Shi Yue： Dedicated to Chinese Traditional Music

＂In the early springime, burgeoning flowers look more beautiful in the caress of gentle breeze and against brightness of the pure moon. Ancient beauties, either slim or plump, look gloomier under shining stars... ＂ That is a line from the poem Shi Yue has written. She set the poem to music and named the composition ＂Charm of Strings＂. Shi Yue learned music composition as an optional course for one year when she studied in Central Conservatory of Music and got best performance in composition analysis and harmony. ＂I had highest examination scores in my class. They are quite helpful to my music creation later,＂ Shi said.

13国大学机构知识库发展概况

1介绍 2005年5月10-11日。CNI、ISC以及SURF基金会举办了名为“创建机构知识库的战略”的研讨会。会议的目的是要广泛了解当前机构知识库在学术机构中的发展，并且对国家政策与战略的形成进行探讨。在会议的准备过程中，组织者就从十三个国家收集了机构知识库建设的有关信息，这3个国家包括澳大利亚、加拿大、美国、十个欧洲国家——比利时、法国、英国、丹麦、挪威、瑞典、芬兰、德国、意大利以及荷兰。
