从两个部分探讨了在欧洲和美国的现实的教育研究以及学校改革中所遗忘的经验、学习和教学之间的关系.第一部分(1-3)考察一个当代有待观察的趋势,即教育系统中的投入控制向产出控制的转变,指出这种转变以及两个控制模式和教一学过程的自身逻辑之间的矛盾,并借助柏拉图的"洞喻"探讨了超越投入一产出的经验、教学和学习之间的教育性的相互作用.第二部分(4-7)则从哲学史和科学史中发展起来的、对经验、教学和学习的不同理论的角度论述了教学和学习的逻辑,并从这些理论的主要的方法问题来梳理被教育研究和改革所遗忘的种种关系,最后指出,培养判断能力和参与能力是公立教育的任务.

This paper describes the development of a test battery for the psychological diagnosis of mentally handicapped children in West Germany, with emphasis on providing diagnostic information relevant to educational programming.     

Parsons' contribution to career information

Conclusion Parsons' concept of wise vocational choice relied on an understanding of self and a knowledge of the requirements of the work place. The growth of state CIDS programs in the past 20 years to almost 20,000 sites nationally offers a key resource for learning about today's work places. CIDS offer a systematic access to the types of information Parsons saw as critical to rational career planning and development.     

Educational Rehabilitation in the German Democratic Republic

AN OVERVIEW of educational rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in the German Democratic Republic is given. The authors describe the education system, the health and welfare services as well as the forms of training of special educators for persons with disabilities. The topics are discussed in the context of the theoretical background and of the current political changes in the country.     

Das MeDoc-System – ein elektronischer Publikations- und Nachweisdienst für die Informatik

Zusammenfassung.   Ziele des MeDoc-Projektes waren die Konzeption, prototypische Entwicklung und Erprobung volltextbasierter Informations- und Publikationsdienste für die Informatik, um den Informationsaustausch und die Literaturversorgung in der Wissenschaft effektiver gestalten zu k?nnen. Dazu wurde im Rahmen des Projektes ein internet-basiertes System entwickelt, in dem Informatik & Fachinformation im Volltext gespeichert, recherchiert, abgerufen und gelesen werden kann und das die Suche nach Informatik-Literatur in heterogenen, verteilten Informationsquellen im Internet unterstützt. Das Informationsangebot ist dabei teilweise kostenpflichtig. In diesem Artikel werden Ziele, Funktionalit?t und Architektur des MeDoc-Systems beschrieben. Eingegangen am 19. Physics Comes to Winnipeg: The 1909 Meeting of the British Association for the Advancement of Science

History of science can be used to bring scientific concepts to school science in a way that humanizes the protagonists and provides an appropriate context. The authors have researched the 1909 meeting of the British Association for the Advancement of Science (BAAS) in Winnipeg, a significant event in the city’s history that has remained largely unexplored until now, despite the existence of the original documents. The Mathematics and Physical Science Division of the BAAS met in Wesley College, which is now the University of Winnipeg. The meeting took place with much fanfare and public attention, especially with the attendance of the prominent scientists Rutherford, Thomson, Hahn, and Millikan, all of whom were or would become Nobel Laureates. Prominent themes relating to this meeting will be discussed in this paper.

Bildung und Popmusik

Die Bedeutung von Popmusik im Leben von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen wird meist nur im Hinblick auf ihre alltagspraktische Funktion oder den Gebrauch thematisiert, der von ihr gemacht wird. Ausgehend von einigen Anregungen aus ?sthetik, Biographieforschung und Bildungstheorie soll dagegen im vorliegenden Beitrag versucht werden, diese Sichtweise durch die Einbeziehung der Musik selbst auf eine Weise zu erweitern, die es erlaubt, die Auseinandersetzung mit Popmusik als ?sthetische Erfahrung ernst zu nehmen und damit auch die Frage nach ihrem m?glichen Bildungssinn neu zu stellen. Anhand einiger Beispiele aus einer Schreibwerkstatt, in der junge Erwachsene sich erinnernd mit ihren popmusikalischen Erfahrungen auseinander gesetzt haben, wird gezeigt, wie im je spezifischen Zusammenwirken von lebensgeschichtlichem Kontext, dem besonderem musikalischen Material und den Erfahrungen, die damit gemacht werden, neue Sinnschichten und Bedeutungen performativ hervorgebracht werden, die weder als „Ausdruck“ der jeweiligen Situation noch als blo?e „Projektionen“ von momentanen Stimmungen auf ein für sich genommen bedeutungsloses Klanggebilde verstanden werden k?nnen. Ihre Bedeutung für Bildungsprozesse erschlie?t sich freilich erst, wenn eher vom rezeptiven als vom souver?nen Selbst, eher von dem Leben, das wir leben, als von dem, das wir „führen“, ausgegangen wird.
