清代慈善机构述论

清代是我国古代慈善事业十分发达的时期.从清前期开始,各地便陆续地建立起数以千计的恤贫救孤的各类慈善机构,其中有些是官府主办的,有些是民间的各阶层人士捐资创办的,有些则是官府与民间通力合办的.     

教师之家数字图书馆:生命科学,K-12

供应链核心知识流失的利益博弈分析

在介绍供应链知识流失分类和影响供应链绩效两类因素的基础上,从博弈论角度出发,建立了企业知识交互的一次静态博弈利益模型和无限次重复博弈及声誉模型,从短期和长期两个角度定量分析了博弈双方的利益选择和行为决策对规避供应链核心知识流失的作用。     

Early Shared Reading,Socioeconomic Status,and Children’s Cognitive and School Competencies: Six Years of Longitudinal Evidence

This study explored longitudinal associations between early shared reading at 2 to 3 years of age and children’s later academic achievement. It examined the mediating role of children’s vocabulary and early academic skills, and the moderating effects of family’s socioeconomic status. Data were drawn from the Longitudinal Study of Australian Children (n = 4,768). Academic achievement was assessed at 8 to 9 years of age via standardized national test scores of literacy and mathematics achievement. Results indicated that early shared reading was associated with children’s academic achievement directly and indirectly through receptive vocabulary and early academic skills. Also, the frequency of early shared reading predicted the outcome measures, over and above other home learning activities. Associations were stronger among low and middle socioeconomic status groups compared to the high socioeconomic status group. We conclude that shared reading offers unique opportunities for adults to teach young children new words and concepts.     

Simultaneous removal of ethyl acetate,benzene and toluene with gliding arc gas discharge

The simultaneous removal of ethyl acetate, benzene and toluene with relatively low or high initial concentration is studied using a laboratory scale gliding arc gas discharge （GA） reactor. Good decomposition efficiencies are obtained which proves that the GA is effective for the treatment of volatile organic compounds （VOCs） with either low or high concentration. A theoretical decomposition mechanism is proposed based on detection of the species in the plasma region and analysis of the decomposition by-products. This preliminary investigation reveals that the GA has potential to be applied to the treatment of exhaust air during color printing and coating works, by either direct removal or combination with activated carbon adsorption/desorption process.

乒乓球运动员发展步法训练最佳年龄探索与研究

从解剖学角度分析,人体的大块肌肉分布在躯干和下肢,小块肌肉分布在上肢。7-8岁时下肢发育领先于躯干、上肢,足长的发育领先于手长。从神经活动过程分析,儿童在神经活动方面的第一信号系统占据主导地位,其直观形象好,模仿能力强,对结构简单、常接触的动作较易掌握,同时也符合其生化特点。通过以上分析,早期发展乒乓球步法训练的最佳年龄为7-8岁。
