2009年下半年,我们将迎来新中国成立60周年,做好经济工作,促进科学发展,保障和改善民生,维护社会和谐稳定至关重要.下半年高校"形势与政策"教育教学,要继续高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,以邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,围绕隆重庆祝新中国成立60周年,继续保持我国经济平稳较快发展等工作,有针对性地对大学生深入开展形势与政策教育,引导大学生正确分析和认识当前国内外形势,统一思想,坚定信心和决心,坚信我们党完全有能力带领全国各族人民,化危为机,战胜困难,在应对挑战中创造新的发展机遇、实现更好发展.

《项羽本纪》关于项羽结局的两种书法——“乌江自刎”与“身死东城”,都是司马迁的实录,是同篇前后互见足义,二者完全统一而无丝毫矛盾,应毋庸置疑。     

坚持“六个注重”创新大学生思想政治教育工作——上海加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作总体情况

中央16号文件颁布以来,中共上海市教育卫生工作委员会、上海市教育委员会突出思想政治理论课教育和经常性思想政治教育工作“两个关键环节”,抓好辅导员和思想政治理论课教师“两支骨干队伍”,坚持注重研究引领、注重课堂质量、注重教师主导、注重贴近需求、注重拓展阵地、注重凝聚合力等“六个注重”,加强科学谋划,深化德育内涵,创新工作方法,拓展育人阵地,大学生思想政治教育工作取得显著成效。     

Mother–Child Attachment From Infancy to the Preschool Years: Predicting Security and Stability

Relations between maternal mind‐mindedness (appropriate and nonattuned mind‐related comments), children's age‐2 perspective‐taking abilities, and attachment security at 44 (n = 165) and 51 (n = 128) months were investigated. Nonattuned comments predicted insecure preschool attachment, via insecure 15‐month attachment security (44‐month attachment) and poorer age‐2 perspective‐taking abilities (51‐month attachment). With regard to attachment stability, higher perspective‐taking abilities distinguished the stable secure groups from (a) the stable insecure groups and (b) children who changed from secure to insecure (at trend level). These effects were independent of child gender, stressful life events, and socioeconomic status (SES). The contribution of these findings to our understanding of stability and change in attachment security from infancy to the preschool years is discussed.

公有民办二级学院的学风建设问题是提高学院办学质量的关键所在。本文以南京林业大学南方学院为例,阐述了学习环境、异地办学、学院管理及教风对学风建设的影响。     

信息媒体数字视频图书馆——开创多媒体数字图书馆先河

信息媒体数字视频图书馆（TheINFORMEDIADigitalVideoLibrary,简称IDVL）项目是美国数字图书馆创始计划（DigitalLibrariesInitiative,简~,DLI）最初的六个项目之一,由卡内基·梅隆大学于1994年创建。该项目一直在深入地开发数字视频及其相关技术和工具,致力于建立一个庞大的在线数字视频图书馆,为用户提供多媒体信息服务。文章对该数字图书馆的项目概况、资源组织、技术特征和服务特点等进行了综合介绍和评价。     

亚历山大数字图书馆——互联网上的地理信息资源中心

亚历山大数字图书馆项目（Alexandria Digital Library,ADL）是美国最大的、持续时间最长的数字图书馆研究项目之一,自1994年起连续得到了美国国家科学基金会（NSF）的美国数字图书馆倡导计划（Digital Library Initiative,DLI）长达十年的资助。该项目的重点在于设计并运行其颇有特色的地理参考数字图书馆。ADL是一个分布式参考资料数字图书馆,以各种数据来源的地图、图像和地理定位文献为主要收集对象,实现公众对地理空间信息对象的访问和搜索,是互联网上的地理信息资源中心。文章对该数字图书馆的项目背景、信息资源组织、服务和技术特点等进行了介绍和评价。     

Nurturing lifelong learning in communities through the National University of Lesotho: prospects and challenges

This paper analyses one aspect of a pan-African action research project called ITMUA (Implementing the Third Mission of Universities in Africa). This particular paper draws on the data from that project to explore the National University of Lesotho’s contribution to lifelong learning in its communities. It provides background information on the ITMUA initiative and analyses interview and focus group responses to two case studies in terms of their contribution to lifelong learning. It uses, as its analytical framework, a modified version of Mbigi’s African perspective on the four De Lors’ ‘pillars’, by adding a fifth pillar, courtesy of Torres. The paper argues that community engagement is a two-way process between universities and their wider constituencies with opportunities for mutual lifelong learning. But there are also challenges of understanding and process which must be addressed if the full range of these lifelong learning pillars is to be accommodated within African contexts. The paper provides an introduction to the history of community engagement in Africa as a university mission, followed by a brief discussion of lifelong learning within African perspectives. After describing the particular context of Lesotho, the concept of community service and community engagement in contemporary African contexts introduces the action research project and the case studies. The final part of the paper presents and discusses the research findings.
