Stochastic fault tolerant control of networked control systems

A problem of stabilization about uncertain networked control systems (NCSs) with random but bounded delays is discussed in this paper. By using augmented state-space method, this class of problems can be modeled as discrete-time jump linear systems governed by finite-state Markov chains. A new switched model based on probability is proposed to research problems of reliable control when actuators become ageing or partially disabled. Using improved V-K iteration algorithm, a class of reliable controllers are designed to make systems asymptotically mean square stable under several stochastic disturbances such as random time-delay and stochastic actuator failure and the maximal redundancy degree is given through this method.     

单一型图书馆隐性知识转移动力及其利用研究

文章从分析单一型图书馆隐性知识的范围入手,根据图书馆隐性知识转移过程构建了图书馆隐性知识转移动力模型,并对其内部动力和外部动力进行探讨,最后有针对性地提出了激发和利用这些动力的措施,为实现图书馆高效隐性知识转移,最终提高服务质量提供理论参考和实践依据.     

SFA在研究所技术效率评估中的应用

摘要：截至目前,国内对研究所进行技术效率评价主要应用DEA方法,该方法局限于横截面比较,不能反应评价单元的时间趋势,为弥补该缺陷,本文首次将基于对数型柯布－道格拉斯生产函数的随机前沿分析方法（SFA）应用到中国科学院研究所间的相对效率评价中,在中国科学院主体82个研究所2004－2007年的面板数据的基础上,实证研究了研究所间的相对技术效率及其变化趋势。研究结果表明中科院研究所整体效率呈现下降趋势。     

Measuring the Results of Performance Improvement Interventions

In this study, a web‐based questionnaire was used to measure attitudes of members of a professional performance improvement organization relative to adoption and implementation of Level 4 or results‐oriented evaluation. Participants were 274 members of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). It was expected that frequency of Level 4 evaluation use could be explained by innovation diffusion or change variables. Findings suggest that the adoption of effective performance improvement measurement systems and processes at the organizational level is relatively low compared to other types of evaluation. This level of adoption is impacted by a complex array of factors. Stakeholder participation in the adaptation of evaluation systems to increase their compatibility with current practices, and experimentation with this type of evaluation on a limited or trial basis may increase the rate of adoption. Management support of the development and adaptation of a results‐oriented evaluation system is seen as providing the opportunity for the change process to move forward. Implications for diffusion of this type of evaluation within organizations will be discussed within the context of a HPT Change framework.     

政府信息公开背景下档案管理制度优化探析

基于保密文化环境下制定的现行档案管理制度与政府信息公开制度之间存在冲突,主要表现在:对社会公众利用档案限制严格,档案保管部门自由裁量空间过大两个方面.要理顺档案管理制度与政府信息公开制度之间的关系,主要可以从如下两个方面着手:将机关档案利用作为政府信息公开的有机组成部分,保障社会公众对档案馆中政府档案的利用权.     

南雄断裂带构造岩特征研究

南雄断裂带分布于诸广山杂岩体与南雄断陷红盆的接触带上,它既是一条控盆构造,又是一条控矿构造。文章中主要描述了南雄断裂带构造岩的特征,其岩石可以分为两段,上段为硅化带岩石,含有大小不等的角砾,强烈硅化;下段为混合岩化岩石,残斑碎裂,岩石发生脆性形变。     

应用数学模型解决个人消费问题

数学作为一门重要的基础学科和一种精确的数学语言,在社会各个领域发挥着越来越重要的作用,本文着眼于个人消费问题,力图建立数学模型使之更趋于合理、科学.所得的相关结论,对更好地研究此类问题会有一定的借鉴与指导意义.     

近十年来我国冰雪运动科学论文研究状况分析

以中国期刊全文数据库检索系统（CNKI）为工具,对1999年以来我国冰雪运动主要研究领域的速度滑冰、短道速度滑冰、花样滑冰、滑雪、冰球、冰壶6个方面进行检索,对典型资料进行剖析。结果表明：速度滑冰论文数量最多,涉及面广,研究具有一定深度;短道速度滑冰训练方面研究相对较多,教学和大众方面研究相对薄弱,中外比较研究受到关注;赛事分析是花样滑冰研究的热点,新规则研究受到重视;滑雪领域研究倾向大众滑雪及滑雪产业方面研究,竞技滑雪研究相对较深入;冰球运动研究呈滞后状态,发展缓慢。冰壶运动研究相对薄弱,研究面相对较窄。

本文首先对知识管理、数字图书馆及数字图书馆的知识管理的概念进行了阐述;其次从对知识和人两个方面的管理论述了数字图书馆中的知识管理;最后,总结了数字图书馆的知识管理的内涵.
