保定农村电子商务发展策略研究

“互联网+”背景下,电子商务与农村经济的结合为农业发展带来了新的思路,但同时农村电子商务在发展中也面临诸多问题。引入比较优势指数法对保定各地优势农产品进行测算,并就保定农村电商发展现状进行实地调研,结果表明:保定农产品网店已初具规模,店铺分布呈现非均衡性,经营主体以青年人为主,原材料供应型店铺占主导地位,电商发展的配套系统如人才、科技信息服务平台、物流配送系统等仍不完善,成为制约电商发展的主要因素,亟须各部门配合综合加以解决,形成农村电商的整体合力,为推动农村产业结构的转型升级提供助力。     

应用CMM框架控制软件过程的要素分析

软件的管理问题已经替代技术问题成为软件开发中的主要问题.本文阐述了软件过程控制及其重要性、软件能力成熟度模型(CMM)以及如何进行基于CMM的软件过程控制,并且基于CMM框架下,针对进行软件过程控制中的几个要素作了主要的分析和总结.

Thermal mixing of two miscible fluids in a T-shaped microchannel

In this paper, thermal mixing characteristics of two miscible fluids in a T-shaped microchannel are investigated theoretically, experimentally, and numerically. Thermal mixing processes in a T-shaped microchannel are divided into two zones, consisting of a T-junction and a mixing channel. An analytical two-dimensional model was first built to describe the heat transfer processes in the mixing channel. In the experiments, de-ionized water was employed as the working fluid. Laser induced fluorescence method was used to measure the fluid temperature field in the microchannel. Different combinations of flow rate ratios were studied to investigate the thermal mixing characteristics in the microchannel. At the T-junction, thermal diffusion is found to be dominant in this area due to the striation in the temperature contours. In the mixing channel, heat transfer processes are found to be controlled by thermal diffusion and convection. Measured temperature profiles at the T-junction and mixing channel are compared with analytical model and numerical simulation, respectively.

行业与高职教育的专业研究

高等职业教育,是我国高等教育在发展中的新类型,它与传统高等教育的最大不同是不以学科体系为依托培养学术型研究人才,而是以培养职业技能为核心的高等教育。因此,高职教育的院、系设置与专业设置的依据也应随之变化。通过分析行业与产业、职业、工作岗位的关系和院系设置与边界,认为应按行业设置院系,按职业设置专业;同时,高职专业有行业纵向发展的“经专业”,还有技术岗位横向发展的“纬专业”。     

APL-based flexibility analysis of manufacturing grid

With the characteristics of diversity, randomness, concurrency and decomposability, tasks in manufacturing field are very complicated, and so manufacturing grid(MG)should have considerable flexibility to deal with this problem. With the definition of node and arc, MG structure is converted into a small-world network. Given construction cost constraint, the problem of shortest task waiting time is transformed into the constrained optimization problem, and a corresponding flexibility analysis model based on average path length(APL)is proposed, and the premise of arc-length and node-distance are defined. The results of application example show that the analysis model is effective.

联合国教科文组织2020年11月发表了《学会与世界共生:为了未来生存的教育》,明确提出要告别西方的人文主义,转向"生态正义"的教育.这种转向要求我们激活和复兴不同的文化传统中更具生态友好的教育智慧资源.沉思传统、审美传统和儒家的修身传统等都为这种转向提供了丰富的维度和内涵.只有在这样一种不同教育智慧传统所激荡生成的马克思意义上的"世界文学"中,我们才能尝试确定后疫情时代以"生态正义"为基础的新人文教育的基本特征.
