农村民办幼儿园幼儿生存现状的调查研究——以福建省为例

农村民办幼儿园幼儿的生存现状在一定程度上反映了农村学前教育的现状.对福建省农村民办幼儿园幼儿的生存现状调察发现:农村民办幼儿园普遍存在着幼儿生存空间差、幼儿教育小学化倾向严重、幼儿受教育质量低下、留守儿童心理问题突出、幼儿的安全受到威胁等问题.必须要及时纠正、解决这些问题,以改善农村民办幼儿园幼儿的生存现状.     

The influence of moment of inertia on baseball/softball bat swing speed

The speed at which a player can swing a bat is central to the games of baseball and softball, determining, to a large extent, the hit speed of the ball. Experimental and analytical studies of bat swing speed were conducted with particular emphasis on the influence of bat moment of inertia on swing speed. Two distinct sets of experiments measured the swing speed of colege baseball and fast-pitch softball players using weighted rods and modified bats. The swing targets included flexible targets, balls on a tee and machine pitched balls. Internal mass alterations provided a range of inertial properties. The average measured speeds, from 22 to 31 m s⁻¹, are consistent with previous studies. Bat speed approximately correlates with the moment of inertia of the bat about a vertical axis of rotation through the batter's body, the speed generally decreasing as this moment of inertia increases. The analytical model assumes pure rotation of the batter/bat system about a vertical axis through the batter's body. Aerodynamic drag of the batter's arms and the bat is included in the model. The independent variable is bat moment of inertia about the rotation axis. There is reasonable agreement between the model and the measured speeds. Detailed differences between the two suggest the importance of additional degrees of freedom in determining swing speed.     

Televised violence and viewers’ perceptions of social reality: The Korean case

This study attempts to describe some possible elaborations of the cultivation hypothesis and present relevant evidence from a Korean student sample. Using the postulates and methodology of the cultivation analysis approach to mass communication, this investigation employs a two‐pronged research strategy: message system analysis and cultivation analysis. Message system analysis consisted of one‐week sample of Korean television programs from the three television networks in June 1991. For cultivation analysis, a questionnaire was administered to 1,200 Korean students attending eight junior and senior high schools from five different states in July, 1991. Within the clear limitations of measures, the results suggested that viewers differentially perceive the social reality of different content types. The findings seem to indicate that the degree of cultivation effects is not uniform across different kinds of television programming.

通过对本体论中顶层本体、领域本体和任务本体的分析,结合语义网的应用实际,提出语义中重量级本体设计的基本概念、基本要求和基本关系;认为角色概念有丰富的语义描述能力,是重量级本体区别于轻量级本体的重要特征,并试图通过对角色概念的剖析,说明角色概念对语义约束的描述特征。     

Quantum algorithms: A?survey of some recent results

Quantum algorithms are a field of growing interest within the theoretical computer science as well as the physics community. Surprisingly, although the number of researchers working on the subject is ever-increasing, the number of quantum algorithms found so far is quite small. In fact, the task of designing new quantum algorithms has been proven to be extremely difficult. In this paper we give an overview of the known quantum algorithms and briefly describe the underlying ideas. Roughly, the algorithms presented are divided into hidden subgroup type algorithms and in amplitude amplification type algorithms. While the former deal with problems of group-theoretical nature and have the promise to yield strong separations of classical and quantum algorithms, the latter have been proved to be a prolific source of algorithms in which a polynomial speed-up as compared to classical algorithms can be achieved. We also discuss quantum algorithms which do not fall under these two categories and give a survey of techniques of general interest in quantum computing such as adiabatic computing, lower bounds for quantum algorithms, and quantum interactive proofs.

工作资源对高校图书馆员敬业度影响机制的实证研究

[目的/意义]探讨工作资源对高校图书馆员敬业度的影响与机制，以期为高校图书馆实施人力资源管理和提升图书馆员的敬业度提供参考。[方法/过程]选取湖南各高校图书馆的358名馆员为研究对象，考察工作资源对高校图书馆员敬业度的预测作用以及心理资本与组织承诺在两者之间的中介作用。[结果/结论]描述性统计与差异分析、相关分析和逐步回归分析的结果表明，不同性别的高校图书馆员在组织承诺量表得分上存在显著性差异，男性馆员组织承诺得分显著高于女性，不同性别馆员在其余得分上均不存在显著性差异。不同婚姻、年龄、学历、职位、职称者在各量表得分上均不存在显著性差异。高校图书馆员工作资源、心理资本、组织承诺与敬业度的两两相关都达到统计显著性水平。工作资源对高校图书馆员的敬业度具有正向预测作用，心理资本和组织承诺能够在工作资源对高校图书馆员敬业度的影响中起部分中介作用。丰富高校图书馆员工作资源，增进其组织支持感，增强其心理资本和组织承诺，是促进高校图书馆员敬业度提升的有效路径。
