Editorial research and the publication process in biomedicine and health: Report from the Esteve Foundation Discussion Group,December 2012

Despite the fact that there are more than twenty thousand biomedical journals in the world, research into the work of editors and publication process in biomedical and health care journals is rare. In December 2012, the Esteve Foundation, a non-profit scientific institution that fosters progress in pharmacotherapy by means of scientific communication and discussion organized a discussion group of 7 editors and/or experts in peer review biomedical publishing. They presented findings of past editorial research, discussed the lack of competitive funding schemes and specialized journals for dissemination of editorial research, and reported on the great diversity of misconduct and conflict of interest policies, as well as adherence to reporting guidelines. Furthermore, they reported on the reluctance of editors to investigate allegations of misconduct or increase the level of data sharing in health research. In the end, they concluded that if editors are to remain gatekeepers of scientific knowledge they should reaffirm their focus on the integrity of the scientific record and completeness of the data they publish. Additionally, more research should be undertaken to understand why many journals are not adhering to editorial standards, and what obstacles editors face when engaging in editorial research.

2014年我国房地产市场展望与预测

文章根据对国内经济形势的分析以及模型测算,预测2014年房地产开发投资完成额同比增速约为19.9%,增速与2013年基本持平;2014年全国商品房销售面积同比增速约为6.7%,商品房销售额同比增速约为14.5%;预计2014年房地产新开工面积同比增速约为4.6%,增幅较2013年显著回落;2014年全年商品房销售平均价格约为6 690元/平方米,同比增长7.3%。主要原因包括:宏观经济整体运行保持良好,房地产市场投资稳定增长;信贷扩张速度放缓,刚性需求释放减缓,房地产市场交易增速有所放缓;房地产市场供给相对充足保证市场交易稳中有升;购房者涨价预期未变等。     

开展实验教学质量工程建设的探索与实践

加大投入力度,有目的、有计划地投资,用于建立突出实践能力培养、理论教学与实践教学并重的实验教学体系,引进新技术、新成果,更新实验内容,改进实验教学方法与手段,加强实验教学师资队伍建设、教材建设等,实施实验教学质量工程,促进实验教学水平和质量的提高。

时间是纳博科夫小说的主题之一,在《洛丽塔》中,小说的叙事时序体现为时间错乱,叙事时距体现为停滞的时间和转瞬即逝的时间。通过将过去与现在并置,倒叙和预叙叠用,作者营造了一种回环反复的氛围;通过不同叙事时距的灵活处理,作者得以呈现主人公亨伯特的情感重心。叙事时间的艺术化处理令读者感觉到亨伯特生活在挥之不去的记忆中,对洛丽塔的爱是刻骨铭心的。     

当前美国儿童心理研究领域的主要代表人物与学术团体——基于美国《Child Development》杂志的可视化探析

以美国SSCI数据库中美国儿童心理研究领域的核心杂志《Child Development》为数据源,运用文献信息Citespace可视化软件绘制该期刊2001至2011年作者共被引网络图谱,可以发现当前美国儿童心理研究领域的代表人物主要有杰·贝尔斯基(BELSKY J)、路特(RUTTER M)、南希·艾森伯格(EISENBERG N)、朱迪·邓恩(DUNN J)、威尔曼(WELLMAN HM)、约翰·弗拉维尔(FLAVELL JH)、苏珊·格尔曼(GELMAN SA)等人,存在八大主流学术团体.他们的研究视域相当广阔,从儿童早期护理到儿童家庭教养,从儿童语言发展到儿童元认知发展,从儿童道德判断到儿童社会性发展,从儿童心理理论到儿童问题行为的评价等,并为各个具体问题领域的研究奠定了基本理论或概念基础.了解当前美国儿童心理研究领域的代表人物以及学术思想,有利于把握世界儿童心理研究的新动向和趋势,有利于促进我国儿童心理领域的研究.     

Digital games and the US National Research Council’s science proficiency goals

This review synthesises research on digital games and science learning as it supports the goals for science proficiency outlined in the report by the US National Research Council on science education reform. The review is organised in terms of these research-based goals for science proficiency in light of their alignment with current science education standards and reform documents worldwide. Overall, the review suggests that digital games can support science learning across the four strands but also suggests that there are few strong quantitative studies examining some of the strands. Much of the research conducted to date has centred primarily on the potential of games to scaffold conceptual knowledge, engagement and participation. Less research has focused on epistemological understanding and science process skills. While much debate has asked whether digital games are ‘good’ or ‘bad’ for learning, the research across the strands highlights that the design of digital games, rather than their medium, ultimately determines their efficacy for learning.     

轨道交通的发展与站点周边地区商业变迁调查研究——以苏州广济南路站点为例

轨道交通的发展带动了城市格局的变化,对其沿线商业的分布也起到了积极的推动作用。本文通过对苏州轨道交通1号线广济南路站点周边商业变迁的调查研究,分析了轨道交通所带来的发展机遇及两者之间的相互推动作用,期望对城市未来轨道交通的建设、商业空间的营造起到一定的启示作用,将两者共同发展为城市的商业综合体。     

语用学理论与大学英语精读教学

大学英语教学的目的是培养大学生的交际能力,学生具备语言能力并不意味着就能进行成功的交际。笔者结合相关语用学理论,分析语用学与大学英语精读教学的关系,并从中得到启发,进而运用精读课本素材着重探讨合作原则、礼貌原则和言语行为理论对大学英语教学的指导作用。     

What core competencies are related to teachers' innovative teaching?

The purpose of this study is to investigate teachers' core competencies in relation to their innovative teaching performance. Based on the literature and previous studies in this field, four competencies (learning competency, educational competency, social competency and technological competency) are theorised as core competencies for teachers' innovative teaching. A questionnaire on teachers' core competencies and innovative teaching performance was developed and tested. The findings indicate that teachers' educational competency, social competency and technological competency were positively related to their innovative teaching performance. The study also shows that a supportive relationship with colleagues is important for teachers' innovative teaching performance. The theoretical and practical implications are discussed.
