高职校企合作服务地方的探索与实践

高职院校具有地域性,立足和服务于所在区域是其重要的价值取向,为地方经济发展培养高素质技能型人才是其重要的目标定位,服务并回馈地方经济是其义务.如何做好服务?一要调整专业结构,为服务老区产业奠定基础;二要优化各类培训,为老区培养和输送技能人才,要深化校企合作,协助老区企业解决技术难题.     

浅谈网络时代高校学习共享空间的构建

信息技术的发展和广泛应用提升了高校教育工作的水平。网络时代为高校图书馆的发展提供了新的机遇,即由传统的资源服务转向学习共享的空间建设。高校学习共享空间的建设包括实体物理空间的构建、虚拟网络空间的构建、学习资源的整合和学习空间的组织管理。     

Temporal Trends of Malondialdehyde in Stored Human Plasma

Malondialdehyde (MDA) is widely used as oxidative stress biomarker in biomedical research. Plasma is stored in deep freezers generally till analysis. Effect of such storage on MDA values, which may be variable and prolong, was incidentally observed in the ongoing study which is to estimate oxidative stress with oral iron. Plasma from blood samples of pregnant women (20–30 years age) in third trimester of singleton pregnancy (n = 139), consuming oral iron tablets was stored at −20 °C with intention of MDA estimation, as soon as possible. However logistic problems led this storage for prolonged and variable period (1–708 days). When values of MDA estimated using “Ohkawa” 79 method and readings were plotted against time to check the temporal effect, it showed a hyperbolic curve. Standard deviation (SD) was lowest when samples were tested within 3 weeks time. The samples analyzed within 3 weeks had mean ± SD value of 31.59 ± 26.11 μmol/L, while 123.7 ± 93.97 and 366.5 ± 189.8 μmol/L for samples stored for 1–3 and 4 months to 1 year respectively. Mean ± SD were 539.9 ± 196.8 in the samples store for more than a year. Rate of change in values was also lowest (0.0433 μmol/L/day) in the samples tested within first 3 weeks, which rose to 1.2 μmol/L/day during 3 month’s storage. This rate peaked at storage of 120 days (1.87 μmol/L/day) and fell to 0.502 μmol/L/day in the second year of storage. It is concluded that at −20 °C, only 3 weeks of storage time should be considered valid for fairly acceptable stability in MDA values.     

Association of Estrogen Receptor-α Gene &; Metallothionein-1 Gene Polymorphisms in Type 2 Diabetic Women of Andhra Pradesh

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) is a multifactorial disease where both genetic and environmental factors contribute to its pathogenesis. Estrogen plays an important role in type 2 DM pathogenesis. A number of polymorphisms have been reported in the estrogen receptor (ESR1), including the XbaI and PvuII restriction enzyme polymorphisms of ESR1,which may be involved in disease pathogenesis. Metallothioneins (MT) act as potent antioxidants against various oxidative damages. Very few studies have indicated the association between Estrogen Receptor-α, MT1 gene polymorphisms with type2 DM. A total of 100 type 2 diabetic women and 100 age, sex matched controls were recruited. Using the PCR based RFLP method, the PvuII and XbaI polymorphisms of ESR1 and in MT1A (rs8052394 and rs11076161) gene polymorphisms were analysed. The genotype distribution and frequency of mutated allele showed no significant differences between diabetic and non-diabetic groups in PvuII (χ2 = 2.443; P = 0.1181) or XbaI (χ2 = 1.789; P = 0.1812) and rs8052394 (χ2 = 1.154; P = 0.2840) or rs11076161 (χ2 = 0.4141; P = 0.5199), polymorphisms. This is the first Indian study to conclude that ESR1 and MT1 gene polymorphisms are not associated with increased susceptibility to type 2 diabetes in Indian women.

Your vision with and without trigonometry

When you take a look at anything close-by, your brain computes the position of the object you see by solving a lanky triangle — namely the one formed with the object and your two eyes as its vertices. The brain may call other clues also into service while figuring out positions, especially when the lanky triangles prove far too lanky to afford trigonometric solutions with reasonable accuracy. These non-trigonometric alternatives can run into occasional pitfalls, though. Yet even the trigonometric highway isn’t always foolproof, either. We shall see in what follows that the resulting consequences can be as instructive as they are amusing.     

175 Years of linear programming

The theory of flows in networks began to evolve in the early 1950’s.The various linear optimisation questions that could be asked of flows in conserving networks turned out to be neat combinatorial specialisations of linear programming. The simplex method (and its variants) turned out to have very pretty combinatorial interpretations on networks. The algebraic dexterity of linear programming duality led to a unified treatment of many deep theorems in graph theory and combinatorics. In this part, the last of the series on linear programming, we will see glimpses of the theory of network flows through a specific flow optimisation problem — the maximum flow problem.

本文综合阐述了运动对肝脏功能和形态结构的影响,运动对肝脏功能的影响主要表现在对肝脏中各种酶的功用的影响,同时肝细胞的形态结构也会因运动发生相应的变化,亦可致使肝功能发生异常甚至发生病变。     

协同神经网络立体图像识别方法

基于前人在协同神经网络的相关研究,本文提出了立体图像的原型向量的构造方法——立体像素平铺法和投影截面法,并给出了投影截面法的优化方法。
