扁藻细胞电镜观察的制样技术

以海洋单细胞微藻亚心型扁藻为材料 ,对海水水样中活体单细胞微藻的亚显微结构观察样品的制备技术进行了探索。选用 2 .5 %的戊二醛固定液和 1 %的锇酸固定液对样品进行双固定的技术 ;先酒精后丙酮按浓度梯度顺次进行脱水 ;再用Epon81 2环氧树脂作为包埋剂进行包埋 ;最后经过醋酸铀 -枸橼酸铅双染色后将切片用透射电镜进行亚显微结构的形态观察。采用本方法进行水样中活体样品的电镜制片 ,拍得清晰度较高的电镜照片 ,并通过照片对水样中运动细胞透射电镜样品制备技术进行了分析。

陈子昂从理论、创作与为人三个方面肯定和接受建安文学，发掘了建安文学别于且高于六朝文学的价值，将建安文学提升到革除文弊与重振文风的重要地位，他通过自己的努力与影响力，使建安文学得到广泛认可与传播，成为影响盛唐文学发展的主流力量。陈子昂之后，建安文学被奉为正宗，对盛唐气象之形成功莫大焉。     

General physiology,experimental psychology,and evolutionism. Unicellular organisms as objects of psychophysiological research, 1877-1918

This essay aims to shed new light on the relations between physiology and psychology in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries by focusing on the use of unicellular organisms as research objects during that period. Within the frameworks of evolutionism and monism advocated by Ernst Haeckel, protozoa were perceived as objects situated at the borders between organism and cell and individual and society. Scholars such as Max Verworn, Alfred Binet, and Herbert Spencer Jennings were provoked by these organisms to undertake experimental investigations situated between general physiology and psychology that differed from the physiological psychology advocated by Wilhelm Wundt. Some of these investigations sought to locate psychological properties in the molecular structure of protoplasm; others stressed the existence of organic and psychological individuality in protozoa. In the following decades, leading philosophers such as Friedrich Nietzsche, Charles Sanders Peirce, and Henri Bergson, as well as psychological researchers like Sigmund Freud, integrated the results of these investigations into their reflections on such problems as the nature of the will, the structure of the ego, and the holistic nature of the reactions of organisms to their environment.     

Harnessing technology to improve formative assessment of student conceptions in STEM: forging a national network

Concept inventories, consisting of multiple-choice questions designed around common student misconceptions, are designed to reveal student thinking. However, students often have complex, heterogeneous ideas about scientific concepts. Constructed-response assessments, in which students must create their own answer, may better reveal students' thinking, but are time- and resource-intensive to evaluate. This report describes the initial meeting of a National Science Foundation-funded cross-institutional collaboration of interdisciplinary science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education researchers interested in exploring the use of automated text analysis to evaluate constructed-response assessments. Participants at the meeting shared existing work on lexical analysis and concept inventories, participated in technology demonstrations and workshops, and discussed research goals. We are seeking interested collaborators to join our research community.     

I like to do it, I'm able, and I know I am: longitudinal couplings between domain-specific achievement, self-concept, and interest

The longitudinal development of the intraindividual coupling between academic achievement, interest, and self-concept of ability (SCA) was analyzed in a sample of approximately 1,000 children between grades 1 and 12 (ages 6-17). Across all calculated indexes, the average level of coupling was positive. Individuals generally felt competent and interested in domains where they achieve well, and were interested in domains where they perceive their personal strengths. The degree of coupling was the highest between interest and SCA and the lowest between interest and achievement. For all indexes, evidence for an increase in coupling across time was found. Female gender was related to a lower level of coupling. There was evidence for a positive effect of conscientiousness on the amount of coupling.
