中德大学生思想政治教育实施方法比较及启示

中德两国在社会制度、意识形态上存在极大的差别,但是两国在实施思想政治教育方法上存在许多共同之处。因而,客观、全面比较中德两国高校思想政治教育实施方法的异同点,对于加强和改进我国高校思想政治教育工作,增强思想政治教育实效性具有重要的意义。     

基于同构性档案本质的档案元数据核心集元问题研究

本文在“元数据”定义的基础上,应用同构性档案本质观点详细地阐述了档案元数据核心集构建中的元问题,将“档案元数据核心集”定义为“档案历史联系数据的数据集合”,揭示出了档案元数据核心集“整理档案历史联系”的根本功能以及“必须最大限度保持档案历史联系与历史同构性”的构建原则,以此印证了同构性档案本质观点的理论导向功能及其科学性和实用性。     

Aln(n=2～22)团簇构型研究

为计算Aln(n=2～22)团簇构型和能量变化,依据量子化学方法,应用Gaussian 03程序中密度泛函理论(DFT)的B3LYP方法6～31 G基组对Aln(n=2～22)团簇构型和能量变化进行最基本的理论研究.通过改变Aln(n=2～22)团簇中Al原子数n的值,分别在相同的理想条件下计算,求得Aln(n=2～22)团簇的稳定构型、结合能、HOMO-LUMO能隙和平均键长.利用Gaussian 03的输出结果,将实验结果与参考数据进行比较,归纳总结Aln(n=2～22)团簇稳定构型、结合能及平均键长的变化规律.     

Preparation of carbon encapsulated iron nanoparticles with very thin shells by DC arc discharge

Carbon encapsulated iron nanoparticles(CEINPs) with very thin shells and good core-shell structures were prepared by DC arc discharge at argon intake temperature(AIT) of 800 ℃. The results of high resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM), energy dispersive X-ray(EDX) spectroscope, X-ray diffraction(XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscope(XPS) characterizations on the product B show that the thickness of the carbon shells of CEINPs in the product B is in the range of ca. 0.5—5.3 nm, i. e., which can be as thin as only two layers of graphite. The average diameter of the CEINPs is about 24. 7 nm. The total content of Fe element in the product B is 77.0 wt%. The saturation magnetization(Ms) and coercivity(Hc) of the product B are 107.4 emu/g and 143 Oe, respectively. The formation of the CEINPs in the product B is discussed briefly.     

中国大陆地区2014年高校慕课课程建设情况调查

为了了解中国大陆地区高校对于慕课建设和利用的态度,特别是已经行动的高校的计划和定位,作者对中国大陆地区32所已经建设慕课且已经开展慕课教学的高校相关校级领导和项目主管人员进行了网络问卷调查,对调查结果进行了描述性统计分析,且与美国相关报告进行了同类数据对比。研究发现,大陆地区高校在慕课建设策略上有许多类似的地方,在慕课建设动机与定位方面与美国高校存在较大差异。最后,我们对部分高校的做法进行了点评,就高校建设慕课过程中可能出现的问题如何通过政策防范,做出了提醒。     

基于Proteus的DSP虚拟实验系统设计与开发

针对传统DSP实验受实验场所、实验设备、实验学时制约的问题,基于Proteus设计和开发了DSP虚拟实验系统,给出了系统总体设计方案、开发流程和应用示例。该系统具有高效、开放、灵活、经济、易维护等优点,可辅助实物实验,帮助学生掌握DSP原理与应用系统设计方法,提高工程实践能力与科技创新能力。     

基础课教学引入中国传统文化的意义及方法

思想道德修养与法律基础课引入中国传统文化是"传统文化进两课"教学改革的重要组成部分.实现基础课教学与中国传统文化的融合,既要考虑基础课内在的规定性,又要考虑到中国传统文化的特殊性.从相关理论和教学实践经验出发,找出中国传统文化与基础课在教学目标、教学内容、教材设置等诸多方面的契合点,以此揭示出中国传统文化对基础课教学的意义及两者内在的统一性和融合的可能性,并通过教学实例提出基础课教学利用中国传统文化资源的完善方案.     

Diatom-inspired multiscale mineralization of patterned protein–polysaccharide complex structures

Marine diatoms construct their hierarchically ordered, three-dimensional (3D) external structures called frustules through precise biomineralization processes. Recapitulating the remarkable architectures and functions of diatom frustules in artificial materials is a major challenge that has important technological implications for hierarchically ordered composites. Here, we report the construction of highly ordered, mineralized composites based on fabrication of complex self-supporting porous structures—made of genetically engineered amyloid fusion proteins and the natural polysaccharide chitin—and performing in situ multiscale protein-mediated mineralization with diverse inorganic materials, including SiO₂, TiO₂ and Ga₂O₃. Subsequently, using sugar cubes as templates, we demonstrate that 3D fabricated porous structures can become colonized by engineered bacteria and can be functionalized with highly photoreactive minerals, thereby enabling co-localization of the photocatalytic units with a bacteria-based hydrogenase reaction for a successful semi-solid artificial photosynthesis system for hydrogen evolution. Our study thus highlights the power of coupling genetically engineered proteins and polysaccharides with biofabrication techniques to generate hierarchically organized mineralized porous structures inspired by nature.
