、     

福州生态校园应用人工湿地技术的可行性研究

人工湿地技术是20世纪70年代发展起来的一种新的污水处理技术,它可增加绿地面积、改善和美化生态环境,并可实现废水的资源化.文章从技术和经济两方面对人工湿地技术运用于福州高校生态校园建设的可行性进行分析,并提出了福州高校在人工湿地建设中应注意的若干问题.
