本文针对现在中学地理教学对多媒体使用现状、需求的调查，讨论了基于地理教学软件开发的背景、结构、功能和应用前景。在整个的教学软件的阐述中，围绕现在地理教学所迫切需要解决的课件制作问题，探讨相关的解决方式。     

回归本原——图尼埃前期小说的哲理寓意一探

米歇尔·图尼埃是法国当代“新寓言派”的一位重要代表,是个典型的哲人作家,他的小说具有鲜明的象征色彩和深刻的哲理寓意。主要探析了图尼埃前期小说所具有的“回归本原”这种哲理寓意,认为图尼埃在他的《礼拜五——太平洋上的灵薄狱》、《桤木王》等小说中都描写了“回归本原”这一主题。     

关于农民培训的研究综述

对近年来学术界、理论界就国内外农民培训的研究探索进行归纳总结,在对这些成果进行系统总结的基础上,简要评析总体研究现状,并指出当前亟待进行深入研究的问题,以期为进一步的研究提供参考。     

Reverse osmosis

Osmosis is a phenomenon which regulates many biological functions in plants and animals. That the plants stand upright, or the water reaches the tip of every leaf of a plant is due to osmotic pressure. The fact that we cannot survive by drinking seawater is also linked to this same phenomenon. J H van’t Hoff showed in 1886 that osmotic pressure is related to concentration and temperature of the solution by a law that is similar to the gas law. An understanding of this phenomenon paved the way not only in explaining the biological functions which depend on osmosis, but also in creating conditions for reversing it known as ‘reverse osmosis’. Reverse osmosis has many applications, one of which is desalination of seawater. The inaugural Nobel Prize in Chemistry was awarded in 1901 to van’t Hoff for his seminal work in this area. The present article explains the principle of osmosis and reverse osmosis.     

5－Br－PADAP作为配位滴定铅指示剂的研究

本文研究在ＰＨ５．５的六次甲基四胺缓冲体系中，以５－Ｂｒ－ＰＡＤＡＰ作为指示剂，用ＥＤＴＡ滴定铅精矿中铅含量。试验结果表明，终点变色敏锐，测定结果变异系数为０．２７％（ｎ＝５）。

科技期刊页码编排的规范化问题

对2010年出版的120种科技期刊页码的编排情况进行调查。发现一些科技期刊页码的编排不符合GB/T 3179—2009《期刊编排格式》的规定。对科技期刊页码编排存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应建议。     

案例教学法在社会保障教学中的SWOT分析

案例教学是一种不同于传统的常规讲授式教学的教学方法,具有较强的实践应用性。本文通过案例教学法在社会保障教学应用中的SWOT分析,明确了案例教学法的优劣所在,认为分阶段实施是发挥案例教学法优势、规避和化解不足、实现预期教学目标的有效策略。     

Membrane trafficking and vesicle fusion

The functions of the eukaryotic cell rely onmembrane-bound compartments called organelles. Each of these possesses distinct membrane composition and unique function. In the 1970’s, during George Palade’s time, it was unclear how these organelles communicate with each other and perform their biological functions. The elegant research work of James E Rothman, Randy W Schekman and Thomas C Südhof identified the molecular machinery required for membrane trafficking, vesicle fusion and cargo delivery. Further, they also showed the importance of these processes for biological function. Their novel findings helped to explain several biological phenomena such as insulin secretion, neuron communication and other cellular activities. In addition, their work provided clues to cures for several neurological, immunological and metabolic disorders. This research work laid the foundation to the field of molecular cell biology and these post-Palade investigators were awarded the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2013.
