特色数据库建设团队管理初探

分析了特色数据库建设工作中的博弈现象,认为建库团队工作绩效不佳的根本原因在于个人理性与集体理性的冲突。要提高建库团队绩效,应塑造建库团队的共同愿景;构建科学的绩效考核体系;建立有效的激励机制以及加强建库团队的文化建设。     

月魄流光——南怀瑾其人其书其事

今年中秋前夕——2012年9月29日的傍晚,南怀瑾先生走了。入夜,天心寥廓,月魄也流光。一南先生是成名于台湾的学者,与北京季羡林先生、香港饶宗颐先生并称当世,被人赞为国学大师。就学问言论,季先生艰涩而深厚,饶先生富丽而广博,南先生平实而奇出。南先生善讲学而多撰述,种数不下三五十,范围大都集中于经藏道法,兼达孔孟老庄,涉及卜易谋略、医药养生、堪舆营造、诗词书画。这与他常情莫测的经历相关。南先生1917年出生于浙江乐清农村,是他父亲中年所得     

Science Letters：IGFBP7 plays a potential tumor suppressor role against colorectal carcinogenesis with its expression associated with DNA hypomethylation of exon 1

Insulin-like growth factor binding-protein-7 （IGFBP7） was obtained from our previous colonic adenocarcinoma （CRC） and normal mucosa suppression subtraction hybridization （SSH） cDNA libraries. By RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry, we found that IGFBP7 was overexpressed in CRC tissue compared to normal tissue. However, our in vitro experiments performed in 10 CRC cell lines showed that IGFBP7 expressed only in SW480 and Caco2 cell lines, which implied an underlying reversible regulatory mechanism. Using methylation-specific PCR （MSP） and bisulfite sodium PCR （BSP）, we found that its expression was associated with DNA hypomethylation of exonl. This was further supported by the in vitro study which showed restored IGFBP7 expression after demethylation agent 5-aza-2＇-deoxycytidine treatment. Correlation analysis between IGFBP7 expression and prognosis indicated that overexpression of IGFBP7 in CRC tissue correlated with favourable survival. Investigation of the functional role of IGFBP7 through transfection studies showed that IGFBP7 protein could inhibit growth rate, decrease colony formation activity, and induce apoptosis in RKO and SW620 cells, suggesting it a potential tumor suppressor protein in colorectal carcinogenesis. In conclusion, our study clearly demonstrated that IGFBP7 plays a potential tumor suppressor role against colorectal carcinogenesis and its expression is associated with DNA hypomethylation of exon 1.     

Health risks with teachers' computer use: some New Zealand observations

With the increased use of computers, and particularly with the increasing use of the Internet in schools, health and education professionals have suggested the need for teachers and students to be ergonomically conscious when using computers. A project was conducted in 1999 to investigate the extent of awareness of health risks associated with computer use in schools of principals, teachers, and administrators of all the primary and secondary schools in Otago and Southland, New Zealand. Results in this study show that although a high proportion of the respondents were aware of these issues, few people took any active preventive measures or participated in any professional development to reduce these health risks. It was also found that nearly two thirds of the school administrators, more than half of the teachers, and nearly 30% of the principals in this study had experienced some kind of health problems related to computer use. Strategies to deal with these issues such as the need for professional development are also discussed in this article.

二十世纪三十年代,随着普罗革命文学运动的兴起和发展,革命救亡的浪潮冲击着女性书写的性别意识,与政治化的革命书写性比,女性的情爱已经变得不值一提。"莎菲"的决绝完成了丁玲跨时代的强力反叛,紧随其后的"革命加恋爱"将个体的解放无可选择地置放于群体解放的浪潮之中。丁玲的革命加恋爱的女性书写表现了女性视角下的生命感受和独特的性别体验,其对当下女性创作仍有一定的影响。     

论微博网络时代的高校共青团工作

随着微博网络平台的日益完善,微博作为快速发展的新型社交工具正在人们生活中扮演着越来越重要的作用,尤其对高校青年大学生的影响不可估量。本文梳理了微博对青年大学生的影响的研究动态、研究方向及研究焦点的文献,就如何利用微博的舆论引导作用来做好高校共青团工作提出了几点思考。     

“一站式”物业管理平台的设计与实践

随着城市化进程不断推进,物业管理信息化程度和技术也飞速发展,但是,物业管理平台在建设过程中也逐渐暴露了一些问题:例如以"应用"为驱动,各部门缺乏统一的标准和规范、缺乏统一的平台进行管理等。"一站式"物业管理平台能够解决这些问题。通过"一站式"物业管理平台的构建,实现新型的"统一平台、分权流转"的管理模式,形成以数字平台为中枢,各系统相互融合、协调运行的一体化物业管理格局,促进规范化、集约化、自动化的物业管理信息化建设进程。     

一件值得回忆的往事--忆文献检索与利用课的开设

<正> 上世纪80年代,随着大形势的变化,高校图书馆事业也呈现了前所未有的繁荣景象。高校图工委的成立,更推动了这一事业的发展,形成至今犹为人羡称的黄金时代。从此,高校图书馆与公共图书馆、科学院图书馆构成中国图书馆事业三大系统的鼎足之势。高校图书馆人也都踔厉风发,勇往直前,要为高校图书馆争口气,其中有几位冒尖人物,如南京的吴观国、东北的单行、山东的张厚涵和我,因行动积极,敢于争先,曾被界外领导赐名为“四条汉子”。我们对此并不反感,反以为荣,更加努力投身于振兴高校图书馆事业,其中最感称心如意的就是开设文献检索与利用课和编写系列教材一事。     

人工智能时代情报学发展走向之辨——对本体论、感知论、方法论、服务论的再思考

人工智能相关技术的迅猛发展和逐步普及,使得情报学难以避免人工智能的融合趋势,无论这种融合是主动为之或是被动选择。然而学界对人工智能时代情报学学科的发展走向并未予以充分探讨,大部分研究均将焦点置于大数据与下一代互联网环境中进行论述。本研究将人工智能时代情报学学科走向解构为"本体论""感知论""方法论""服务论"四个论题,对每个论题借由理论面向与实践面向的二分法展开阐释,并从整体视角上提出应在人工智能洪流中找准情报学定位,不能忽视"人"在情报学中的价值以及重视跨学科融合、跨领域应用的发展趋势。
