教师教育综合训练中心的建设与探索

教师的专业化发展对教师的综合技能培养提出了更高的要求.广西师范学院在教师教育综合训练中心的建设方面进行了探索与实践,包括整合多学科优质资源、发挥教师教育优势;创新实验教学理念、强化师范生"新三手"能力培养;借助先进信息技术、建成"未来教师空间站"的教师教育信息化创新平台等方面,有效促进了民族地区基础教育教师专业化发展.     

论学校组织中合作管理模型的构建

伴随社会经济的发展,合作的概念逐渐从幕后走向前台,合作影响着社会组织的变革,成为社会生活的重要内容和手段。在教育领域,引入"合作"概念,构建一个现实的、多元化和人性化的合作管理模式,对学校组织管理有着重要的现实指导意义,因此,有必要充分运用学校组织中的人与物等要素,使它们"合作"起来为学校组织服务。     

高职院校对伤害事故安全意识的现状研究

学生伤害事故日益成为困扰学校工作和阻滞学校发展的严重问题。如何利用法律手段妥善处理学生伤害事故,减少学生伤害事故对学校教育教学秩序的负面影响,切实维护学校、教师和学生的合法权益,就成为一个具有重要意义的现实问题。通过文献分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法,研究我国高校安全意识的现状,提出相应的提升对策。     

Large-scale multiferroic complex oxide epitaxy with magnetically switched polarization enabled by solution processing

Complex oxides with tunable structures have many fascinating properties, though high-quality complex oxide epitaxy with precisely controlled composition is still out of reach. Here we have successfully developed solution-based single-crystalline epitaxy for multiferroic (1-x)BiTi_(1-y)/2Fe_yMg_(1-y)/2O₃–(x)CaTiO₃ (BTFM–CTO) solid solution in large area, confirming its ferroelectricity at the atomic scale with strong spontaneous polarization. Careful compositional tuning leads to a bulk magnetization of 0.07 ± 0.035 μ_B/Fe at room temperature, enabling magnetically induced polarization switching exhibiting a large magnetoelectric coefficient of 2.7–3.0 × 10⁻⁷ s/m. This work demonstrates the great potential of solution processing in large-scale complex oxide epitaxy and establishes novel room-temperature magnetoelectric coupling in epitaxial BTFM–CTO film, making it possible to explore a much wider space of composition, phase, and structure that can be easily scaled up for industrial applications.

20世纪80年代中国改革开放之后,房地产开发曾高潮迭起,从事房地产租售业务的代理商如雨后春笋般出现。代理商,或称中介、经纪之类,并非新生事物,它们的祖宗应是在中国封建社会后期曾盛极一时的牙行。     

校企合作培养 提升毕业设计实践教学质量

实践与创新能力的培养是大学工科专业培养的首要目标。实践教学基地是实践与创新能力培养不可或缺的平台。文章在校企合作人才培养基地建设与教学实践的基础上,总结了校企合作人才培养基地的建设目标和"基于CDIO理念、回归工程"的建设思路,探讨了以"校企互动、统一管理"为基础的合作基地实践教学运行管理模式,分析了基于校企合作的毕业设计等实践教学培养效果。     

我国高校学报专业化路径的现实选择与体制性障碍评析

我国高校学报就专业化发展进行了多方探索与尝试。但到目前为止,综合性学报仍居主体地位,学报专业化发展的一些设想因相关体制与政策障碍而难以落到实处。鉴此,宏观层面的管理政策与规章应有新的思路:稳定存量、改革增量,建立新的学报刊号资源的审批机制;有进有退、进退结合,建立动态的高校学报的进入与退出机制。

Online Proctored Versus Unproctored Low-Stakes Internet Test Administration: Is There Differential Test-Taking Behavior and Performance?

Online higher education institutions are presented with the concern of how to obtain valid results when administering student learning outcomes (SLO) assessments remotely. Traditionally, there has been a great reliance on unproctored Internet test administration (UIT) due to increased flexibility and reduced costs; however, a number of validity concerns have led some researchers to question its implementation and results. To mitigate the limitations of UIT, a relatively new approach, referred to as online proctoring, has been developed to mirror in-person proctoring remotely by capitalizing on technology to create verifiable and secure testing conditions. This study evaluated the comparability of online proctored and unproctored test administration in a low-stakes testing context on user-friendliness, examinee behavior, and mean scores. Results demonstrated improved user-friendliness (e.g., ease of logging in); however, no significant differences were observed in terms of keystroke information, rapid guessing, or aggregated scores between proctoring conditions. Overall, these results suggest that online institutions can implement UIT, which is a cost-effective approach to test administration, and obtain valid group-level inferences from SLO assessments.

要适应科学技术的飞速发展，科技编辑必须具有科学的人文精神，担负起把自然科学和人文科学内涵融合起来的责任，实现科学真、善、美的统一。科技编辑应大力弘扬科学的人文精神，以适应知识经济时代的要求。在对科技作者及读者的人文价值引导上，科技编辑发挥着重要的作用，在日常工作中，对科技作者要更多地给予人文关怀，成为他们学术上的“知音”。
