Projectively flat Asanov Finsler metric

In this work, we study the Asanov Finsler metric F=α(β2/α2 gβ/α 1)1/2exp{(G/2)arctan[β/(hα) G/2]}, where α=(αijyiyj)1/2 is a Riemannian metric and β=biyj is a 1-form, g∈(-2,2), h=(1-g2/4)1/2, G=g/h. We give the necessary and sufficient condition for Asanov metric to be locally projectively flat, i.e., α is projectively flat and β is parallel with respect to α. Moreover, we proved that the Douglas tensor of Asanov Finsler metric vanishes if and only if β is parallel with respect to α.

基于半监督学习与CRF的应急预案命名实体识别

传统基于统计的命名实体识别方法存在需要大量人工标注的缺陷,导致识别准确率较低。为了提升识别效果,提出一种基于条件随机场的半监督学习方法（S-CRF）对命名实体进行识别。该方法将实体识别看作序列标注问题,对少量数据进行人工标注并构建实体集,通过K-means聚类算法选取有代表性的未标注数据文本进行自动标注,采用条件随机场对语料进行训练测试。选取中文应急预案文档进行实验,该方法在各个标签上的识别效果分别达到93.52%、93.04%、95.81%。实验结果表明,该方法优于传统规则方法,能有效提高应急预案命名实体的识别效果。     

基于Vega的水下运载器视景仿真技术

应用MultiGen Creator[1]对水下运载器和海底环境进行三维建模,利用Vega[2]驱动三维模型,应用VC MFC[3]开发出水下运载器视景仿真系统,具有较高的逼真度和可信度,能够满足系统仿真的实时性要求。

曲线拟合问题至今尚未确立精确度概念．本文利用泛函分析理论，确立了曲线拟合问题的空间理论基础，给出了曲线拟合间题的精度概念和构造满足指定精度要求的拟合曲线的方法．     

Blind image quality assessment based on wavelet power spectrum in perceptual domain

Blind image quality assessment (BIQA) can assess the perceptual quality of a distorted image without a prior knowledge of its reference image or distortion type. In this paper, a novel BIQA model is developed in wavelet domain. Considering the multi-resolution and band-passing characteristics of discrete wavelet transform (DWT), an improvement over the power spectrum is put forward, i.e., dubbed wavelet power spectrum (WPS) estimation. Then, the concept of directional WPS is applied to simplify the calculation. Moreover, a rotationally symmetric modulation transfer function (MTF) of human visual system (HVS) is integrated as a filter, which makes the metric to be consistent with the human vision perception and more discriminative. Experiments are conducted on the LIVE databases and three other databases, and the results show that the proposed metric is highly correlated with subjective evaluations and it competes well with other state-of-the-art metrics in terms of effectiveness and robustness.     

基于神经网络的数控机床可靠性预计研究

本文提出了利用人工神经网络来辅助实现数控机床的可靠性预计的方法，建立了用于数控机床可靠性预测的三层BP神经网络模型，给出了具体的算法，并通过实例证明该方法比传统的数学模型预计方法更准确和可靠。
