高校自然科学学报内向性的统计分析

以中国知网的"学科评估论文查询系统"为工具,从外稿发稿比、他引频次、外稿贡献比、外稿贡献偏差入手,对高校自然科学学报(以下简称高校学报)的内向性进行了统计分析。发现:高校学报与专业期刊相比较,具有明显的内向性,而且学校的层次越高,内向性越强;无论外稿发稿比的大小,高校学报的外稿贡献偏差均为负值,即外稿的贡献比均小于外稿的发稿比。我们提出的贡献偏差的概念,有助于高校学报寻找进一步提升学术影响力的方向——寻找内外稿件的平衡点和突破平衡的方向,以便更加充分地发挥高校学报的学术传播作用和育人功能。     

新升本科院校教学质量监控体系构建与探索——以商洛学院为例

新建本科院校由于本科办学历史不长,经济条件相对较差,师资力量相对薄弱,教学条件相对简陋等诸多未解难题和困惑,如何立足地方普通高等学校自身特点,进行科学、系统的教学质量评价成为解决教学质量问题的关键。本文从商洛学院升本以来,不断更新教育理念,探索本科教育管理体制和运行体制,教学质量保障方面取得的一些实践经验来探讨新升本科院校教学质量监控体系构建。     

Effects of sodium ferulate on preventing steroid-induced femoral head osteonecrosis in rabbits

The aim of this study is to investigate the effects and possible mechanisms of sodium ferulate (SF) on anti-apoptosis in steroid-induced femoral head osteonecrosis in rabbits. Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups (control group, treatment group, and model group), each with 24 rabbits. The model and treatment groups were first injected with an intravenous dose of horse serum, 10 ml/kg, three weeks later with an intravenous dose of 7.5 ml/kg, and two weeks later with an intramuscular dose of methylprednisolone, 45 mg/kg, three times in order to establish rabbit models of osteonecrosis. Concurrently, the treatment group was injected with intravenous doses of SF 20 mg/kg for two weeks, once per day. Three time points, Weeks 2, 4, and 8, were selected after modeling was completed. Osteonecrosis was verified by histopathology with haematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. The apoptosis rate of osteonecrosis was observed by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) assay. The apoptosis expressions of caspase-3 and Bcl-2 were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. The rabbit models of osteonecrosis were successfully established and observed by HE staining. SF was effective in intervening in apoptosis and decreasing the apoptosis rate in femoral head necrosis by the immunohistochemistry and TUNEL assay (P<0.01). Western blot analysis indicated that there were statistical significances in the protein levels of caspase-3 and Bcl-2 (P<0.01). SF has a protective effect by reducing the incidence of early steroid-induced femoral head necrosis in rabbits, effectively intervening in apoptosis through decreasing caspase-3 expression and up-regulating Bcl-2 expression.     

高校学业考试试题编制的质疑、实践与改革——以《课程与教学论》为例

高校学业考试对于高校人才培养有着积极的导向作用,而试题编制作为学业考试的重要环节,对于人才培养的导向作用尤为明显。目前的高校学业考试在试题编制方面普遍存在着缺失理性思维与系统设计的问题,已不能适应培养创新人才的客观需要。文章以"课程与教学论"课程试题编制的实践探索为个案,对于新型试题编制所应当包括的理论学习、实践运用及反思感悟三个部分进行了详细阐释,并提出了高校学业考试试题编制的改革思路。     

独立学院大学英语课堂合作学习模式调查与研究

本研究以合作学习理论为基础,通过学生英语水平调查;学生合作学习情况综合调查;教师在合作学习中的角色定位;有效的考核方式四个方面探讨了独立学院大学英语课堂合作学习的情况,试图找到在大学英语课堂中实施合作学习的有效途径。     

ASEM – the modern Silk Road: travelling ideas for education reforms and partnerships between Asia and Europe

Today the modern Silk Road between Asia and Europe is increasingly well-travelled in both directions by students, academics and policy makers. Over the last decade the European Union (EU) and the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) have been making more attempts to shape this route by creating an educational partnership through an inter-regional forum for regional cooperation and policy development: the Asia–Europe Meeting (ASEM). Beside economic and diplomatic relations, education has been receiving increasing attention since the 2000s and has become an important and strategic act of cooperation by ASEM education ministers. Higher education and lifelong learning are the main topics for the multi-level dialogues and exchanges of ideas between the two regions. This paper describes the emergence of this new inter-regional educational phenomenon and examines its characteristics by analysing the case of the 10-year-old ASEM Lifelong Learning Initiative. Furthermore, the paper argues that ASEM education cooperation carries characteristics of a cultural and associational process, an agenda-setting process, a policy transfer process, an instrument for intra-regional integration and building regional identity.     

谈以人为本的德育观

高校德育工作必须坚持以人为本的原则,把培养社会所需要的、具有全面综合素质的、富有主体精神和创造力的“人”放在一切教育活动的中心,这是从事德育工作应树立的一种哲学观和方法论,是新时期高校德育工作实效性的关键,是培养德才兼备的新一代大学生的必然选择。     

学科发展速度评价的两个文献计量指标

以1989～1998年SCI收录中国科技论文量和引文量为评价依据,建立了两个学科发展速度评价的文献计量指标,并以其为评价因子,给出10年来中国科学发展趋势的评价分析。     

检索CAplus成本分析与研究

本文探讨了ＳＴＮｅａｓｙ、Ｄｉａｌｏｇ Ｗｅｂ及Ｓｃｉｆｉｎｅｒ等网上检索《化学文摘》的特点、定价体系,并对不同检索服务器的检索成本进行了比较分析,提出了运用３检索系统的计费方式检索ＣＡｐｌｕｓ降低成本的有效方法。
