自主学习对大学英语教材使用的启示

本文在说明自主学习内涵及几种大学英语教材特点的基础上,通过实证调查,探讨了在大学英语教学中应该如何有效利用教材来加强学生自主学习能力的培养。旨在促进大学英语教学改革进程,提高教材在新的以“自主学习”为核心的教学模式下的使用效果。     

Dual flow immunochromatographic assay for rapid and simultaneous quantitative detection of ochratoxin A and zearalenone in corn,wheat, and feed samples

A one-step dual flow immunochromatographic assay (DICGA), based on a competitive format, was developed for simultaneous quantification of ochratoxin A (OTA) and zearalenone (ZEN) in corn, wheat, and feed samples. The limit of detection for OTA was 0.32 ng/ml with a detection range of 0.53?12.16 ng/ml, while for ZEN it was 0.58 ng/ml with a detection range of 1.06?39.72 ng/ml. The recovery rates in corn, wheat, and feed samples ranged from 77.3% to 106.3% with the coefficient of variation lower than 15%. Naturally contaminated corn, wheat, and feed samples were analyzed using both DICGA and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) and the correlation between the two methods was evaluated using a regression analysis. The DICGA method shows great potential for simple, rapid, sensitive, and cost-effective quantitative detection of OTA and ZEN in food safety control.

停训28周大鼠海马VEGF表达的免疫组织化学研究

以不同强度训练后停训28周的大鼠为对象,应用免疫组织化学技术探讨长期停训对大鼠脑组织的影响。实验发现,停训28周后有氧、疲劳训练使海马CA1区的表达增强,未见显著性差异。显示该区在训练恢复后VEGF阳性表达基本恢复。海马CA3区,VEGF的表达下降趋势显著。     

Effect of flushing on the detachment of biofilms attached to the walls of metal pipes in water distribution systems

Biofilm detachment caused by flushing can result in secondary contamination in drinking water distribution systems (DWDSs). To evaluate the impact of flushing on biofilm detachment, actual water supply pipes including ductile cast iron pipes (DCIPs), gray cast iron pipes (GCIPs), and stainless steel compound pipes (SSCPs) were used in this study. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction and 454 pyrosequencing were used to quantify bacteria and analyse microbial community composition, respectively. The results showed that the pipe material greatly influences the resistance of a biofilm to flushing. Biofilms attached to DCIPs were able to resist quite strong flushing, while those attached to GCIPs and SSCPs were sensitive to flushing. Both flush-resistant and flush-sensitive bacteria were present in all the biofilms, but their frequency differed among the different metal pipes. Thus, the resistance to flushing of bacteria is related not only to the nature of the bacteria, but also to the pipe material. Although flushing can remove some of the biofilm and may be a good way to clean the DWDS, the shear stress needed to remove the biofilm differs among different pipe types. The results of this study provide technical support for the management and operation of DWDS.     

论劳动争议仲裁程序的弊端及重塑

在我国"先裁后审"的劳动争议解决机制下,劳动仲裁程序在劳动争议的解决中有重要的意义。该机制形成在计划经济时代,劳动者对单位有天然的依附关系,法律关系也相对简单,争议较少,这一机制能够解决现实生活中的劳动问题。随着我国市场经济体制的确立,劳动权利意识开始觉醒,又加上一些用人单位恶意侵害劳动者合法权益,劳资纠纷不断增多,矛盾日益激化。而我国劳动法规定的劳动争议仲裁程序在目前市场经济繁荣发展的大环境下解决劳动争议纠纷显得越来越力不从心。笔者试图找出劳动争议仲裁程序目前的弊端问题,并积极思考解决该问题的办法。
