一种新的乒超运动员胜率排名的方法—动态加权胜率法

运动员胜率排名算法对于得到受大家认可的公平的、客观的、全面的乒超运动员排名以及促进乒超运动的稳健发展都是非常重要的。首先总结概括了排名胜率算法的整体需求,简要回顾了传统的绝对胜率算法和2008年提出的"中性权衡胜率差"算法,并指出了这两种算法各自的优缺点。然后,为克服"中性权衡胜率差"算法的缺点,提出了一种名为"动态加权胜率"的算法,并对该算法的性能特点加以详细的理论分析。最后,为了验证本文新提出算法的有效性,我们把该算法运用到2009年中国乒乓球俱乐部超级联赛的实战成绩中,并与"中性权衡胜率差"计算结果进行了详细的对比和分析。理论分析和实际应用的结果均表明,新算法优于"中性权衡胜率差"算法,并且完全满足排名胜率算法的整体需求,具有较高的实用价值。     

Situational interest,cognitive engagement,and achievement in physical education

Students’ learning has been the center of schooling. This study examined the contribution of situational interest motivation and cognitive engagement in workbooks to student achievement in learning health-related fitness knowledge. Situational interest, performance on solving workbook problems, and knowledge gain in cardio-respiratory fitness and benefits were measured in 670 third-grade students from 13 randomly selected urban elementary schools. Structural equation modeling and regression curve estimation analyses revealed that situational interest contributed little to workbook performance and knowledge gain. Performance on solving workbook problems contributed significantly to knowledge gain. The results also show that skipping workbook tasks had stronger negative impact on knowledge gain than performing the tasks incorrectly, suggesting the importance of engaging students in the learning process by attempting the workbook tasks. The findings reinforced the value of using workbooks to facilitate cognitive knowledge learning in physical education, but raised questions about the direct function of situational interest on engaging students in cognitive learning.     

中心城区学校大班额问题及 化解策略的调研报告 ——以益阳市为例

近年来,随着益阳市城镇化进程的加快,流动人口不断向中心城区涌入,人民群众对优质教育资源的需求与教育资源供给不足之间的矛盾日益突出,导致中心城区学校的"大班额"问题越来越严重,对义务教育阶段学校的教学组织、管理、质量造成不良影响.通过文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等多种研究方法,深入了解大班额问题产生的具体原因、相关危害,针对不同层面提出了一些化解大班额问题的策略,以促进教育公平,提高义务教育教学质量,解决人民群众关心的民生问题,为政府决策提供参考依据.     

Towards comprehensive sexuality education: a comparative analysis of the policy environment surrounding school-based sexuality education in Ghana,Peru, Kenya and Guatemala

The successful implementation of comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) programmes in schools depends on the development and implementation of strong policy in support of CSE. This paper offers a comparative analysis of the policy environment governing school-based CSE in four low- and middle-income countries at different stages of programme implementation: Ghana, Peru, Kenya and Guatemala. Based on an analysis of current policy and legal frameworks, key informant interviews and recent regional reviews, the analysis focuses on seven policy-related levers that contribute to successful school-based sexuality education programmes. The levers cover policy development trends; current policy and legal frameworks for sexuality education; international commitments affecting CSE policies; the various actors involved in shaping CSE; and the partnerships and coalitions of actors that influence CSE policy. Our analysis shows that all four countries benefit from a policy environment that, if properly leveraged, could lead to a stronger implementation of CSE in schools. However, each faces several key challenges that must be addressed to ensure the health and wellbeing of their young people. Latin American and African countries show notable differences in the development and evolution of their CSE policy environments, providing valuable insights for programme development and implementation.

民用飞机研制的高温测量应用分析

高温测量的主要技术指标是系统精度测试(SAT)和温度均匀性测试(TUS),对热工艺设备在生产过程中温度使用的精准、稳定、可控有着十分重要的意义。从实际应用出发,对热电偶的选择、数据采集仪、仪表类型、测试方法、冲温和超温过程的控制等方面对高温测量进行了系统分析。应用结果表明,在8米热处理空气循环炉中,整定PID参数联合温控系统调试后,在535℃的首次系统精度测试和温度均匀性测试中,未出现冲温和超温,满足测试要求;在化学工艺槽设备调试初期,首次高温测量温度均匀性不合格,通过改进加热结构,控制辐射传热蒸汽流量,调整控温偶位置,增强介质流动等,最后测得温度均匀性(+2.9℃,-2.6℃)<±5℃,测试合格。     

G-S理念下运动训练专业人才培养模式研究*——以北方高校为例

当前我国冰雪体育运动发展迅速,冰雪体育方面专业人才的培养也备受关注。三阶段六方向雪花式运动训练专业人才培养模式以当代冰雪体育人才需求为背景,以2018版《高等学校体育类本科专业教学质量国家标准》为坐标,根据G-S理念设计形成。该模式将运动训练专业人才培养三阶段分为基本能力培养阶段、专业能力培养阶段和职业能力培养阶段;在课程设置方面,提出北方高校运动训练专业学生冬季-夏季运动项目双（项）专项课或三（项）专修课（夏季专项、冰上项目专项、学生项目专项）课程设置方向及冰雪体育通才与冰雪体育专才培养的课程设置方案。     

教师干预对学生MOOC学习成效影响实证研究

通过实验研究,探讨教师干预强弱性对学生MOOC学习成效的影响程度.选取两个平行班为教学实验对象进行《2D动画制作》MOOC学习,分别实施两种不同强弱的教师干预行为,得出结论:教师实施强干预行为对学生的学习进度、学习投入时间、学习效能感、学习满意度和成绩均具显著促进作用.建议教师可将优秀的MOOC资源融入课程教学,并制订强干预方案来提高学生的MOOC学习成效.
