浅析大学生就业难对策

"大学生就业难"已经成为严重的社会问题,不仅给人们的生活带来困惑,更给社会的稳定带来了威胁,因此解决"大学生就业难"问题已经迫在眉睫,本文从社会、学校、学生自身出发,"三力合一"以期解决这一难题。     

任务型教学法在《会展英语》教学中的应用

任务型教学法能全面提高学生各项英语技能,本文以高等教育出版社出版的,由王铮副教授主编的《会展英语》为例,浅谈任务型教学法在《会展英语》教学中的应用。     

Learning of musculoskeletal ligament stress testing in a gross anatomy laboratory

Human anatomy in physical therapy programs is a basic science course serving as a foundation for subsequent clinical courses. Integration of anatomy with a clinical emphasis throughout a curriculum provides opportunities for reinforcement of previously learned material. Considering the human cadaver laboratory as a fixed cost to our program, we sought opportunities to add value to the resource via vertical integration into a clinical skills course taught later in the curriculum. We designed an opportunity for second-year physical therapy students to revisit the human anatomy laboratory to study select clinical musculoskeletal tests and the associated anatomy in a clinically relevant context. Students performed select orthopedic ligament test on human cadavers, then incised specific structures and repeated the tests. Students were able to feel and visualize the function of pertinent anatomy associated with the clinical tests. Ninety-five percent of respondents reported that the ligament stress testing experience enhanced their understanding of orthopedic clinical tests with 91% reporting an enhanced understanding of anatomy related to specific clinical tests. Likewise, the experience was perceived as enjoyable and valuable with 86% of respondents reporting the experience as enjoyable and 100% responding the experience should continue as part of the curriculum.     

2002-2012年达累斯萨拉姆城市蔓延特征及影响因素

以坦桑尼亚首位城市达累斯萨拉姆2002、2007和2012年土地利用分类数据为基础,结合实地调研,运用扇形分析和同心圆分析等方法,以及用地增长弹性系数、扩展强度指数、紧凑度、分形维数等指标,研究达累斯萨拉姆近年来城市蔓延的总体态势和空间格局特征。研究结果表明：1）2002-2012年间达累斯萨拉姆城市蔓延特征明显,蔓延程度较高,蔓延速度不断加快,主要表现为非正式聚落不断增长情况下的城乡混合发展,侵占的土地类型主要为裸地,其次为植被;2）2002-2007年城市建成区主要沿交通干道以及在市中心周边进行轴线式蔓延,2007-2012年主要在交通干道间及城市边缘地区进行填充式蔓延,城市空间形态由指状向团块状演变;3）城市蔓延方向性明显,向西北、西、西南和东南扩展较多,东南方向成为新的扩展热点,且表现出明显的距离衰减特征;4）城市蔓延主要受到人口与经济增长、交通条件改善、政策变化及土地制度缺陷等因素的影响,其中交通设施起到重要的空间引导作用。     

Use of deterministic models in sports and exercise biomechanics research

A deterministic model is a modeling paradigm that determines the relationships between a movement outcome measure and the biomechanical factors that produce such a measure. This review provides an overview of the use of deterministic models in biomechanics research, a historical summary of this research, and an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of using deterministic models. The deterministic model approach has been utilized in technique analysis over the last three decades, especially in swimming, athletics field events, and gymnastics. In addition to their applications in sports and exercise biomechanics, deterministic models have been applied successfully in research on selected motor skills. The advantage of the deterministic model approach is that it helps to avoid selecting performance or injury variables arbitrarily and to provide the necessary theoretical basis for examining the relative importance of various factors that influence the outcome of a movement task. Several disadvantages of deterministic models, such as the use of subjective measures for the performance outcome, were discussed. It is recommended that exercise and sports biomechanics scholars should consider using deterministic models to help identify meaningful dependent variables in their studies.

对永州市中小学学生家长进行问卷调查,结果显示;永州市中小学学生家长文化层次偏低、对"体育、艺术2+1项目"了解程度不高,但非常支持和需要"体育、艺术2+1项目",家长将学校、家庭和社会相结合作为学生接受"体育、艺术2+1项目"的重要手段;家长最想让孩子参加的体育项目是球类项目、艺术项目是绘画类项目。

Incorporating Library School Interns on Academic Library Subject Teams

This case study analyzes the use of library school interns on subject-based teams for the social sciences, humanities, and sciences in the San José State University Library. Interns worked closely with team librarians on reference, collection development/management, and instruction activities. In a structured focus group, interns reported that the internship enhanced their professional and career development, but they desired greater feedback and mentoring than they received. The library gained staff for its large instruction program and successfully recruited talented former interns for professional openings. This analysis will help other libraries and library science schools to improve their internships and field experiences.
