浅谈独立院校应用型人才培养中遇到的问题及对策

独立学院是我国高等教育创新的产物,探索适应社会需要的应用型人才培养模式成为其当前首要解决的问题。结合现状,分析在人才培养中遇到的问题,并提出独立学院建设特色化的应用型人才培养模式相应的对策建议。

TED演讲视频以其演讲主题内容的丰富性、多元化和时代感在全球范围内获得广泛关注。本文通过对TED演讲视频的特点进行分析,提出将TED演讲视频在大学英语教学中进行合理运用,从而丰富课本内容、营造课堂氛围、提高学生英语自主学习能力。     

支持文化产业发展的财税金融政策研究

十八届三中全会要求“加快完善文化管理体制和文化生产经营机制,建立健全现代公共文化服务体系、现代文化市场体系”.而要完成这样的任务,财政金融政策的支持必不可少.本文分析了我国文化产业发展现状及当前财政金融政策对文化产业的支持情况,总结了发达国家财政金融政策支持文化产业的国外成熟经验,提出了我国政府支持文化产业改革与发展的一系列政策建议.     

Past/forward policy-making: transforming Chinese engineering education since the Reform and Opening-up

Although engineering education has played important roles in China’s growing power and influence on the world stage, engineering education policy since the Reform and Opening-up in the late 1970s has not been well documented in current English-language scholarship. Informed by historical and sociological studies of education, engineering and engineering education, this paper attempts to address this scholarly gap by relating contemporary Chinese engineering education policy-making to its broader historical, cultural and ideological contexts. Based on analysis of policy documents and reports released by the Chinese government and engineering schools, and drawing on prior scholarship of Chinese (engineering) education policy, this paper employs the concept of ‘past/forward’ as an analytic lens to interpret and understand four major areas of engineering education policy change in contemporary China: institutional reform, disciplines and majors, training objectives, and curriculum reform.     

Becoming a teacher in a gambling city: a case study of two pre-service teachers’ motivation for teaching in Macau

The present case study investigates the teaching motivation of two pre-service teachers studying in teacher education programs in a Macau university. The findings indicated that while Macau is a gambling center and abundant job opportunities are provided by casinos, both participants were highly motivated to improve the teaching and learning situation in Macau and bring positive changes to the Macau educational context. The findings also demonstrated the facilitative role of teachers and teacher educators in the formation of the motivation of student teachers. The study concludes with implications for enhancing the motivation of pre-service teachers, and the role of teacher education programs in Macau and other similar contexts.     

General University Requirements at Hong Kong Polytechnic University: evaluation findings based on student focus groups

Under the new four-year undergraduate programme, a general education framework titled ‘General University Requirements’ (GUR) has been developed and implemented since 2012/2013 at Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). To evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the GUR in its first year, focus group interviews with students were carried out. In 13 focus groups, 62 first-year students from eight faculties/schools who took GUR subjects in 2012/2013 academic year were interviewed by trained researchers. Results showed that students generally had good perceptions of the GUR in terms of the subject content, teaching methods and the overall effectiveness of the subjects. The interactive teaching and learning initiatives adopted in GUR subjects were particularly appreciated, although students expressed minor concerns on the administration of GUR subjects. The results suggest that the first-year implementation of the GUR at PolyU was generally smooth and successful from the perspectives of the students.     

大众话语观照下的女性角色探析

讨论大众话语观照下的女性角色,就要分析女性话语和女性话语权。本文结合理论与现实,阐述了女性话语权缺失导致女性角色定位两难的情形,以及在现实的大众话语下,女性如何进行自我角色定位,对女性自身和大众话语传播的媒介都提出了富有意义的建构。     

不同同胞关系对女孩心理发展的影响

通过探索四种家庭关系对女孩的人格特征、人际关系、安全感的影响及它们的关系,以期在女孩的培养教育上起一定的指导作用、并帮助女孩更清楚的了解自己和进行良好个人发展,同时,对心理学临床工作提供一定的参考.随机抽取117名女生,以Rosenberg自尊量表、人际信任量表、卡氏16种人格因素测验、个人评价问卷、安全感量表等量表组成的女生心理发展综合问卷为工具,研究了不同同胞关系对女孩心理发展的五个方面的影响.结果表明:(1)姐妹关系中,作为姐姐的本人与其同胞的他人信任度有显著的负相关;姐妹关系中,作为妹妹的本人与其同胞的自尊水平和人际安全感皆呈显著正相关;姐弟关系中,姐姐与弟弟的独立性呈显著的正相关.兄妹关系中,妹妹与哥哥在安全感的两个因子上皆呈显著正相关.(2)对五个女生组五个心理因素差异性分析显示,在姐妹关系中,姐姐组和妹妹组的自尊水平、他人信任度、人际安全感三个心理特征上有显著差异;姐妹关系中的姐姐组和兄妹关系中妹妹组的自尊水平有显著差异;姐妹关系中姐姐组和独生女组自尊水平也存在有显著差异.姐妹关系中妹妹组与姐弟关系中姐姐组自尊水平存在显著差异.(3)在五个心理特征上,大部分的特征同胞关系是没有对女孩造成明显的影响的.
