QR码在手机图书馆中的应用

QR码作为二维码中的一种,具有容量大、可靠性高等优势。伴随手机图书馆的逐步建设,QR码与短信、手机网站等结合,广泛应用于书目联机查询系统(OPAC)、研读间预约等场景,促使图书馆服务的时空、方式得到拓展和延伸。简要介绍QR码的基本情况后,针对目前手机图书馆中QR码的几种具体应用形式进行分析,并指出该技术在图书馆推广过程中需要注意的问题。随着3G时代的到来、智能手机的普及,QR码在图书馆服务中将发挥更大的作用。     

Relative bioavailability and pharmacokinetic comparison of two different enteric formulations of omeprazole

In order to comply with the requirements for a drug listed in China, the study was developed to compare the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of two different enteric formulations of omeprazole (OPZ) in healthy Chinese subjects. A total of 32 volunteers participated in the study. Plasma concentrations were analyzed by nonstereospecific liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS/MS) method. After administration of a single 40-mg dose of the two OPZ formulations, the comparative bioavailability was assessed by calculating individual AUC_0−t (the area under the concentration-time curve from time zero to the last measurable concentration), AUC_0−∞ (the area under the concentration-time curve extrapolated to infinity), C _max (the maximum observed concentration), and T _peak (the time to C _max) values of OPZ, 5-hydroxyomeprazole (OH-OPZ), and omeprazole sulfone (OPZ-SFN), respectively. The 90% confidence intervals (CIs) of AUC_0−t , AUC_0−∞, and C _max were 85.4%–99.0%/88.8%–98.6%/87.6%–99.4%, 85.5%–99.2%/89.0%–98.6%/88.5%–101.3%, and 72.3%–87.6%/79.6%–91.1%/88.4%–99.1% for OPZ/OH-OPZ/OPZ-SFN, respectively, and T _peak values did not differ significantly. In this study, the test formulation of OPZ in fasting healthy Chinese male volunteers met the Chinese bioequivalance standard to the reference formulation based on AUC, C _max, and T _peak.

小型光电跟踪系统中基于Hough变换的形状检测

REVS-50M型小型光电跟踪系统的图像处理部分采用颜色阈值的方法检测手动靶标,由于相同颜色的物体进入图像检测区域而导致误跟踪。针对此问题进行改进,应用Hough变换检测形状的方法检测圆形手动靶标,消除了误跟踪,实现了转台对靶标的正确跟踪,创造了良好的实验条件。

Mining subtopics from text fragments for a web query

Web search queries are often ambiguous or faceted, and the task of identifying the major underlying senses and facets of queries has received much attention in recent years. We refer to this task as query subtopic mining. In this paper, we propose to use surrounding text of query terms in top retrieved documents to mine subtopics and rank them. We first extract text fragments containing query terms from different parts of documents. Then we group similar text fragments into clusters and generate a readable subtopic for each cluster. Based on the cluster and the language model trained from a query log, we calculate three features and combine them into a relevance score for each subtopic. Subtopics are finally ranked by balancing relevance and novelty. Our evaluation experiments with the NTCIR-9 INTENT Chinese Subtopic Mining test collection show that our method significantly outperforms a query log based method proposed by Radlinski et al. (2010) and a search result clustering based method proposed by Zeng et al. (2004) in terms of precision, I-rec, D-nDCG and D#-nDCG, the official evaluation metrics used at the NTCIR-9 INTENT task. Moreover, our generated subtopics are significantly more readable than those generated by the search result clustering method.

高等学校分层与社会各阶层入学机会均等问题研究

我国高等学校初始分层动因源于20世纪50年代国家重点大学政策的诞生,除"文化大革命"时期外,高等教育系统等级界线一直比较明显,各类学校在办学经费、师资配备、招生条件、社会声望等方面存在较大差异。这意味着学生进入不同层级的大学将获得不同质量的入学机会。研究表明,父母社会阶层高、文化程度高、行政职务高、经济条件好的学生,在国家重点大学等高层级院校中,获得更多的入学机会,而父母社会阶层低、文化程度低、行政职务低、经济条件差的学生,大多数聚集在二本、三本、大专等低层级院校中。这种高等学校分层状况与当前社会分层具有同构性,这在一定程度上固化了现有的社会阶层结构,造成学生隔离现象,影响社会和谐,需要借助国家政策干预加以消解。
