文章首先对谷歌数字图书馆计划进行简单介绍,并对图书馆计划实施至今所发生的事件进行简单历史回顾,然后分析谷歌数字图书馆计划的经济目的与文化目的,最后重点对该计划实施过程中的合理使用、"opt-out"与和解协议存在的版权法律问题进行分析,认为谷歌不能以合理使用来抗辩其行为.     

Physical and psychosocial aspects of the learning environment in the science laboratory and their relationship to teacher satisfaction

This paper is a report of a survey conducted to determine teachers’ perception of the science laboratory learning environment and the relationship between different aspects of this environment and satisfaction from teaching and learning. Teachers’ perceptions of psychosocial aspects were measured by use of the Science Laboratory Environment Inventory (SLEI), whereas perceptions of physical aspects were measured by use of the Physical Science Laboratory Environment Inventory. The level of satisfaction was measured by use of a satisfaction scale (SC). Data were collected from 800 science teachers in secondary schools in Malaysia. Analysis of findings revealed that teachers have positive attitudes on all SLEI scales, with the exception of the open-ended scale. In terms of physical aspects, teachers regard lighting and technology as highly important but furniture and equipment, space, air quality and safety as of moderate importance only. Results also showed that teachers’ satisfaction from teaching in the laboratory was positive. Subsequent analysis revealed a significant predictive relationship between teachers’ perception of science laboratory learning environments and their teaching and learning satisfaction.

Rational choice models of teenage sexual behaviour lead to radically different predictions than do models that assume such behaviour is random. Existing empirical evidence has not been able to distinguish conclusively between these competing models. I use regional data from England between 1998 and 2001 to examine the impact of recent increases in access to family planning on teenage pregnancy and sexually transmitted infection diagnosis rates. I find consistent evidence that access to family planning services is not associated with reductions in teenage pregnancy rates. I also find consistent evidence that increased promotion of emergency birth control in youth family planning clinics has not affected the relationship between clinic services and teenage pregnancy rates, but has significantly worsened the relationship between clinic services and teenage sexually transmitted infection diagnosis rates. Most of the observed relationships are inconsistent, with teenage sexual behaviour being the result of a random decision‐making process.

在视频画面中传递信息的主要对象是画面主体,画面主体能否引起学生的注意,注意的持久性如何直接影响着学生的学习效果。在归纳"井"形构图的基础上,通过对教学视频画面主体位置的统计发现,教学视频画面中的主体位置普遍以"三分法构图"形式存在。采用心理学研究手段与方法(眼动实验法),研究画面"三分法构图"中主体位置对学生注意的影响,结果显示,主体位于画面中间更能吸引学生的注意力,学生观察画面根据一定的顺序进行的,不同专业学生的眼动指标有差异。

Static group synchronization of second-order multi-agent systems via pinning control

This paper investigates the expected static group synchronization problem of the second-order multi-agent systems via pinning control. For directed communication topology with spanning tree, based on Gershgorin disk theorem and the matrix property, a static pinning control protocol with fixed gains is first introduced and some sufficient and necessary static group synchronization criteria are also established. It is worth mentioning that a rigorous proof is also given that only one pinning node is needed to guarantee static group synchronization, which could be inferred that our protocol might be more economical and effective in large scale of multi-agent systems. Then, for weakly connected directed communication topology with nodes of zero in-degree, an adaptive pinning control applied to the node with zero in-degree is also proposed to achieve static group synchronization. Finally, the efficiency of the proposed protocols is verified by two simulation examples.     

基于APP的档案馆教育功能提升策略研究

教育功能是档案馆的基本功能之一,但我国档案馆的教育功能仍以实体参观和档案展览为主。随着移动互联技术的成熟,档案馆可以引入APP服务方式,为不同的用户提供针对性的教育服务。首先介绍了档案馆的三类用户群体,并对国外档案馆教育服务APP的开发现状进行了分析;最后从定位、资源、人员、技术层面提出了利用APP提升档案馆教育功能的保障策略。
