我国塑料垃圾和微塑料污染源头控制对策

近年来,微塑料污染逐渐成为国内外热点问题。环境中大部分微塑料来源于塑料的破碎和降解,塑料垃圾的有效控制是解决微塑料污染的重要措施。文章在对我国塑料垃圾管理存在问题进行分析的基础上,提出了塑料垃圾和微塑料污染源头控制对策建议,包括完善塑料污染控制立法、补充和修订塑料管理相关标准,完善塑料垃圾管理的政策措施等。参照国际经验,我国还应加强塑料微珠的管理,建议尽快禁止生产和销售含塑料微珠的个人护理品。此外,还应加强微塑料清除技术的研发。加大塑料加工行业的技术创新,推动塑料生产和使用者加强清洁生产和资源化循环利用,减少塑料垃圾和微塑料的排放量,是解决塑料垃圾和微塑料污染的根本措施。     

基于GOCI影像的杭州PM2.5遥感建模及时空变异分析

地球静止卫星上的GOCI(geostationary ocean color imager)传感器具有较高的时间分辨率,在研究短时间尺度内大气PM2.5浓度时空变化方面具有一定的应用潜力.本文根据GOCI影像的波段特征,利用2011-2013年实测PM2.5浓度、大气气溶胶光学厚度(aerosol optical depth,AOD)与气象因子数据,分别进行了GOCI PM2.5浓度单变量和多变量反演建模研究,并结合2013年12月6日的GOCI AOD数据,实现了单日杭州市PM25浓度遥感反演与时空变异分析.结果表明:在单变量模型中,分季节模型的平均相对误差最高值28.11％比年度模型的平均相对误差34.04％低,分季节模型精度优于年度模型;单变量模型的平均相对误差34.04％比多变量模型的平均相对误差48.96％低,单变量模型精度优于多变量模型;把单变量冬季模型应用于杭州GOCI AOD数据,得出逐时大气PM2.5的空间分布,并计算了PM2.5浓度的变异系数,发现杭州各区县变异系数大都在0.5以下,东部和北部的数值较高,中西部地区的值较低.

Globalization,values education,and school music education in China

This paper examines music education’s legitimation of values as a means of preparing students for entry into the new ‘knowledge society’ of the People’s Republic of China in a global age. It explores the ways in which values education relates to the teaching of both musical and non‐musical meanings in the dual context of nationalism and globalization, and discusses some problems that values education faces in school music classrooms. It examines the ways in which globalization has pressured values education into resolving the apparent contradiction between national identity and national unity in the ever‐changing play of Chinese history and politics. It concludes with a discussion of how music education might juggle three pairs of apparently contradictory relationships in the curriculum: between contemporary cultural and social values on the one hand, and traditional Chinese and Communist ideologies on the other; between collectivism and individualism; and between national and global cultures.     

对口支援促进西部高校学科文化发展析论

学科文化作为学科的灵魂,在学科建设中发挥着重要影响.对口支援计划本质上也属于文化交流的范畴,且其工作内容对学科文化多有涉及,因此,对口支援与学科文化存在共通之处.从影响学科文化生成的因素来看,对口支援计划在解决西部地方院校学科文化发展中所存在的问题上,能够发挥独特作用,在促进西部高校学科建设的良性发展中意义重大.通过对对口支援计划在促进东西部高校学科文化交流意义的探讨可以发现,高校对口支援计划为促进东西部文化交流提供了一个范武,也为更广领域的研究提供了思路.     

Unique-order interpolative coding for fast querying and space-efficient indexing in information retrieval systems

This paper presents a size reduction method for the inverted file, the most suitable indexing structure for an information retrieval system (IRS). We notice that in an inverted file the document identifiers for a given word are usually clustered. While this clustering property can be used in reducing the size of the inverted file, good compression as well as fast decompression must both be available. In this paper, we present a method that can facilitate coding and decoding processes for interpolative coding using recursion elimination and loop unwinding. We call this method the unique-order interpolative coding. It can calculate the lower and upper bounds of every document identifier for a binary code without using a recursive process, hence the decompression time can be greatly reduced. Moreover, it also can exploit document identifier clustering to compress the inverted file efficiently. Compared with the other well-known compression methods, our method provides fast decoding speed and excellent compression. This method can also be used to support a self-indexing strategy. Therefore our research work in this paper provides a feasible way to build a fast and space-economical IRS.
