   随着我国综合国力和全球市场竞争力的不断增强,越来越多的海外人才选择回国发展,其中归国创业已成为海归发展的一条重要路径。海归在国外的学习和工作经历使其在管理技能和专业技术领域拥有丰富的见解,在创新创业中发挥着独特的作用,但不可否认的是创业事业根植于具体的情境当中,新创企业生存与发展中的困难与挑战不容小觑。与以往诸多认为海归创业者能够直接为企业带来更多竞争优势的文献不同,本文基于海归面临的再嵌入困境,发现海归创业者并不必然为企业提供更长的持续经营的可能性,海归的海外替代性商业机会、本土市场壁垒、团队文化冲突等效应均可能损害海归的优势,进而从企业持续经营时间的角度来看并不占优于本土成长的企业。本文基于科技园企业的历史档案数据,通过一项跨期十余年的纵向事件史研究验证了上述机制的存在,并通过COX比例风险模型进一步发现,企业并不能单纯地依靠其固有的海归特征而获得长期的竞争优势,塑造和维持更高水平的持续创新能力才是企业赖以生存和发展的关键所在。  相似文献

The research project “Feedback processes in computer managed spelling instruction” is aimed at developing and testing an instructional software program for teaching the spelling of Dutch verbs. The main focus of this article is on how to create an optimal learning environment. First, theoretical aspects concerning the learning content are discussed. Second, the design of the man-computer interaction is highlighted from a number of respects: the sequencing of the learning content, the presentation of information on the screen, and the format of student input and feedback. Third, some preliminary results of a field experiment, in which the effectiveness of the CAI was investigated, are presented.  相似文献

Abstract

The transition from a planned centralist economy to a market economy over the last decade of the 20th century has presented Russian universities with many profound challenges. These challenges require universities to review and consider their organisational culture and deserve careful study. Utilizing a unique methodological approach, this study investigated subtypes of reality television (RTV) to study the influence of exposure to RTV on body image (body dissatisfaction and drive for thinness) as compared a more traditional weekly report of RTV viewing. Young adults (N = 472) completed online surveys measuring their exposure to RTV and perceptions of their own body image. Four types of RTV were uncovered. Regression analyses using these 4 factors demonstrated that exposure to competition-based RTV shows (e.g., Dancing with the Stars) predicted increased body dissatisfaction and drive for thinness. On the other hand, the weekly self-report of RTV viewing did not reveal any relationships between weekly exposure to RTV and body image. These findings underline the need for cultivation-based media studies that include program-based measures of genre-specific media exposure, especially when seeking to capture media effects related to RTV.  相似文献

Much of what communication scholars know about the production of effective comforting messages comes from the constructivist framework of Applegate (1980), Burleson (1985), and others. This paper extends this framework by addressing two questions put forth by scholars in this area, namely, what is the influence of cognition‐inhibiting situational variables such as mood on the generation of sophisticated, person‐centered comforting messages, and is this influence greater in situations requiring increased cognitive processing (Burleson & Planalp, 2000). In this study, support providers’ moods were manipulated before they were presented with either a familiar or an unfamiliar hypothetical support scenario. As hypothesized, results showed that supportive messages provided in response to a familiar situation were significantly more sophisticated than messages provided in response to an unfamiliar situation. Participants exposed to the happy mood induction encoded significantly more sophisticated comforting messages than did participants exposed to the sad mood induction. No effect was found regarding a two‐way interaction between the support provider's mood and the recipient's situation. Results are discussed within the constructivist framework for social support research, and directions for future investigations of social support are suggested.  相似文献

For two decades, Basil Bernstein has been a major contributor to the literature on language and society. A framework is presented/or casting Bernstein's work at a level of abstraction appropriate for assessing communicative competence. The concepts of cultural matrix, primary social experience, and role and situation repertoires are central to this framework, it is argued that analysis of four role constellations and four aspects important to social role formation are a good basis from which to describe and explain any person's range of communicative competencies. Metacognitive monitoring and regulation play an essential role in mathematical problem solving. Therefore, it is important for researchers and practitioners to assess students?? metacognition. One proven valid, but time consuming, method to assess metacognition is by using think-aloud protocols. Although valuable, practical drawbacks of this method necessitate a search for more convenient measurement instruments. Less valid methods that are easy to use are self-report questionnaires on metacognitive activities. In an empirical study in grade five (n?=?39), the accuracy of students?? performance judgments and problem visualizations are combined into a new instrument for the assessment of metacognition in word problem solving. The instrument was administered to groups of students. The predictive validity of this instrument in problem solving is compared to a well-known think-aloud measure and a self-report questionnaire. The results first indicate that the questionnaire has no relationship with word problem solving performance, nor the other two instruments. Further analyses show that the new instrument does overlap with the think-aloud measure and both predict problem solving. But, both instruments also have their own unique contribution to predicting word problem solving. The results are discussed and recommendations are made to further complete the practical measurement instrument.  相似文献
