《蒙古秘史》第201节“额篾米讷朵抹黑赤”辨析

《秘史》第201节中,札木合在他生命的尽头,面对昔日的安答帖木真,说出了包括自己致命弱点在内的肺腑之言。其中,有一句蒙古语,其汉字音写为“额篾米讷朵抹黑赤”。当时的畏吾体蒙古文字词首a和e音书写形式完全相同,因此,“阿马”(ama,嘴)和“额篾”(eme,老婆)二字是同形字,结果汉字音写者似将畏吾体蒙古文的“阿马米讷朵抹黑赤”误读作了“额篾米讷朵抹黑赤”。     

Fault diagnosis for analog circuits based on chaotic signal excitation

A fault diagnosis method for analog circuit is proposed in this paper. An all-purpose amplifier is taken as the typical circuit under test (CUT). The chaotic signal, which is generated by an improved Chua's circuit, is employed as the excitation signal of CUT. The algorithm for phase-space reconstruction of chaotic time series is a combination algorithm of multiple autocorrelation and Γ-test. The circuit state is estimated based on detecting the geometric change of Chua's attractor with a data-mining approach. For the purpose of information fusion, another eight features are extracted from the testing data to comprehensively determine the CUT states. A discussion is made for comparing the effectiveness of each feature according to the testing results.

1935年国民政府实施废除银本位货币改革的原因分析

1935年中国经济由于国内白银大量外流遭受沉重打击,并导致国内货币信用发生严重危机。国民政府之所以发生如此严重的货币危机,不仅是受世界经济危机爆发后国际银价骤升影响,更是中国银本位货币机制存在弊端,以及国民政府实施巨额的财政赤字政策所致。为拯救困境中的货币金融体系,国民政府于1935年实施废除银本位的货币改革。此次改革使中国货币摆脱了国际银价的影响,并结束了当时中国货币流通的混乱局面,在中国货币金融史上具有重大意义。但此次货币改革对硬通货白银的彻底放弃,又为中国经济后来发生恶性通货膨胀埋下了严重隐患。     

语文教学“一课三思”

从教学层面来说,课前、课中、课后是课堂教学的三个主要环节,也是一个相对完整的“教学单元”的三个组成要素;从思维层面上说,课堂教学既要包含教师自身对教学所作的思考,更要去激活学生学习的思维;从操作层面来说,教师除了需要梳理教材、选择突破、确定思路等,更要想方设法带领学生走进学习。因此,运思于课前、激思于课中、反思于课后,就应该是每一个教师的“必修课”。

为了适应科技期刊的发展现状、加快期刊的融合速度,以陕西省8种公开发行的科技期刊为例,给出了科技期刊具体的融合方法。对科技期刊的融合背景和影响科技期刊融合的限制因素进行分析,分别从编辑人员整合、编校共享平台、整体宣传和数字化运营等方面展开论述。认为要想取得真正的融合效果,需要对期刊进行定位,挖掘期刊特色,形成期刊风格,还要充分利用期刊编委和审稿专家的人脉资源。     

Bivariate grid-connection speed control of hydraulic wind turbines

The requirement for An electrical grid-connected wind turbine is that the synchronous generator speed is stable within a required speed range for the electrical grid. In this paper, a hydraulic wind turbine (HWT) system is considered, and the working principle and working conditions of the HWT are introduced. A novel speed control method is proposed in this paper, using both a proportional flow control valve and a variable displacement motor, which are adjusted in combination to control the speed of the HWT. By establishing a state space model of the HWT and solving the nonlinear system with a feedback linearization method, a bivariate tracking controller is constructed to realize accurate speed control under fluctuating wind speed and the load disturbance conditions. The effectiveness of the control method is verified by simulation, but experimental results highlight problems with the method. The theoretical controller is simplified to reduce sensitivity to measurement noise and modeling error. The control effect has been improved to some extent, but it is limited. Based on these results, combined with the sliding mode variable structure control method and the feedback linearization method to solve the problem of measurement noise and modeling error, and the effectiveness of the control law is finally verified experimentally. It lays a theoretical foundation for the practical application of HWT.
