三种三尖杉属植物越冬期光合器的功能和膜蛋白成分的比较研究

本文对三尖杉属中三种植物即：三尖杉Cephalotaxus fortunei,粗榧C.sinensis 和柱  冠日本粗榧C.harringtonia cv．Fastigiata越冬期的光合器功能进行了研究。研究结果表明  这三种常绿三尖杉植物越冬时叶绿体的光合放氧活性受到抑制,但光系统II中心的活性和镁  离子调节光能分配的功能存在。说明其越冬特性与松柏科植物类似。    叶绿体膜的低温荧光测定结果表明三种植物的F685,F695和F735的比率各不相同。用SDS—  聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析叶绿体膜蛋白,发现柱冠日本粗榧的多肽数与三尖杉和粗榧有明显差异。以上特征可能有助于分类或系统位置的研究。     

应用雷达回波与地面中尺度扰动场作强对流天气分析

利用华东中尺度天气试验资料和雷达回波,分析了两例系统性强对流过程中逐时地面物理量场的变化。结果表明:对流回波发展与地面扰动辐合有密切关系,辐合区的变化、移动可预示强回波的演变;暖区中的回波带与重力波有关,分析发现中低压与辐合位相差,而中低压的发展、扩大可引起辐合的加强。     

RBF神经网络在传感器故障诊断中的应用研究

本文针对传感器在自动化系统中的重要性,指出了传感器故障诊断的必要性、可行性以及实现的基本方法。根据神经网络的原理与特点,阐述了RBF神经网络的基本理论和优点,提出了一种基于RBF神经网络用于传感器故障诊断的思路和方法。     

对西方“文件连续体理论”的学术评论

文章基于“连续体”的哲学概念,阐述了对西方“文件连续体理论”进行学术评论的背景和前提,并指出西方“文件连续体理论”存在的缺陷,即无法从文件连续体模型中找到符合哲学规范的“连续体”.因而认为真正的文件连续体理论尚未形成,但只要能找到符合哲学规范的文件连续体,则中国档案界就有望克服西方“文件连续体理论”的缺陷,重新构建起一个更为科学的文件连续体理论.     

An empirical study of tokenization strategies for biomedical information retrieval

Due to the great variation of biological names in biomedical text, appropriate tokenization is an important preprocessing step for biomedical information retrieval. Despite its importance, there has been little study on the evaluation of various tokenization strategies for biomedical text. In this work, we conducted a careful, systematic evaluation of a set of tokenization heuristics on all the available TREC biomedical text collections for ad hoc document retrieval, using two representative retrieval methods and a pseudo-relevance feedback method. We also studied the effect of stemming and stop word removal on the retrieval performance. As expected, our experiment results show that tokenization can significantly affect the retrieval accuracy; appropriate tokenization can improve the performance by up to 96%, measured by mean average precision (MAP). In particular, it is shown that different query types require different tokenization heuristics, stemming is effective only for certain queries, and stop word removal in general does not improve the retrieval performance on biomedical text.     

Optimal control of nonlinear switched system in an uncoupled microbial fed-batch fermentation process

The bio-dissimilation of glycerol to 1,3-propanediol (1,3-PD) is a complex bioprocess due to the multiple inhibitions of substrate and products onto the cell growth. In consideration of both the inhibition mechanisms of 3-hydroxypropionaldehyde (3-HPA) and the transport modes of glycerol and 1,3-PD across the cell membrane, we establish a novel switched system which is represented by a ten-dimensional nonlinear dynamical equation containing both extracellular and intracellular environments. The uncoupled microbial fed-batch fermentation process are modeled using the switched system which the glycerol and alkali are respectively poured into. Taking the feeding rates of glycerol and alkali, the switching times and the mode sequence as the control variables, an optimal control model is proposed with the concentration of the terminal time 1,3-PD as performance index. In order to maximize the yield of 1,3-PD, the control parameterization technique and the exact penalty function method are used to solve the considered problem. Numerical results show that under the obtained optimal feeding rates of glycerol and alkali, switching times and mode sequence, the productivity of 1,3-PD at the terminal time is increased significantly compared with previous results.     

基于财务信息有效性及平台建设的若干思考

目前我们在财务管理上还不同程度地存在观念陈旧、管理基础薄弱、管理手段和方式落后等问题,如财务账目不实、家底不清、账实不符、配置不均、闲置浪费、资产流失、采购环节"暗箱操作"、生产经营过程"跑冒滴漏"等问题。这就要求我们不断更新观念,运用科学的发展观,从先进的管理经验、管理手段着手,来加强财务管理。如何加强财务信息化建设和财务集中管理无疑是当今的一项迫切任务,这对提高自身管理水平、促进管理现代化、转换经营机制、有效降低成本、提高经济效益等方面都有着现实和深远的意义,是带动各项工作创新和升级的重要突破口。     

反腐败视角下英国政府开放合同数据的实践与启示

“开放合同数据”是开放政府数据的重点领域,更是国际反腐败开放数据的突破口,英国在这一领域走在了世界前列,其成功做法和经验对于我国政府制定开放数据政策和参与国际合作具有参考和借鉴价值。文章采用文献分析和网络调查方法,从反腐败和建设公平的竞争环境的视角,介绍英国政府开放合同数据的相关政策、标准和数据服务情况。同国际先进水平相比,在大数据时代,我国政府采购与合同从信息公开向数据开放的转变还很缓慢,应在政策支持、参与国际合作、标准化建设和质量保障上加大力度。     

月嫂多种家政技能培训内容和方法

随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,社会对家政服务的需求也不断提高。家政行业在我国是一个新兴的行业,这个行业正面临着很大的机遇,同时也面临着巨大的挑战。它的服务需要向正规化、细致化、专业化发展,但是由于中国传统思想理念的禁锢,现在的家政服务人员一般都是文化水平、综合素质与技能水平低下,与现代化的市场需求不符。所以,加强家政服务人员的文化素质和技能培训是现在家政行业面临的主要问题。本文主要从月嫂的角度出发,浅谈家政技能培训的方法。
