理工类专业英语课程教学改革探索与实践

针对当前理工类院校专业英语课程的开设现状,指出专业英语在学生的素质教育中占有重要地位,应得到重视。分析了专业英语教学中存在的问题,结合自身教学实践,提出了相关教学改革的几点建议和对策。     

现代汉语词类研究若干争议问题的探讨

现代汉语词类系统问题一直是语法学界研究的热点。在研究方面存在着汉语有无词类的争议;词类划分的依据、标准的争议;词类数目多少的争议等。对现代汉语词类研究中的若干观点加以梳理,具有一定的意义。     

Imbalanced free radicals and antioxidant defense systems in schizophrenia： A comparative study

Objective： To examine changes of blood oxidative-antiovidative level in schizophrenic patients and its relationship with clinical symptoms. Methods： Forty-six Chinese patients met DSM-IV （Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-iV） criteria for schizophrenia and fifty age- and sex-matched healthy controls were enrolled in the present study. Baseline psychiatric symptom severity was assessed with brief psychiatric rating scale, positive and negative syndrome scale on the blood draw day. Fresh blood samples were collected to measure levels of nitric oxide and lipid peroxide in plasma as well as activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase in red blood cells by spectrophotometric assays simultaneously. Results Comparison of the biochemical parameters indicated that the level of nitric oxide and lipid peroxide increased in patient group, which represented a positive correlation with positive scale scores; while the activities of three critical enzymes decreased and showed a negative linear correlation. Conclusion： This study showed that there are dysregulation of free radical metabolism and poor activities of the antioxidant defense systems in schizophrenic patients. Excess free radicals formation may play a critical role in the etiology of schizophrenia. Using antioxidants might be an effective therapeutic approach to partially alleviate or prevent the symptoms of schizophrenia.     

从教学过程设计转向信息技术支持的学习环境设计

由于中美两国历史文化背景的差异,在学科演化和发展上也呈现不同的道路,引进的教学设计在中国遭到了已有的"教学论"的质疑。对教学设计的概念重新进行梳理后,重新解读了中国的"教学设计"的内涵,以期能抛砖引玉,促进教学设计在中国的健康发展。     

基于ANP的毕业要求达成度评价解析

毕业要求达成度是基于成果导向教育模式(Outcomes--based Education,OBE)的核心概念,对其评价的合理性直接影响到OBE教育模式的实施效果。传统的相关评价中存在教育过程性因素考查不充分、指标不独立引起的信息损失过多、评价方法使用受限、评价结果不准确等问题,而基于网络层次分析法(ANP)的毕业要求达成度评价可在一定程度上解决这些问题。该评价方法不仅有效融入了教育全过程因素,而且充分考虑了各指标间的关联性,能够反映出全部指标的相对重要度,减少了信息损失,更符合OBE中毕业要求达成度的评价要求。     

海带多酚提取工艺优化及抗氧化性研究

以海带多酚为研究对象,考察提取温度、料液比和超声时间对海带游离多酚和结合多酚提取率的影响、采用正交试验对多酚提取工艺进行优化,并通过测定多酚对DPPH自由基的清除能力评估其抗氧化性.结果表明,海带多酚的最佳提取工艺为:料液比为1:30(g/mL)、提取温度为40℃、超声时间为30 min.在此工艺条件下,海带总多酚的提取率为2.74%.当浓度为2.0 mg/mL时,游离多酚和结合多酚对DPPH·的清除率分别为41.72%和19.37%,表明海带多酚具有一定的抗氧化活性,且游离多酚的抗氧化活性高于结合多酚。

果胶@生物炭-Fe3O4的制备及其对Cu2+的吸附性能

以木屑为原料,高温热解制备生物炭。以聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,采用混合法将生物炭与果胶复合,并负载磁性,经烘干定型制备果胶包覆的磁性生物炭材料（果胶@生物炭-Fe₃O₄）。采用扫描电镜（SEM）、X射线衍射（XRD）及N₂吸附-脱附（BET）等方法对果胶@生物炭-Fe₃O₄进行表征,结合吸附实验分析其对Cu²⁺的吸附特性。结果表明,当生物炭、果胶、Fe₃O₄质量比为5：1：1,溶液pH值为6,吸附24 h,果胶@生物炭-Fe₃O₄对Cu²⁺吸附效果最好;二级动力学方程能较好地描述果胶@生物炭-Fe₃O₄对Cu²⁺的吸附过程,Freundlich模型能较好地拟合其吸附行为;SEM结果显示该材料具有不规则的孔隙结构;XRD分析显示纳米Fe₃O₄是其主要的晶体结构;BET测得其比表面积为25.654 m²·g^-1,平均孔径为20.18 nm。     

The Development and Design of a Framework to Match Mentees and Mentors Through a Systematic Review andThematic Analysis of Mentoring Programs Between 2000 and 2015

ABSTRACT

The need for longitudinal and holistic support of medical students throughout their training has led to the development of formal mentoring programs. Whilst success of formal mentoring programs has been attributed to (a) pairing mentees with trained and experienced mentors (matching), (b) the quality of mentoring interactions and (c) the presence of a nurturing environment, little attention has been attributed to establishing an effective matching process in medical school. We sought, in this review, to redress this gap within the context of matching medical students for mentoring. Modified PRISMA guidelines were followed to guide the review process. PubMed, ERIC, Cochrane Database, OVID and ScienceDirect databases were searched for articles on matching in medical schools and in allied health specialities published between 2000 and 2015.     

野外地质实习虚拟仿真实验教学平台建设与思考

野外实习是培养合格地质人才的重要环节和专业特色,对培养学生兴趣、巩固专业知识、提高实践能力等有着不可替代的作用。然而传统野外地质教学实习中存在效率低、成本高、互动性和共享性差等问题,虚拟仿真教学很好地弥补了此缺陷。通过以汉中梁山野外地质实习基地为例,介绍了长安大学地质学类专业野外地质实习的发展现状,实习目的和任务,分析了传统野外地质实习存在的问题,探讨了汉中梁山野外地质实习虚拟仿真教学平台建设的思路和拟解决的关键问题。
