贵州是一个喀斯特岩溶特别发育的高原山区 ,又是一个多民族聚居的省份。基于自然地理、生态环境和人文景观等特殊条件 ,贵州有着别具特色的丰富的史前文化资源、古代文化资源、近现代文化资源和喀斯特文化资源。这些资源 ,具有极高的旅游、观赏价值和科研价值。独特的地理生态环境和历史因素酿就了贵州文化的独特、古朴、多样性、边缘性和多元一体的明显特征。加强以贵州文化资源和喀斯特城市园林山水资源为代表的各种自然风光和人文景观为主要内容的重点综合开发 ,加强历史古迹、民族文化资源和革命文化资源的保护、抢救、整理、研究和开发是发展贵州经济文化 ,建设社会主义物质和精神文明的需要

从系统论思想的动态观、自主性及整体观出发，对世纪之交的中国化讨论中的“复兴儒学”观，“全盘西化”论，“精华吸收”说等主要观点进行评析，并就当代中国化重建与研究的参照系等问题提出了自己的主张和认识。     

某大型房地产公司发展战略的制定和实施

背景：房地产行业是远迅所关注和服务的重要行业之一。2001年10月15日，远迅前身安信通盟成立后的一周，就竞标获得万通集团战略咨询项目，开创了中国第一个有影响力的房地产战略咨询项目。之后远迅陆续为多家大型房地产企业提供咨询服务并积累了丰富的经验，远迅为客户A集团提供的咨询服务就是很典型的例子。     

Effects of Second-Order Difference-Frequency Wave Forces on Floating Wind Turbine Under Survival Condition

In this paper, the effects of second-order difference-frequency wave forces on the global motion of an offshore wind turbine system with a large displacement under the survival condition are studied. In this case, the hydrodynamic force is the main force because the blades are feathered to reduce the lifting force. The first-order hydrodynamic forces are calculated by WADAM, while the second-order wave forces are calculated by a customized MATLAB module. Then the hydrodynamic coefficients are transferred to the wind turbine analytical code FAST. Through the comparisons of dynamic responses between the first- and second-order numerical models, it is found that the second-order wave forces significantly influence the motion of floating wind turbine under the survival condition. Moreover, neglecting the second-order force significantly underestimates the tension forces in the mooring lines.     

Chelators effect on soil Cu extractability and uptake byElsholtzia splendens

Phytoremediation is emerging as a potential cost-effective solution for remediation of contaminated soils, and bioavailability of metal in the soil for plant uptake is an important factor for successful phytoremediation. This study aimed at investigating the ability of EDTA and citric acid for enhancing soil bioavailability of Cu and phytoremediation by Elsholtzia splendens in two types of soils contaminated with heavy metals [i.e. mined soil from copper mining area (MS), and paddy soil (PS) polluted by copper refining]. The results showed that addition of 2.5 mmol/kg EDTA significantly increased the H₂O extractable Cu concentration from 1.20 to 15.78 mg/kg in MS and from 0.26 to 15.72 mg/kg in PS, and that shoot Cu concentration increased 4-fold and 8-fold as compared to the control. There was no significant difference between the treatment with 5.0 mmol/kg EDTA and that with 2.5 mmol/kg EDTA, probably because that 2.5 mmol/kg EDTA was enough for elevating Cu bioavailability to the maximum level. As compared with the control, citric acid had no marked effect on both soil extractable Cu and shoot Cu concentration or accumulation. The results indicated that EDTA addition can increase the potential and efficiency of Cu phytoextraction byE. splendens in polluted soils. 工程材料与成形加工基础实验远程教育系统的研制

工程材料与成形加工基础实验是机械类专业必修的重要实践性教学环节．由于客观条件的限制，按传统方式进行实验严重影响了实验教学的效率。另外，接受远程教育的学生．无法到学校实验室做具体的实验已经成为影响远程教育教学质量的一个重要因素。而采用本项目研发的远程教育系统，不仅为解决上述问题提供了解决方案，而且对于贫困地区的教学和培训尤具优势。本文结合该系统的开发研制．论述了系统应遵循的开发流程和远程教育系统的开发技术。     

培里价值理论的基本特征

美国现代哲学家培里创立了一般价值论——价值兴趣论。其价值兴趣论具有以下特征：生存论的思维方式，兴趣中心的理论主旨，自然主义的哲学倾向和经验描述的研究方法。     

试析陶行知乡村教育思想对新农村建设的启示

陶行知乡村教育思想在20世纪二三十年代盛极一时,其核心是以教育改造乡村社会,以纠正现代学校教育与中国农村社会的脱节。今天,随着义务教育的普及,尽管陶行知的诸多设想都已实现,但就农村教育与农村社会关系的角度来看,陶行知的某些思想对于新农村建设仍然具有很强的启示价值,值得我们学习和借鉴。本文以陶行知乡村教育思想为视角,探讨新农村建设中农村教育与农村文化建设、道德建设、经济建设、社会生活等方面的关系。
