个性化传播的兴起是由个人、历史以及社会大环境等各方面的原因促成的,其中最为主要的是人自身的发展,本文旨在通过对人的一些基本需求的探讨,揭示传、受双方的心理动固对于个性化传播兴起的决定性作用.     

The Impact of Tier 2 Mathematics Instruction on Second Graders with Mathematics Difficulties

Although research on Tier 2 interventions for early mathematics is accumulating, such efforts remain far behind those for reading, especially regarding specific features such as the ideal time to begin an intervention. The present study investigated the effectiveness of a Tier 2 intervention using a single subject multiple baseline, across-groups design with two cohorts of second graders. Because the two cohorts of students were given the intervention at different times during the second grade year, the study also documented whether the timing of the intervention affected acquisition and retention of second grade mathematics competencies. Finally, the study tracked student performance up to the first semester of the third grade year to document any sustained effects. The results show that the supplemental intervention was effective for both cohorts, but differences in performance indicate that the timing of the intervention may affect the degree of success. In addition, for some participants, the positive effects of the intervention were sustained into the third grade year.     

The romance and reality of policy‐making and implementation: a case study of the target‐oriented curriculum in Hong Kong

One of the major innovations in the recent wave of education reform in Hong Kong is the target‐oriented curriculum. An interesting feature of this new curriculum initiative was its amoebic characteristics – changing shape and focus in its course of development. It was reshaped from an assessment system for accountability purposes to a centrally developed curriculum initiative for improving teaching and learning, and finally to a school‐based curriculum development. In this paper, this course of development and the reasons behind it will be described and analysed. The study suggests that the two‐tier educational policy and implementation system in Hong Kong is a major cause leading to such a phenomenon. If this system were not improved, the possibility of achieving real changes at the school and classroom level would be low.

国家形象刍议

国家形象是国际舆论和国内民众对特定国家的物质基础、国家政策、民族精神、国家行为、国务活动及其成果的总体评价和认定。这种评价和认定,来源于主权国家的客观实在,是国家实在的主观反映。国家形象的构成要素,主要包括物质要素、精神要素和制度要素三个方面。它通过国际新闻流动,主要是国际新闻媒介的新闻和言论报道来呈现。国家形象有三个主要特点,即系统性和多维性,动态性和相对稳定性以及对内对外的差异性。只有全面把握这些特点,理清国家形象的形成机制,才能塑造出理想的国家形象。     

新时期我国优秀运动员管理模式构建的研究

通过分析我国优秀运动员管理模式的历史沿革、现状和发展趋势,总结其经验,发现存在的问题。在此基础上,借鉴国外优秀运动员管理模式,提出新时期我国优秀运动员管理模式的五种基本构想:"分流式"模式、"多元化"模式、"学校化"模式、"一体化"模式、"体、教联办"模式。     

我国经济发达地区城市社区体育管理体制的缺陷及其创新构想——以杭州市为例

研究采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法等研究方法,以杭州市为例,剖析社区体育活动管理中存在的体制性矛盾,以社区体育管理主体职能定位为研究对象,对我国经济发达地区城市社区体育管理体制改革展开探讨.研究揭示了杭州市社区体育活动现状及其体制性缺陷:社会管理主体管理职能"缺位"、政府管理职能"越位"、管理体制中存在"条"与"块"之间的矛盾.提出构筑"强政府"与"大社会"相结合的社区体育管理模式新构想.提出通过领导、决策系统体现"强政府"的宏观管理职能特性,通过协调系统和操作系统体现"大社会"的社区体育微观管理特性,并阐释了各系统的职能定位及其相互关系.     

体育科技成果转化的信息保障机制研究

主要运用内容分析法，对科技成果在竞技体育转化中的信息运行规律、信息作用、信息保障机制的构成做了理论分析，阐述了实现科技成果转化中的信息保障组织与管理等问题，并在此基础上提出了信息保障的构建途径、系统与组织实施。
